My dish number [protected] is registered with number [protected] but now i want to change this number to [protected]. And I also wanted to file that every time my set up box shows not recharged even if the recharge is done earlier.
i request you to please change my registered mobile number to new number as provided and also solve the recharge issue.....

My VC no. [protected], pick by channel. I m not able to access my account and it keep suggesting to call....

I m selected pick in channals pack 13 nov 2016 in my choice after 3 hours active channals but not my selecting channals sir company cheat me also my account nill company active all costly channel star sport 1, 2, 3 and 4 what sir. company make self costly channel and done 196 rs pack i m contact customer care 5 & 6 times but not resolved my problems...

I am a dishtv customer since 2008 with vc no. [protected]. i shifted in dombivali from kandivali in year 2014, that time they sent their technician for installation.in month of september 2016, dishtv camera was not working that time i complained and dishtv sent their executive. that executive (mr. girish) convinced me to buy new connection (new vc. [protected]), he took ₹200 extra and promised that he will come whenever i will shift to...

I called them a number of times and also put up emails as suggested by them a number of times. I have been doing this process from last week and they have not done anything about my complaint. Please do something as they are charging me for service that I don't want.

I have added a photograph which shows the emails and dates when I sent them the mails for the required action but they don't care about their customers....

This is to inform you that i applied for a multi-connection on 31st october, i spoke to the sales team and they informed me that this will be done with in next 24 hours but till now the connection is not set.

I spoke to the dishtv customer care (Junior and senior) staff but thye told me that the request is closed and i asked them to reopen it thrice.

I am dish tv costomer since years. i registered a complaint on 30th october at 18:30 for 301 error. i got the confirmation that in 24 hrs my complaint will be resolve and they also inform me on 31st morning i will get a call from technical team for the issue but thats not happened. again i made complaint on 31st at 12:33 for the same but again i got the same reply. today after...

Yesterday on 31st oct 2016, i made a call to customer care no. 57575 requseting for change in package i spoke to shrey she suggested me that max hd club will suit my requirement. i will get all hd channels and all tamil regional channels. i also made payment for one year subscription of rs. 4490/-. but after the package was implemented i observed that star vijay was not telecast. the customer care executive mentioned that all tamil channels...

Pathetic service by dish tv. Every second month their antena goes out of service. And they always claim that this happens due to high winds. But my concern there is no such weather conditions n delhi and this is happening.
And when we call up the call center they refuse to help and say this happens with dish tv.
The only thing left is now moving onto consumers forum court to abide by the customer rights as well.

My Dish TV Vc No [protected] was requested for deactivation from 27/09/16 to 27/10/16.As there was balance of Rs 81/- only as advised by M/S Priti another Rs 100/- was recharged on 27/09/16 & again a request was put in for deactivation of services by email.

Unfortunately, when on 28/10/16 services was tried messages show services deactivated.Kindly activate services immediately.
