The dish tv site shows market recharge offers at rs.1500/- for 6 months with 15 days extra free viewing https://www.dishtv.in/pages/offers/recharge-offer.aspx). so i called customer care to verify, but they denied the offer. Then i mailed at ‘[protected]@dishtv.in’ stating “discrepancy in recharge information in dish tv site — www.dishtv.in” on 06/08/2016. I got a call back from dish tv (No.-[protected]; on 06/08/2016; 15:15hrs, call duration-9 min 11 sec) and was told that the website information was right and so i recharged with rs.1500/- on 10/08/2016 (Vc no.-[protected]) from meet associate (Dish tv dealer), bilaspur, cg (Receipt no. 3603). But i didn’t get the offer and then i mailed them again, got call back but all for no solution. Till now i get calls but no solution was provided. This is total cheating with the customers and i think there should be some measures against these types of wrong/false information. As a customer i feel cheated by the service provider.

Complaint marked as Resolved This is great to find that "Consumer Complaints" put effort for every consumer's problem. Next, DISH TV Help Team did a great job to bring back faith in them. After long long efforts, now I feel that my complain has been heard with seriousness.I now really feel happy to remain attached with DISH TV.
