Hi Team,
I registered a complaint for signal not found for most of the times on my DishTV Connection : [protected].
There were some channels coming on my TV but most of them were not available.
The first incidence was reported to DishTV on Oct. 15th.
The Technician visit was promised to me on Oct. 17th (for which nobody visited) after 3 consecutive days of registering the same complaint.
Finally, the technician visited on Oct 19th and bluntly said that our Set top box is faulty and needs replacement without telling us the problem and has to be replaced and demanded around 200 Rs. extra from the original cost for that. (which I came to know after calling Dish TV customer care).
Even after 5 days of registering the complaint and paying the charges of the technician visit, I am back to square one facing the same issues on my TV.
I am a working person and cannot be on leave for these things everyday. (Today, I was on leave because of this)
My concern is that the Technician sent to me was incompetent (he did not find any issue with the connection and blamed everything on the Set top box for which I have to pay the full money) and DishTV is not taking any responsibility of that and saying that what the technician has claimed is correct.
Could something be done for this.

I felt cheated and wasting my lots of energy and time on this. So now I required refund only.
