I am a Dish TV customer since 2006 and my VC number is [protected], It has been observed that the DishTV discontinue the viewing channel without intimating any reason to customer. The customer care representative also do not give any satisfactory replay. For the example.
Earlier Dishtv discontinue the channel "TARA Bangla" without any reason and recently they have discontinue the "CTBN bangla" from the package.
Moreover the amount taken for this package has not also been adjusted with extra days in the my validity.
I am objecting the same and management of dish tv is requested to do the needful

Please make broadcast all channel in your service which are available in India, so as to customer to choose out of the same and pay for it. Your marketing department should not decide the channel to be shown as per the profit ratio and also do not make any group/package for any channel. All the Channel must be available as the single channel with its cost. You can make a minimum number of channel to be chosen criteria in your package.

      Dear team,
      Just yesterday we charged our VC - [protected] - with rupees 3300 for one year. We requested to do 'pick up channels' plan by selecting " All malayalam channels+ Disney+hungama+pogo+discovery+animal planet+national geographic wild"
      But after we got the message about charging we came to know they just reversed our previous plan. When we contacted today they are telling 'pick up method' is only possible through online, they cannot change it.
      If it is not possible they could tell it yesterday when we recharged. We need to do some selection in cartoon channels because of our children, so we opted the 'pick channels' plan.
      Please do the favour to change our plan accordingly, so that it will be a great help for us.

        Recharge Unsuccessful

        I am an existing customer with VC no. [protected] and registered mobile number [protected]. I was recharging my dish tv account with Rs. 200 on 08/11/2016 and today (08/24/2016). The recharge was not successful but amount deducted from my bank accounts.

        The first recharge was done from Federal Bank of India and second one done from Central Bank of India. Kindly initiate the refund....

        Hello Sir/Madam,

        As I am using Dish TV from last 5 yrs, However from last few months I am facing problem, I try to reach Dish TV customer care to express my problem. But I am not getting proper response from them and those people are really big frauds they will charge money but they will not give good service to the customer. I called them and told that in my monthly pack I am not getting all the channels which is available in my package and I told so many times regarding the same but they will tell useless trouble shooting but it never works. Than I told those people the provided instructions are not work out than they disconnect the call and that call will be chargeable to my around 40-50 rupees. I sent the messages also to call me back but no proper response. Please request you to take some serious action on Dish TV. Hope this forum will help me out and resolve my problem.

          I took a hd connection last month and the dish tv agent said I have to pay only rs 220 every month, next month onwards.this month is free.
          Now after one month, when I recharge for rs 220, it is valid for one week only.
          When I contacted custmer care, they say that, my package is worth 675 and I have to change the package my self to make it 220 pack,
          I tried to change package, but seems that site is down..
          This is silly way of making money, by not giving complete information to customer. So please take necesary action and make the package to south minimum package..

            The dish tv site shows market recharge offers at rs.1500/- for 6 months with 15 days extra free viewing https://www.dishtv.in/pages/offers/recharge-offer.aspx). so i called customer care to verify, but they denied the offer. Then i mailed at ‘[protected]@dishtv.in’ stating “discrepancy in recharge information in dish tv site — www.dishtv.in” on 06/08/2016. I got a call back from dish tv (No.-[protected]; on 06/08/2016; 15:15hrs, call duration-9 min 11 sec) and was told that the website information was right and so i recharged with rs.1500/- on 10/08/2016 (Vc no.-[protected]) from meet associate (Dish tv dealer), bilaspur, cg (Receipt no. 3603). But i didn’t get the offer and then i mailed them again, got call back but all for no solution. Till now i get calls but no solution was provided. This is total cheating with the customers and i think there should be some measures against these types of wrong/false information. As a customer i feel cheated by the service provider.

                            Respected Sir/Madam,

                            I have been using Dish TV services from about 2006. Last time I made a payment of Rs. 500 on[protected] but still my connection was deactive til[protected]. I would have called the Dish TV customer care but the cellular services were barred in Kashmir. Finally I managed to send an email to Dish TV on[protected] and on the same day the connection was activated. In the process, I was not able to avail the Dish TV services for one month (from 08-07 to 07-08). When I asked the Dish TV executives for the benefit of one month that was wasted because of the problem at their end, they denied to provide the same.
                            Now I request your kind attention towards the same and I hope the needful will be done.

I called to customer service centre they made me to wait simply no response no solution i got... Simply i lost 40rs.                                 I have a HD connection and it is found that some of the HD channels are lacking sound (Zero Sound ) I called your call center and they told me few procedures but failed. They said I need a technician to solve the problem. As my DTB is in warranty period I was told if there is any fault in DTB it will be replaced free of charge BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY TECHNICIAN VISIT CHARGES.

                                I clearly told them OK if the problem is in my connecting or likewise I will pay but if the DTB is faulty then you have to give me a free replacement and no charges will be paid.

                                On this both your call center operator and her senior told me the same. As a consumer I have the right to get trouble free service and free with no additional charges for repairs or replacement of the product supplied by you as the product was delivered and installed at my place by you.

                                Again I tried with your Nodal officer for the same regarding payment of visit fees for your fault repairing. He also said I will Have to pay. I clearly told him this is poor service to the customers and mall business practice to ask for visit charges for the Fault product/Service supplied and installed by you at my place by your own staff.

                                I am a senior citizen and it is not a question of money but the mall business practice you are applying for your customers

                                I had tried to clear my points for non payment of visit fees as they are not payable by me as a customer but your people plainly told me it is your system.

                                I had recorded all the conversations I had with your people and if needed can produce them to you.

                                And one more thing

                                I was offered a call back by your operator and was confirmed it will be within 15 Minutes but no call was there so again calling back after app 1 hour again was told there will be a call back from you which never occurred. This is the type of service you people offering to common Indian people

                                I know my rights as consumer and also know that I can ask for compensation towards your faulty service.

                                Please do the need full at earliest to avoid any further actions

                                    My Name is Samir Chakraborty. I am a subscriber of Dish TV since two years, from the beginning of this week itself I am facing 301 SIGNAL NOT FOUND error.Even remember now, how many times I have complained regarding the same issue for the same every single day even in clear Climate also am unable to watch TV all the time due such a way that the Signals are never constant.

                                    Today at 14:30 I had called you customer care representative Miss priyanka who is not all listening anything and not try to understand the complaint. Hence I did not get any positive response from her.

                                    I keep losing money on every call to your customer care, Let me know if this issue can be rectified you or I will switch to another provider.
