Actually the problem is i am paying them charges for hd channels but i am not able to see the hd channels. There is error of 301 so i talked to authorised person he said the problem is about dish antena but i suffered this problem since 6 months then i complaint but they provide me service i paid amount for each visit.. Every time i had done this now its limit i dont wanna pay them they have to provide me free service.. Because the problrm does occured in every 3 month then how i can pay them each time

I have recharged last week for 825/rs and my account not activated for three days, again i spend another 850/ rs for additional recharge but till now my account is not activated. My card no is[protected].kindly look in to the matter and do the needful to activate my account

    I feel sorry to have used Dish TV connection. I got the connection restarted last year in September 2015 by paying Rs. 600 for LNBF (I had 2 of them which your engineer said are not good) and sold me a new one, less than a year back. In Jan 2016 again the LNBF went bad and I had to shell out another Rs. 600 and again in April 2016 I had to shell out Rs. 600 and day before yesterday again it has gone bad.

    When i talk to the engineer he says that it will last you 4-5 years and I used Airtel connection in Bangalore for 4 years and never faced this problem. It has happened 4 times in a year that Dish TV's substandard LNBF has gone bad. My complaint has been closed by Dish TV because I was ready to pay for service charges but was not ready to pay again and again for their useless substandard goods. I had rather take a new connection than pay pay another Rs. 600 to them as i have already paid Rs. 1800 to them over last one year.

    This is the Modus Operandi of Dish TV and this way they are fleecing the customers, I look forward to help from the Consumer Forums.

      I have done a recharge of rs. 300 on my dishtv having vc number [protected] and my email i. D is [protected]@gmail.Com. The amount was deducted from my bank account but when i was redirected to dishtv's website, the account did not show the fresh recharge amount. The transaction reference number is[protected] and the date and time of transaction is 06/august/2016 03:11 p. M respectively.

      Please help me add the amount already recharged to my dish tv account number mentioned above as soon as possible

I have made several number of complaints through customer care, over phone they will take the details, and they will told me no your details show our systems. Around two years continue i do not solve this problem!, i requesting to take proper necessary action.

              I have requested to remove my dish antenna on 1st aug 2016, as we were moving out of city to new location.
              Due to high priority to remove it on the same day, i called up to customer care and they assured me to do the same.
              I waited till evening for some one to come on 1st aug 2016, but no one came, however, in the evening i received sms saying "my request has been completed and request being closed".

                  Please refresh my dish tv vc no. [protected]-4 as i was out of country for 15-20 days i my dish tv got deactivated. Please note that my subscription is for one year. I don't know why the system always do this action and deactivate the vc card. Since we paid for the services then why they do this.

                    Customer care executives only confuse us and not help us to resolve any problem when we raise our problem at your website then they solve our issues. But Aircel appellate authority is very good, they solve my problem within 2days

                      From the previous one and half month i complain for signal issues. But the distributer of ambernath location not provide good service.
                      Daily i visited to there office and he assure that he send technician today but non will come pls help...
                      Also he and his technician not taking any call and said today i am in another location i visit tomarrow.
                      Already informed to zonal office also but they are also not interested...

                        My name is Sai Kumar, I took a Dish TV Connection around Two years back My VC number is [protected], Connection is very bad, services are pathetic, i have made several number of complaints through customer care, over phone they will take the details and they will send refresh command every time then it works but only for some time(mostly hours) then disconnects automatically again I need to call them, this is happening from 1st month of purchasing, only proof is the call history of my number to dish TV Customer care, requesting you to take proper necessary action against Dish TV.

                          I live in a rented house in phagwara where i have been provided a dish tv connection by the owner. I recharged super family pack in the dish tv with subscriber id [protected] on 4th july via paytm (Screenshot attached) which is of 1 month validity as mentioned in their website www.dishtv.in under the category packs. But today i was being continuously shown that the recharge would end today itself and i should recharge immediately. I called the customer service and because of my unsatisfaction my call was being transferred to their senior miss rittika manchanda in senior department. I was said that the recharge of ₹ 270 was recharged on the basis of 365 pack which is existing pack in my dishtv. But i said that i have recharged ₹ 270 pack which is a definite pack mentioned in their website. Over that i was also not provided the channels of 365 pack upon which the ₹ 270 was recharged. I was provided the channels only of ₹ 270 pack which was correct according to the pack. Neither i was provided the channels of 365 pack nor i am being provided the validity of ₹ 270 pack. Also not a single details are shown in the my account in my tv (Image attached). I was said that i should have called the customer service earlier because of this issues. Its really embarrasing from such a company to get this types of trickery services.In the website also it was not mentioned anywhere that the previous pack should be deregistered by calling the customer service. According to common sense it is understood that on recharging a definite pack that pack should be activated and also in their terms and conditions its not written anywhere that we need to call the customer service before recharging a new pack (Image attached). Currently neither i am being provided the validity of ₹ 270 pack nor i was being provided the channels of ₹ 365 pack. Please look into this matter and give me justice.

                            Company auto renual the he channals but we don't say anything about autorenual.
                            We say that we want to off the channels.
                            But they say no call from you. I want that my tv on at one month after the recharge.
                            Sir on 5th of july your service provider resolve my dish tv tv problem but every day this problem continues ten times in a day. So many times I call them but they are nit attending my complain . If this continues I want to close my dish tv nad go for another service. It is very foor service in bareilly

                              I am using dish tv last 4 year vcno-[protected], on 17th july 2016 my dish tv is got issue 301 error, i called mr. Deepak worining in (Bhagat singh enterprises) cell no-[protected]/[protected] as he was earlier visited my home for fixing dish tv on 06/05/2016. He came and given the solution and taken rs.150 without bill, next day evening my dish tv again got black out and again same 301 error occurs.
                              Regular 2 days i call to mr. Deepak but he was not responding and even not picking call also.
                              Then i called bhagat sing enterprises from where deepak has visited last time. Mr. Bhaghat singh cellno-[protected] told pay rs.80 more i will send the technician but again he
                              Taken 2 days and not send any technician and regularly disconnected my calls too.
                              Finally i called dish tv customer care on 16/07/2016 and asked for technician req. No[protected] and on 19/7/16 reqno[protected] but still today 19/7/16 there is no technician has call or not come to my home to fixed the issue.

                              I spoken dish tv customer care (Riya, abhishek, amritansh, ravish) to solve this issue but till today 19/07/2016 the issue is not resolved, mr. Ravish has called last eveing 8 pm and told engineer will be coming till 9 pm on 18/7/16 even that is failed...

                              I request you pls look this issue and not then please return my money back which i have recharge rs.315 on 11/7/16.

                                I want to complain about dish tv, from last 7 years i m a customer of dish tv. Last month i replaced my setup box, but still dish tv company has not updated my new vc number in my account, i have requested for so many times to update my account but they didn't updated my new vc number. Yesterday i had recharged for rs.250 and still my tv screen is showing vc card is deactivated. I am not satisfied with this service

                                  I am facing "301: no signal found" for few of the channels since the day i got the connection. I lodged the complaint 7-8 times and even after technician visit still the issue persists. I contacted nodal officers too but din't get permanent resolution. I also contacted customer service desk but got false commitment.

                                  Technicians have no sense of talking and they are not experienced.

                                  Really, worst service offered by dishtv.

Dish tv customer care service executive inform by sms received for your side that the scheme was 4 month +1 month free but now i have paid amount four mount payment and your executive telling me that your not in our scheme.                                         I have been having basic 301 error and kept calling dishtv customer support in may and no one shows up for days and finally the guy comes after 5 days and replaces the set top box and it took more than 30 min to boot and he said first time it's like that and took the money and never gave a remote and left. Then for few days i was stuck with 30 to 45 min of start up time of the set top box. Again i kept opening complains and no one shows up and end of the day they closed the complains without my permission.
                                        Almost 10 days of trials, one guy shows up and nicely told me that the adapter is bad and replaced it and took 300 plus visiting charges and leaves. Everything looked alright and it worked for 15 days and then heavy rains for few days and then again 301 error. Again kept calling and opened complaints and no response. Finally one day one technician comes and checks and says the problem is with the set top box and tells me he doesn't have a new set top box and said he would come back with a new set top box. Actually i explained that i am in the 1 month warranty period but no response again. This entire week i kept calling and no one came. Really frustrated and feel terrible looking at the way the companies are dealing with their customers. Bad service!! Money and time gone chasing these people. Wake up dishtv!!
