Hi,

I am a customer of Dish TV from Kolkata using the pack of Rs 270/pm.

I wanted to watch the Republic Day parade and was shocked to find that DD National is missing! As a kid I remember that DD National used to be a free channel. It is a terrible practice to deny people the right to watch programs of national importance. I tried contacting Dish TV but to no avail. This is totally unethical but it is not the end of the list o[censored]nethical behaviour on part of Dish TV.

In fact Dish TV removes channels from the plan every other month. In addition, once a channel is subscribed to, it is terribly difficult process to remove a channel. Signal in some channels are often scrambled although I am supposed to be getting them.

I am just about sick and tired of Dish TV's service but I hope I get a decent answer as to why I am denied of my right to watch an event of national importance.

            I have complained dish tv one months back technicine visited did something with antenna and said will come after sometime and left off after sometime ruined all channels i contacted him his mobile number was showing not reachable after some time i contacted distv and complaint about this then sent again he came angrily and did some thing with antenna then chanels came back and he said to chage the antenna i said change it, he said he will come tomorrow with antenna and fix it, after that he never responded my calls and when i contacted dish tv they are saying us to pay again the visiting charges where i have paid earlier but problem was not solved he have not fix the anteena and left

            here i complaint and today i got msg from dish tv "you have moved down to all sports pack, recharge amount 590 "
            sports pack costs 275 per month pack and child connection is 200 and total will be 475 not 590, what calculation and with whome permisiion they changed my plan south world sports pack to this lesser price but total is same, previously i was getting charged 600 and now 590 ?
            pls help me to disconnect and refund my 7000 back to me this is total #### dth service

                I have recharged my dish tv account through PAYTM using my registered mobile number [protected] today morning at 9:31am .Before that i would like to mention one thing, my previous viewing card(VC no.[protected])which got damaged has been replaced this week. But the registered number remained with the previous Viewing Card. so, when i recharged this morning through registered number by PAYTM, the previous viewing card got recharged. Hencewith i am attaching the paytm invoice and the screenshot for your kind persuance.

                Therefore, I request to kindly transfer the recharge amount from the previous viewing card([protected]) to the new one ([protected]).

                        I had asked for a new tv remote. Initially customer care operator had said that new remote would cost INR 200 + INR 150 (delivery chargers). But the delivery boy took INR 300 for the new remote + INR 150 for the delivery charges. Total INR 450 paid instead of INR 350.
                        This is pure cheating. I would request you to take severe action on the below technician.

                          My switch date was 15/1/2017. i have recharged with rupees 300. i have never demanded for new service. I am continuing with same package. But now switch of date showing 3/2/2017, which is incorrect. i have already called to the service provider on telephone but nothing has been done. it is regret to inform you that six months before also same complaint was there but no action has been taken. i think company will take serious note of this and will take necessary action.                             My dish number [protected]-0 is registered with number [protected] but now i want to change this number tMy dish number [protected]-0 is registered with number [protected] but now i want to change this number to [protected]. And I also wanted to file that every time my set up box shows not recharged even if the recharge is done earlier.
                            i request you to please change my registered mobile number to new number as provided and also solve the recharge issue..

                              I recharged on 11th January 2017 on my VC No-[protected], RS-300, Transaction No [protected], but it is not reflecting on my Dish account.
                              I have tried so many time to call customer care but call not happening . some thing telling but call dropping on middle. means not able to say my queries. they are simply putting them as available but they are not supporting customers . this is worst service they are providing .

                                  I have complained that wrong information about my annual game on hd is given by you.
                                  And after that i complain this they said "after hearing call recording it is conformed that wright information was given."
                                  These are all false
                                  They first told me to recahge within 3 months but they are saying that they told me to reacharge in 1 month.

                                      you gave me a offer to change my set top box with HD set top box. My old set top box was with life time warranty. so I reject your offer then you told me that you will give me same warranty on HD set top box. then I change my set top box with HD set top box on dated Sep. 2016. my HD set top box is not working last wednesday dated[protected]. I call many time to customer care but no service has been provided by you. I have a call form meerut service center on dated[protected]. that they will be charge Rs. 170. for service. I have already given Rs. 170 for service last time but service man did not give the bill. today I call to customer care and say that if Rs. 170 is legal charge then sms me on my register mobile no. I will pay the same. he says we can not sms we are talking orally amount of Rs 170 will be pay by you if you want service for set top box.
                                      sir, when my set top box is under warranty why would I pay for the same.I am not seeing TV since[protected] but daily charge is deduct from my A/C. please do needful.
