My Name is CMA Chetan B Kadam, with VC No. [protected]. I am a DishTV customer from 2005. I have this connection in Vadgaon Sheri, Pune - 411014. My Dish Switch Off Date is 01-Aug-2018.
However, on Sunday. March 19, 2017, I noticed that the Switch Off Date has been now changed to 20-Jan-2018. On calling the customer Care, I was informed that Somebody has taken a multi connection in Hadgaon, Nanded on my DishTV account, due to which my Switch Off Date was changed. I have been in contact with the DishTV escalations team to get the matter sorted. Mr. Amritansh, had promised to provide me a resolution in 24-48 hours.
Later on another Escalations team member, who was handling my case gave me Mr. Ram Kale's number ([protected]), whose is in-charge of Nanded area, if the matter did not get sorted out in 24 hours. After over 30 hours after getting the number (and seeing no resolution in sight )I have been trying to contact Mr. Kale, but my calls go unanswered.
None of the escalations team members have been able to provide me with an simple complaint number, even after my persistent inquiry.
The escalations team member informed me that the Fraudster, has taken an HD STB, due to which his connection was Directly Converted in to a PARENT Connection and mine into a BABY connection, and due to which the fraudulent connection has to taken down manually.
All this raises many doubts
1. How was the fraudster able to get my details? ( He has taken a connection in the name of Chetan Babar)
2. How was a Multi-connection awarded to the fraudster at a place which is about 483 kms ( as per google maps) away from my residence?
3. Who did the on site address verification, which is mandatory for such a multi connection?
4. Who in DishTV is leaking out sensitive information about high value DishTV connections?
5. How many customers are defrauded in such forgery?
It has been over 96 hours since I have first contacted DishTV, however no concrete resolution has been received in this regards.

P.S. I was successful in getting a Complaint Number ( no.[protected] from the Callback service, so that I have at least some record.
