Its only 24 hour since i installed the dish tv. For few hours it was working, and now on the next day it is not working. When i called up the customer care they simply replied that i will be charged for any hardware problem. I mean seriously how can there be a hardware problem in just 24 hours and even after that why should i pay for your faulty parts, i am irritated with such response. Need this dish tv to be removed from my place and i want my money back.

A humble request to kindly get it uninstalled and refund my money. As simple as that.

Hope there's negative star marking...the service is so pathetic...i had very bad experience with dishtv ..my. VC no. Is [protected]...whole day I was calling coustmer care but those donkeys really don't know about there system itself. Why they are sitting there ?...all calls made by me have recordings with me..and not single senior was available to talk and understand my problem...in my account Kannada channel was activated by default and raised request to deactivate...this basterds deactivated my full on hd pack also which was recharged for three months...upon calling and confirming they are telling to activate it again by paying 220...my question is I had not told them to deactivate so they should activate it again and they are not doing ...why should I pay extra for there mistake...I donno what to do know..I will surely file a consumer complaint as I have got planty of time...

    There was a connection problem..with the set-up box was not getting sync with the new tv. Even after trying accessing to customer care.. And after filing an complaint ..no help was provided..

    And after complaining on the local branch of dishtv, cuttack, an executive of dishtv named soumyakant mishra..
    With a unprofessional attitude, misbehaved with us.

    Is this what Dish tv service is ??

      Dear Dish tv, you are having very very less number of Tamil channels .please add more Tamil channels to the pack. Tata sky provides nearly 58 -60channels but Dish tv has only 30 at max

            My vc number [protected] is de-activated. My recharge due date is 26 june 2017. I have done last recharge on 17 jan 2017. I am not able to watch channels since 29 march 2017. Also i have called customer care but they give arrogant answers to customers. I am not at all satisfied with service.
            Please activate my vc.

              I have been experiencing since the past few months, My TV is not
              activated when I recharge. I called customer care multiple times,
              Nevertheless, my TV is not activated. I am very worried. The thing is
              that I recharged Rs 300 on dated 01st April, 2017 and I got msg to
              activate my tv and got my transaction details which are as follow-
              trans ID: VQ[protected]
              v.c no: [protected]
              amount: 300.00
              date-time: Apr 1 2017 8:35PM
              status: recharge successful

              I called to customer care and sent message in "CALL ME" by 57575 at
              before 21 hours. No response has been made by customer care. Tomorrow,
              on dated 02nd April, 2017, I re-sent message in CALL ME by 57575, I
              responsed by Customer Care and complained regarding inactivate code
              102. I have called several time by MissedCall on [protected] but no
              any response. My Dish Tv is not activated till date and till time.

              Please consider my request and solve the problem in any future.

              I am livelong consumer of your Dish Tv. Otherwise, I will be forced to
              complain a libel in the Consumer Forum.

                  Hello Team,

                  I am disguised by DishTV's executive and now DishTV Customer care neglecting me.
                  My DishTV VC No. [protected]

                  My Switch of date was : 26-June-2016 and on 24-March-2016 someone from DishTV called me from +91 [protected] and advised me if I recharge for 6 Months then I will get Extra 2 Months subscription free & also advised to make a payment Rs.2340/- for 6 months.
                  So I have paid the said amount Rs.2340/- But I just received Extra 1 Months instead of 2 Months. It's totally UNFAIR & IRRESPOSIBLE JOB at their end.
                  My Switch of date was : 26-June-2016, but I have paid as requested. Now why I am not receiving 2 Months??????

                  I have sent them so many mails, but they are ignoring me totally.
                  can you pls look into this matter ASAP.

                    The train rules is giving regional channels at99 government introduced​ for utilizing poor and village peoples but they are cheating customers giving channels at 99 RS in dish TV zee dth are charging many FTA channels are cost.i have contacted customer care but they answer not statisfy me.when i browsing in website and see dish 99 pack but They charging add me extra 50rs for my Tamil regional pack 99+50= 149 total.And dish TV have no more different packs like Tata sky and videocon my dish TV VC no [protected] my mobile no [protected] please help me sir

                            Dear sir,

                            This to inform u that my name is gopal hazra (Vc no – [protected]), a dish tv customer since last 5 years.
                            On dated 24.03.2017 i received a call from dish tv sales department about new add on channel package, she inform me that two new add on channel one is sports hd & another is movie hd package. After hearing her information i agree to activate movie hd package. But i am surprised when i see that none of new hd cinema channel pack activate but some new channel (Star plus hd, zee tv hd, colours hd etc) are activate.
                            When i call dishtv customer care on 25.03.2017 & try to lodge a complaint regarding wrongly activation the customer care executive refused to lodge a complaint & disconnect the call.

                            So my request is please see the matter & refund my money, also do strictly action against this two executive.

                              My Vc no [protected] was updated on 05/03/2017 & a cash collection was made with understanding given me that this money shall be adjusted against future recharge for 3 months & 22 days.
                              Unfortunately, recharge date now showing as ondate is 11/05/2017 ( i.e only 2 months & 6 days). The actual recharge date next should be 3 months & 22days as promised. Kindly Show the next date as 25/06/2017. This maybe done urgently as promised & agreed.

                              Even till date my complaint against my card no.[protected] lodged on 5th March 2017 has not been attended.You have collected CASH of Rs 1150/- on understanding that this money is for renewal for 3 months & 22 days i.e upto 25/06/2017. Now strangely you have put recharge date as 11/05/2017 sue motto.
                              Either, kindly change the recharge date to 25/06/2017 or else return my money of Rs1150/- collected by you.
                              This may be treated as urgent.

                                In previous month i receive a call from Dish TV, they provided me an offer to use the pack of 365 for 1 month for free, also confirmed if whenever required, you can switch the pack in future. this month i recharged for super family pack of 3 months with 1 month free offer online by selecting recharge for super family pack, at that time it didn't stopped me against recharge for super family pack saying that currently your super family pack is not activate, first change the pack with super family & then recharge & avail the offer, at that time it was done successfully, now customer support are saying that you cannot go with super family pack offer, i made a payment of 810 already. What the rubbish is that, how customer know that before doing any recharge you need to change your pack first, everyone dont know about. You give less information to customers, i will file a complain in consumer forum against it.

                                  My Name is CMA Chetan B Kadam, with VC No. [protected]. I am a DishTV customer from 2005. I have this connection in Vadgaon Sheri, Pune - 411014. My Dish Switch Off Date is 01-Aug-2018.
                                  However, on Sunday. March 19, 2017, I noticed that the Switch Off Date has been now changed to 20-Jan-2018. On calling the customer Care, I was informed that Somebody has taken a multi connection in Hadgaon, Nanded on my DishTV account, due to which my Switch Off Date was changed. I have been in contact with the DishTV escalations team to get the matter sorted. Mr. Amritansh, had promised to provide me a resolution in 24-48 hours.
                                  Later on another Escalations team member, who was handling my case gave me Mr. Ram Kale's number ([protected]), whose is in-charge of Nanded area, if the matter did not get sorted out in 24 hours. After over 30 hours after getting the number (and seeing no resolution in sight )I have been trying to contact Mr. Kale, but my calls go unanswered.
                                  None of the escalations team members have been able to provide me with an simple complaint number, even after my persistent inquiry.
                                  The escalations team member informed me that the Fraudster, has taken an HD STB, due to which his connection was Directly Converted in to a PARENT Connection and mine into a BABY connection, and due to which the fraudulent connection has to taken down manually.

                                  All this raises many doubts
                                  1. How was the fraudster able to get my details? ( He has taken a connection in the name of Chetan Babar)
                                  2. How was a Multi-connection awarded to the fraudster at a place which is about 483 kms ( as per google maps) away from my residence?
                                  3. Who did the on site address verification, which is mandatory for such a multi connection?
                                  4. Who in DishTV is leaking out sensitive information about high value DishTV connections?
                                  5. How many customers are defrauded in such forgery?

                                  It has been over 96 hours since I have first contacted DishTV, however no concrete resolution has been received in this regards.

                                        I recharge 2610 rupees for 6 months, between offer time i.e 2 months free after 6 months recharge. But I get only 1 month free. I complain on dish tv helpline, and they said it is our system problem, and you will get benefit within 24 hours, but 1 week over, I didn't get benefit till now. please solve my problem.
