    Hello sir my VC no.[protected]
    There is called from dishtv care that music active is free for 1 month because you r lucky customer so I say yes and dishtv active this service than I Shaw my account there is 45₹ from my account than I call customer care they say this will not refund after lot's time call every time they disconnect my call plz help
    And there is customer care service is very poor because every time when I call customer care they say your wait time is 278 second after some second they say your Wait time is 367 second and every time they take 10 or 15 minutes and when reparative response 2 or 3 second and automatically call disconnect and again 10 or 15 minutes take to connecting this type of problems facing every time when call is connect.
    Why they say dishtv is best they have no good customer care .

                  I am facing problem with my Dish TV since 01/04/2017. Its showing message Please recharge you Disth TV to avail services. Recharge Online ... Walk into Nearest Recharge Outlet.

                  I have recharged my Dish subscription on 19/12/2016 with INR 5000.00 and the next recharge date is 31/01/2018.

                  The current status of on VC no. shows next recharge date as 27/03/2017 and Last DE/RE date as 30/03/2017.

                  But as per the renewal & Feb statement my switch off date is 31/01/2018.

                  Could you please look into my Dish TV account and check what is the problem with recharge dates and solve it at the earliest.

It is not attained.So again on 08/04/2017 I selected make my channel pack request no is 117636 .till today 10/04/2017 it is not attended. So my channel is not updated and I am facing problem to see my choice of channel.It is sorry to say now Dish TV which was the best customer service was now become the worst customer service.

                      I m not satisfied with dishtv..i have complained to dishtv that my card has been burned so they have came and solved the prob at taken 470 rupees on 27/3/17 from dream service..after that again same thing happened i call custermer care no and they again send the technisen from dream service and he change vc card and setup box and again take 300 rupees pn 5/4/17 and after that 8/4/17 again same thing happened i call custermer care no they donot give proper response and dream service is worist ...i want to disconnect my dish tv because the custercare doesnot response, .

                          Hello

                          This Complaint is in regarding the VC no. [protected]. I had temporarily deactivated my VC since some time ago and recently i was getting sms on my RMN [protected] for the 301 cashback on recharging with 301 or above. So i had done a recharge of 302 on 07-april-2017 but when i didnt got the cashback after even calling the [protected] several times i spoke to your Customer Care . At the first they provided information of systems being upgraded so call after some time. Then called them again and they said its our technical fault and they will close this issue in one hour and give the complaint no.
                          when nothing happened till 9.45 pm i called them again and then they asked me to provide an alternate no. to check if the issue is with operator for miss call .
                          on providing another no. and then calling on [protected] i didnt got any cashback still.
                          Then i called again to customer care at 11:45 pm and escalated the same issue they asked me to change my RMN back to original one and then give missed call . i did as they said and yet i didnt got any cashback.

                          Please help me as i have already tried calling your customer care many times and each times it takes half an hour to reach to them and then i get disappointed when they dont provide any resolution. They end up giving a complaint no. and ask me to wait for one hour but nothing happens.

                          It feels like being cheated by DISHTV.
                          Please Resolve the issue and credit the cashback .

                          Dish tv sends SMS to their customers offering cash beach on recharge. After doing recharge and calling the number given, no cash back is given after many days. Calling them and sending emails of no use .they ask to send screen shot image of SMS we received. After sending the same, the matter is still not resolved. They gave lame excuses in mail reply.If they can't keep track of SMS sent by them to customers, we should expect no better service from them. One word to describe their device:PATHETIC

                              My name is bashir Ahmad bhat .my vc no.is [protected].first of all in dishtv I have to pay 365 monthly after I recharge they reduction 250 or more than late fees and there response is very bad.they do not know how to talk with customers.they talk like they r abusing.so I request plz don't use dish TV .So plz talk to dish TV industry to make less recharge offer and don't take any late fees.if they don't mind so I request u all that disconnect ur dishtv connection
