Request to make it possible to see the lord buddha channel as well as awaz india channels on dish tv plz. The lord buddha tv channel is liked by many peoples in india and is a religious one. The awaz india tv channel is dedicated to lord buddha, dr b r ambedkar, chhatrapati shivaji maharaj, rajarshi shahu maharaj, mahatma fule, savitribai fule and many more like these....

Please refresh my dish tv vc no. [protected]-4 as i was out of country for 15-20 days i my dish tv got deactivated. Please note that my subscription is for one year. I don't know why the system always do this action and deactivate the vc card. Since we paid for the services then why they do this.
Starting date: 16-march-2016
End date: 15-march-2017...

This is to inform you that previously switch off date was 20/08/2016 but before few days it was 08/08/2016 but now it is 05/08/2016. This is third time when I face this type of switch off date related issue. While we spoke to customer care executive but they refuses to tell the actual problem for the very same.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

From the previous one and half month i complain for signal issues. But the distributer of ambernath location not provide good service.
Daily i visited to there office and he assure that he send technician today but non will come pls help...
Also he and his technician not taking any call and said today i am in another location i visit tomarrow.
Already informed to zonal office also but they are also not interested......

I live in a rented house in phagwara where i have been provided a dish tv connection by the owner. I recharged super family pack in the dish tv with subscriber id [protected] on 4th july via paytm (Screenshot attached) which is of 1 month validity as mentioned in their website www.dishtv.in under the category packs. I am using dish tv last 4 year vcno-[protected], on 17th july 2016 my dish tv is got issue 301 error, i called mr. Deepak worining in (Bhagat singh enterprises) cell no-[protected]/[protected] as he was earlier visited my home for fixing dish tv on 06/05/2016. He came and given the solution and taken rs.150 without bill, next day evening my dish tv again got black out and again same 301 error occurs.

I want to complain about dish tv, from last 7 years i m a customer of dish tv. Last month i replaced my setup box, but still dish tv company has not updated my new vc number in my account, i have requested for so many times to update my account but they didn't updated my new vc number. Yesterday i had recharged for rs.250 and still my tv screen is showing vc card is deactivated. I am not satisfied with this service...

I am facing "301: no signal found" for few of the channels since the day i got the connection. I lodged the complaint 7-8 times and even after technician visit still the issue persists. I contacted nodal officers too but din't get permanent resolution. I also contacted customer service desk but got false commitment.

Technicians have no sense of talking and they are not experienced.

Really, worst service offered...

I have recharge 50rupees bt i m nt getting my service and a message of recharge also and my account deactivated please solve my problem please i lost my valuable money and it's fraud by axix and dish tv plzz takes some actions on them i lost 39 rupees to clarify on their customer service number and they call toll free but it was not at all so please listen request and try to solve this as soon apossiblele...

I have purchased dish tv. Good quality and result but customer service not good. Dish tv customer care service executive inform by sms received for your side that the scheme was 4 month +1 month free but now i have paid amount four mount payment and your executive telling me that your not in our scheme. So kindly sagest me what to do next...?

I want my recovery amount or give me a scheme as per your sms...

I have been having basic 301 error and kept calling dishtv customer support in may and no one shows up for days and finally the guy comes after 5 days and replaces the set top box and it took more than 30 min to boot and he said first time it's like that and took the money and never gave a remote and left. Then for few days i was stuck with 30 to 45 min of start up time of the set top box. Again i kept opening complains and no one shows up...

Few days no signal found massage has been display on our various channel like sony, sub, &tv & all movies channels showing a massage no signal found
Please do naccessary as earlist as posible i am suffring the problem atlest five days ago and in bareilly we have not the number of any service providor.
And the picture quality is very poor...

I have taken south all sports pack which is 275 rupees per month and i have recharged on may 13 2016 for 6 months, which should expire on november 13 2016 but its been updated in your system that it will expire on sep 21 2016.. which is completely wrong.
Please change the expiry to nov 13 2016 immediately and i have not opted for hd channels, your team has intentionally did that without...

I had complained several times to dishtv customer care about the flashing vc number of my tv screen but thety are unable to solve a problem and it is flashing 5 times within few seconds on the different places on my tv screen and within the time span of 10 minutes it is so irritating to watch the dishtv with such situation it will be really help full if consumer complaints foram can help me to solve my problem

I am very upset to know your failure to activate my vc no [protected] which was recharged in advance on due date 9th of july 2016. till today my aaccount is not active. what's wrong with your services???...

There was no reception or picture on tv since morning 1100 hrs to evening 2030 hrs. Sent 4-5 call me sms to solve problem.In response i received very poor service from your end which was not expected from dish tv. Remedial action may be exercised....
