My vc is deactivate few month I call the dish TV customer care he told one year’s recharge my account at 99 Rs -1213 and you get 12+1month free 1 years only set top box warranty . But I told my pack is super family pack .he told deactivate my previous pack and active Rs-99 pack

So recharge my account but my pack is not changed and only six month validates my account.

I am having dish tv connection. I have taken it 03 months ago. Since 25 sep it is showing signal problem. I have made a complaint about it on 26 sep. They told that by today evening the problem will be fixed but nothing positive come from them. Again on 27 I called customer care. They told that sir you have to wait for 24 hours. Then I got a call from their technician saying that he will come in some time but I kept on waiting for that guy...

There is always "faulty viewing card" on the screen and as directed by dishtv care i took the same to the dish service centre here in leh, they told me to upgrade it to higher hd version, i simply want to exchange the old set top box for your rs 699/ and continue the platinum pack as usual, but the service centre here insisted on upgradation to hd...

Already recharged but still not updated

But still showing message that today is last date. I was yesterday call customer care but they are said "you are not recharge your account". I have requested to upgrade my normal Set Top Box (STB) to HD on 14th Sept 2016. A technician from DishTV visited & received the payment of Rs 2200/- for replacement of new HD STB. However, even after 6 days, I'm unable to get HD channels. On the top of it, I lost normal channels also which were available earlier. I called 3-4 times to cust care but with no results. First I was told to make an additional recharge. I did. But no improvement....

Recharge not completed

I have recharged my card day before yesterday. After the transaction I received an email from dish TV that the transaction is successfully completed. The recharged amount isn't credited in my account. Whats are the issues with this? I would like to know them. Will our money be wasted? Fast replies are expected. Now the switch off day is tomorrow. my vc number is [protected], i have a problem of signal not found for last 2 days, can you please resolve the issue asap..
we tried calling many times but customer care executive replied that switch off and on and wait for 15 minutes.

finally i got fed up on this
