Dear sir
you gave me a offer to change my set top box with HD set top box. My old set top box was with life time warranty. so I reject your offer then you told me that you will give me same warranty on HD set top box. then I change my set top box with HD set top box on dated Sep. 2016. my HD set top box is not working last wednesday dated[protected]. I call many time to customer care but no service has been provided by you. I have a call form meerut service center on dated[protected]. that they will be charge Rs. 170. for service. I have already given Rs. 170 for service last time but service man did not give the bill. today I call to customer care and say that if Rs. 170 is legal charge then sms me on my register mobile no. I will pay the same. he says we can not sms we are talking orally amount of Rs 170 will be pay by you if you want service for set top box.
sir, when my set top box is under warranty why would I pay for the same.I am not seeing TV since[protected] but daily charge is deduct from my A/C. please do needful.

        I have full amount paid through online and booked my new DTH connection with Dish TV on 21.12.2016, booking request no. [protected], and emails sent to customer care for requesting to know the status of booking but so far any response received from them.

          I booked DISH TV with sports shoe free offer yesterday (25th december), but I did not get any confirmation on the shoe, comparedth customer care people were talking nicely before paying the money but not picking up the call for OLD customers, such a bogus website, NO 1 fraud company, Please make sure this will not cheat people further. Also please make sure I will get the shoes.

          I am not satisfied with the call from dish customer care, they said they can't make sure about the offers of comparedth.

          They are saying that it is an offer from comparedth.com, that is right, but what action you are taking on these false promises from comparedth from last few months, this is pathetic reply from dishtv. If they are concerend about their reputation they should stop partnering with comparedth. If dishtv wants to continue with comparedth then stop all these drama about taking feedback from the complaints and saying about looking into the issue. This will continue forever, because dishtv is getting money from the products through comparedth and they are happy and are least concerned about remaining things.

              Hi,

              I am Piyush Sahu. I have ordered Dish TV and on the installation day the service engineer has charged me INR 290/-(120 for extra cable and 170 for AV lead cable). According to the order it was said that the installation and service would be for 1 year would be free.

              On calling customer care I was told that only 10mt. wire is free and above that INR 12/ mt. would be charged which I was ready to give. But the cost of AV lead wire which the customer care itself conformed was not more than INR 60 which was charged to me for INR 170.

              The service installation person also refuse to take check for the payment and demanded for cash. Thus, I have also demanded the bill for the same cash payment.

              Please let me know if any thing can be done against such fraud. Because we all people are suffering to remove such 420 from our country by demoralization and all doing our best.

              Please do not let the effort and suffering of our country get wasted.

                        Dear sir/madam.
                        I would like to inform you about the behaviour of your company employee. He called me today at 2:35 p.m. He told me some up gradation plan. I simply refused to adopt that plan. Suddenly he said, " Behan ka Land" to me. Is this your company policy that if any customer refuse to do as per your employees direction. He will be treated with this type of abusive language. I have never said even a single word to him. You can check recording. My only demand is to terminate services of that person and send the copy of termination letter as well as regret letter from your Dish tv.company. Otherwise I will take appropriate legal step as well as media help for this issue.

                          Recharged online with debit card through paytm wallet Rs.3240 on 17.12.2016 but even after 3 days i.e. after passing of 64 hours did not receive balance confirmation from dish tv.

                          According to paytm they have transfered fund to dish tv.

                          Kindly help as today is my switch of date of connection. Even before recharge of 3 days prior to switch off date my connection is about to get switch off.

                            Hi, My Name is Suresh P, In my area(govind shetty palya, konappana agrahara Electronic city, banglore) cable TV operator will not allowing us to use dish TV. Why don't govt take any legal action against such local cable operator because as per law there is no such rule about cable violent area.

                            This is not a legal way to treat a customer like, we want a freedom to use my option, this is money, I paid for it.

                            Please take any action against this.

                              On 09/12/2016 I have recharge my account with Rs. 365/-, but by mistake VC Number : [protected] is typed instead of [protected].
                              point 1. On my complain customer care executive said within 1 hr. amount will be credited .

                              Point 2 . No Amount credited to my VC no.

                              Point 3. Again talked to Cumtomer care Sr. executive they said we need 24 hrs.

                              Point 4 Nothing done by them. again i mailed to them and reply as mentioned below.

                              "Thank you for writing to DishTV.

                              We would like to inform you that as per company norms only one transaction can be credited and debited in same VC within 365 days of requested transaction while one transaction has already credited in wrong VC, hence payment cannot be transferred.

                                      It's really bad experience with dish TV services. They cheated me very tactfully. On last September 2016 I upgraded from SD to HD set top box my subscription from super family pack(SFP) @Rs. 270/month changed to All sports pack @Rs. 365/month without giving me any intimation any way. Today I opened my account page in their website and found that my subscription was updated for help I contacted the customer care to reverse my pack to SFP and to refund me the differential amount for which I was connected to a senior executive of dish TV called me from +[protected]. And again I narrated the whole issue of why I was not informed of this update of my pack she replied me it's a customer duty also but I asked her if they ever called me or send me any message for this update done as I never requested for update of pack she said she is not able to find any record for communication and hence no refund or adjustment is possible.
                                      A first company I saw don't believe their customers. I have been a customer of dish TV since 2008. Well some money loss is not a big deal for me in this era but it's a joke and I am upset to be a subscriber of such a DTH company like DISHTV whose brand ambassador is Shahrukh Khan really thinking to tweet him who is branding for this company with pride.
