Complaint: dish tv does not send a proper invoice for the recharge of packs+ala carte despite request. Once they sent an e-mail but their invoice was without any invoice no. And cst/tin details. Their website customer login is also doesn't generate an invoice for recharge of packs. Other dth services are send invoice to their customer through e-mail.

I am a dish tv customer my name is v killi valavan, vc no. [protected]. I am not satisfied in the service of dish tv due to following reasons:-

1) no toll free nos available. Charges apply is very bad scheme (Example - i told with customer care on 07aug' 2016 at 11 pm call duration appx-20 minutes and call charges was rs.14.)
2) no response immediately /acceptable answer from customer care staffs.
3) i have upgraded...

Actually the problem is i am paying them charges for hd channels but i am not able to see the hd channels. There is error of 301 so i talked to authorised person he said the problem is about dish antena but i suffered this problem since 6 months then i complaint but they provide me service i paid amount for each visit.. I feel sorry to have used Dish TV connection. I got the connection restarted last year in September 2015 by paying Rs. 600 for LNBF (I had 2 of them which your engineer said are not good) and sold me a new one, less than a year back. In Jan 2016 again the LNBF went bad and I had to shell out another Rs. 600 and again in April 2016 I had to shell out Rs. 600 and day before yesterday again it has gone bad.

The amount was deducted from my bank account but when i was redirected to dishtv's website, the account did not show the fresh recharge amount. TEN-2 Channel is not coming since last five days. This problem has already been reported to the Local DishTV official Shri Milan, Mobile No.[protected] on 02.08.16 and also reminded on 03.08.16. I parches & install new dish tv connection. But no active this connection. I have made several number of complaints through customer care, over phone they will take the details, and they will told me no your details show our systems....

I have requested to remove my dish antenna on 1st aug 2016, as we were moving out of city to new location.
Due to high priority to remove it on the same day, i called up to customer care and they assured me to do the same.
