Hi, I have booked for a new connection and paid 1700/- on 2nd Sept and got the confirmation as below. But till date the installation is not done and top of that i have called no.of times and dropped many times, but no resolution till date.[protected] is the complaint no from customer care but no response. I have called to the below agency, but the beow agency is supporting only Tata Sky. Why this has not been updated from your end and making the customers fools and cheating.
I wanted my problem resolved or refund my money back ASAP.
