I had asked for a new tv remote. Initially customer care operator had said that new remote would cost INR 200 + INR 150 (delivery chargers). But the delivery boy took INR 300 for the new remote + INR 150 for the delivery charges. Total INR 450 paid instead of INR 350.
This is pure cheating. I would request you to take severe action on the below technician.

My switch date was 15/1/2017. i have recharged with rupees 300. i have never demanded for new service. I am continuing with same package. But now switch of date showing 3/2/2017, which is incorrect. i have already called to the service provider on telephone but nothing has been done. it is regret to inform you that six months before also same complaint was there but no action has been taken. i think company will take serious note of this...

I am Piyush Sahu. I have ordered Dish TV and on the installation day the service engineer has charged me INR 290/-(120 for extra cable and 170 for AV lead cable). According to the order it was said that the installation and service would be for 1 year would be free.
