From the past of days my DISHTV has been out with an “301 error - Signal not found”
I did try the basic things like reseting the box, removing the vc & inserting it back, checked the cable, the dish, everything seems to be in order.
what's wrong with it? how can I fix this?

        I am sending so many times request for my correct account balance but from dish tv customer and nodel officer side not provide accurate balance.
        Why you are note provided me my correct account balance in my account showing only RS 5.72. and as per rule for temporary deactivate minimum balance is RS 100 then why it is showing RS 5.72.

          After recharge Dish TV not active channel, after recharge i was call customer care but no any response. i was rech. 9.40am & switch off and on set top box from the main power supply but not any channel are showing. again call [protected] for refresh. but not active channel. so plz do something.

              I subscribe all the dish tv sports channels so that i can enjoy watching live action of english premier league football. I am a die-hard fan of epl club chelsea fc in particular and english football in general. But unfortunately these days, live epl matches are not telecast anymore. Some months back some epl matches are telecast live on star sports select hd1 but these days only bundesliga matches (German football matches) are telecast. Why?
              When we look at the dish tv programmes epl matches are available only in star sports select hd2 which is not available in our dish tv.
              If epl matches are not to be telecast (Available) in the dish tv sports channels, then i will stop subscribing dish tv all together.
              So pliz do telecast epl matches in star sports select hd1 or in star sports channels including hd channels or...

                        I am simranjit Singh from Amritsar Punjab.
                        In 2 September 2016 new dish connection order given to SatNam Singh Mobile no. [protected] by my Mother Sakinder Kaur.
                        We got massage that your installation Request number is[protected]
                        Our service provider from Dish Tv Royal Electronics will come later to install the connection.Day after they come and installed the connection but when we start Tv due to shifting home Tv stop working on that time
                        Then we paid the Amount 1269rs for connection plus recharge.
                        But We did not see the connection is activated or not. They said it will be activated after an hour.
                        But from that day Tv not repaired by us due to busy schedule we were not recharge after till today.
                        But now I purchased new when I started Tv it's showing massage
                        102:viewing card deactivated
                        It's vc number is [protected].
                        Then I call the customer care number but they informed me that your details are not in our knowledge even the mobile number on which SMS from Dish Tv comes after booking that is not registered ?
                        How the massages comes from installation ?
                        The connection purchased by my Mother name Sakinder Kaur and mobile number is [protected] which is not registered ??

                        Today want to recharge connection kindly resolve the problem regarding activation.I did not telling you a story sir.
                        First of all your the Dealer named Mr.Satnam Singh does not working on given complaint.
                        2nd The boys comes to installed the connection activation not completed by them .proof is we are not registered customer why ?even after submit the document.
                        3rd We call every day to resolve the problem but there is no one who listen and working on it.
                        4th Yesterday, when I called Mr.Satnam Singh
                        He said you may change the box or viewing card must go on near shop of dish TV even address raffrance given by him.
                        When I went to shop he answered change your box from where you purchased.
                        Then i called Satnam Singh he Said give them phone I told him .
                        Don't know but he is agree after talking Satnam .
                        But he said gave them ID proof then i back to home to take I'd zorex copy to give them .
                        But after taking the proof till the box not changed by them not even viewing card activated by them he just said we passed the complaint to company.
                        After an hour the service provider will come your home and they repaired it.
                        Then i came back home.
                        But The whole day is passed no one come to resolve the problem.

                        Even not the good response throw direct online complaint .
                        Today when I visited the Royal Dish TV center to get help regarding activation
                        Supervisor says that this box is showing in the stock of swipe.
                        I don't what is swipe stock ???
                        I said kindly change the box or either activate it but he wrongly slammed that may be payment is pending therefore installation is no done ?
                        Then I questioned if payment not done by us then how technician installed the connection ???
                        Without payment which company provide there service and or gifted the box ??
                        Why box not in your knowledge ?
                        If payment not done why not the technician came after to uninstall the connection until today??
                        Then He aggressively said without confirmation that if he installed connection then why it's not completed by them cannot help you.
                        I fed up with his dealing he is totally going wrong even said that may be the box misplaced by technician😢
                        But the technician come with the Promoter SatNam they already confirmed that it's purchased connection then why the Royal Dish TV supervisor making there own story .
                        This is really bad.
                        They all trying to grab the payment by making reason.E even the

                        Is close due to the reason is customer not having 2nd TV on 5th September 2016.

                        Why??
                        We already paid for connection on time when it is installed.
                        Please I understand that I am not registered customer to complaint but just because of your own labour /employee.
                        They did not working honestly.

                          Dish tv offers some discount on recharge for multiple months. But unfortunately you do not end up saving any money.in fact, you end up paying more and poor service. How?
                          Whenever i have recharged my dish tv connection for multiple months, i have experienced that signal quality drops and several channels disappear altogether. Then i will call up the service center and they will tell me that the antenna must have rotated and they will send servicemen to repair this. Each visit costs rs. 150. Now you see that i end up not seeing my favorite programs for few days and also paying up more.
                          I will add here that my dish antenna is fixed up in a safe place and out of reach of any kid and not even a monkey can reach it.
                          So, my advise, keep recharging for one month and don't think of saving any money on your recharge.

But dish tv only giving me offer only for three month.i also talk to custome care of co. But they are not providing offer.they traveling me that you have not done recharge in single premium when I made it both transactions between only 10 minutes.                                     I took a new connection of dish tv on[protected], in which i got 1 month subscription free. And after that i recharged dish tv online on[protected] but the tv is still not running, and the money has been debited from my account. I tried to find a solution to dish tv's customer care by putting a lot of phone calls, but dish tv's customer care officers neither speak properly nor do the solution.

                                    Please help me and please be pleased to return it to dish tv which has taken me wrong money in the name of the recharge.

                                        I contacted customer executive to know about 3 months pe 4 months offer for my dishtv [protected] 10 March 17 at 10:06 am. The executive misguided me that I can avail offer benefit for both base pack and add on HD pack.After recharging with 1305. I was given 6 months for base pack only and was informed that offers are only valid for base pack and not for HD add on pack. I also passes the audio of the executive who misguided me. My whole amount may be returned back or I shall approach furthur with legal means
