    I was booking an online connection for dishtv on 27th october the amount was deducted from my card. Since then i have been corresponding with the representatives of dishtv they make me repeat all the history day by day and no solution is given i need few answers from dishtv personnel's

    1. I have provided the transaction number by which you have claimed the amount on 28th october y are your representatives denying on the second hand they say that you will get the refund inn 4 to 5 days its almost 9 days. What is the status of my money?
    2. I had asked for new connection what is the status?
    3. What is the compensation going to be provided to me from not responding yet.

      Dear team,

      This is to inform you that i applied for a multi-connection on 31st october, i spoke to the sales team and they informed me that this will be done with in next 24 hours but till now the connection is not set.

      I spoke to the dishtv customer care (Junior and senior) staff but thye told me that the request is closed and i asked them to reopen it thrice.

      I never experienced this type of service in my entire life.

      My vc card number is [protected] I have been receiveing the 102 vc card deactivated message since 2 days, and my dish is disconnected. I am due for recharge only in August 2016. I would like to know what is the problem ??!! Kindly look into the matter and advise. Thanks

        Greetings!!!

        I am dish tv costomer since years. i registered a complaint on 30th october at 18:30 for 301 error. i got the confirmation that in 24 hrs my complaint will be resolve and they also inform me on 31st morning i will get a call from technical team for the issue but thats not happened. again i made complaint on 31st at 12:33 for the same but again i got the same reply. today after more than 50 hrs passed nothing happened the issue remains same. i make complaint again at 13:42 for the same. but again i got the same assurance. when i asked can i talk any senior person then lady transfer the call but did not picked up. again that lady responded its a small issue so no senior member will talk on this matter. and within 24hrs my problem get resolved.

        This is not a first time issue its happened again and again.

        I think not its time to change with other dth services. if you do not care for your customers options are open for me.

          Yesterday on 31st oct 2016, i made a call to customer care no. 57575 requseting for change in package i spoke to shrey she suggested me that max hd club will suit my requirement. i will get all hd channels and all tamil regional channels. i also made payment for one year subscription of rs. 4490/-. but after the package was implemented i observed that star vijay was not telecast. the customer care executive mentioned that all tamil channels will be part of the package. when i called back to customer care center they bluntly mentioned that star vijay was not part of the packege, but then i requseted to add star vijay for which i was ready to pay. but they declined to add the channel on my requset. the dish tv service provider is delibrately deniying customer request and declining consumer rights. i wish to raise a complaint on dish tv service provider on denying consumer rights.

I will get all HD channels and All Tamil regional channels.             Pathetic service by dish tv. Every second month their antena goes out of service. And they always claim that this happens due to high winds. But my concern there is no such weather conditions n delhi and this is happening.
            And when we call up the call center they refuse to help and say this happens with dish tv.
            The only thing left is now moving onto consumers forum court to abide by the customer rights as well.

              My Dish TV Vc No [protected] was requested for deactivation from 27/09/16 to 27/10/16.As there was balance of Rs 81/- only as advised by M/S Priti another Rs 100/- was recharged on 27/09/16 & again a request was put in for deactivation of services by email.

              Unfortunately, when on 28/10/16 services was tried messages show services deactivated.Kindly activate services immediately.

              Matter urgent.

[protected]& email boot up.[protected]@gmail.com. we hope you shall activate soon.I think you could have mailed me before deactivation immediately after getting recharge & request for deactivation.This it seems to be a ploy to stop services on eve of festival to extort some extra money& or harass customers.Don't take things for granted.

              You can please expedite doing whatever working you said your doing, else I shall be obliged to change service provider.The inordinate delay is a ploy to harass.I have been your continuous client for now for quite a long period.The delay is viewed as high handed tactics & shall not yield even at a loss of Rs 181/- which you are wrongly trying to cheat me of.

                  I took this connection on good faith after listening to the customer care advisor.
                  And now out of 10 channels I enquired about 4 of them are not received.
                  Deaf ears, cheaters don't listen and call their customers liars.
                  They promise that this is no issue and will be resolved and then that sleep over it.
                  You have to explain tens of people that this is what had happened, they seems enjoying.

                    Dishtv is a big fraud.dishtv account money has been unreasonably deducted from my account due to Add on pack of Game On Hd which i have never applied for.

                    i dont want to continue with any fraud entity and waste my hard
                    earned money.
                    as per executive Mr Mayank Pandit there is no resolution to my problem.

                    pathetic service and experience with dishtv.i will soon be lodging complain at appropriate authority against these fraud entity which stole hard earned money of people.
                    kindly arrange for refund of my money.

                            Hi Team,
                            I registered a complaint for signal not found for most of the times on my DishTV Connection : [protected].

                            There were some channels coming on my TV but most of them were not available.

                            The first incidence was reported to DishTV on Oct. 15th.

                            The Technician visit was promised to me on Oct. 17th (for which nobody visited) after 3 consecutive days of registering the same complaint.

                            Finally, the technician visited on Oct 19th and bluntly said that our Set top box is faulty and needs replacement without telling us the problem and has to be replaced and demanded around 200 Rs. extra from the original cost for that. (which I came to know after calling Dish TV customer care).

                            Even after 5 days of registering the complaint and paying the charges of the technician visit, I am back to square one facing the same issues on my TV.

                            I am a working person and cannot be on leave for these things everyday. (Today, I was on leave because of this)

                            My concern is that the Technician sent to me was incompetent (he did not find any issue with the connection and blamed everything on the Set top box for which I have to pay the full money) and DishTV is not taking any responsibility of that and saying that what the technician has claimed is correct.

                            Could something be done for this.

                            I have recharged my account by Rs 250 and its only for 20 days but in offer menu Rs 250 is for a month and more over star plus zee tv colours and life ok are not in subscribe list.

                                I have been told there is a upgrade offer at my vc number [protected]
                                . They told me to give 999 recharge cashback offer but instead they recharged rs 699 which is not having any cashback offer. Now they are not willing to fix the case nor giving a proper solution to the case. They have wasted 699 rupees by fooling me
                                Please take the case seriously and do a proper justification.

                                  The service by Dish TV is pathetic.
                                  The customer care number us busy all the time and i have not been able to reach customer care even after continuous try of 20 minutes.
                                  I got in touch with customer care after 30 mins and then told my issue which is a recurring issue for which Dish TV technician has already visited my place and resolved the issue and now it is repeating. And now they are asking again for money for technician visit.
                                  They gave me a request no. and told that i will be getting a call back in 2 hours and its been more than 1 day and i have not got any callback from them.

                                    I called dish tv so that they could send a technician to connect my set top box to my parents dish as we live in the same house. Nobody seem to know anything and they either kept connecting me to he wrong department or disconnecting my call. So far my worst experience with any customer service.I dont know what to do. Pathetic, like a government sector service

                                    I have taken dish TV connection two months back and I found now the receiver is the faulty one.
                                    In couple of complaints, technician came and just started TV. As I was having trouble, today I asked technician to check without logging complaint. Then found the truth.

                                        Sir my dishtv consumer no is [protected] on 10/10/2016, i have recharged rs. 310 because showing a add on dishtv that recharge 310 and get 325 credit balance but get balance 385 only. It is to mention that at the time of recharge my dishtv pack of rs. 270/- per month was active and switch off date was 12/10/2016. As per recharge amount validity should be up to 18 november 2016 i have call customer care executive many time but they told me that i have send refresh command to your diahtv, you have to wait some time but two days gone validity not changed yet. I will be very grateful to you if problem solved. Thank you.
