I have purchased one dish tv on through compare dth on 20.05.16. The offer of sports shoes was offered with the purchase of the dish, i availed it and paid the shipment cost (Rs. 199/-) through my debit card on 10.06.2016. Have made several calls but there has been no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery, could i expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? Sir maine 16 may ko 300 rs se recharge karaya tha jisme se mera box active karne ka charge 25 rs aur pay later service add thi uska 3 din ka 30 rs kata gya bcha 245 rs se billing bani jisme meri switch off date 9 june thi... Dear sir, my dish tv has disconected in the last moment after recharge. When i checked my account detail it was not show up the recharge date or switch off date. Nor i got notification of switch off date. But it came suddendly last nite at 11.30 pm india time. Then i recharge right away. The account still not show up my rechage money. My Dish Tv VC No. Is [protected]. I am not getting any channel after 5 days of installation of new connection. I registered a complaint on 1st June 2016. But there is no technician visit to solve the problem. This kind of response from dishtv Tv to there new customer is not expected.

Hi i have been cheated by dish tv as their executive sold me a royale hd for 5 years taking a 5 years advance saying that leaving the ala-kate package i would get all channels added by dish tv for free for 5 years. Nor i see that that pack sold by dish tv to me doesn't exist and the commitment given to get all channels is false as informed by the support team of dish tv. Its my mistake to subscribe dish tv from the starting of first day i am troubled and disturbed because of their bad services.
I recharges on time every month but next recharge date shows due after 20 days only and lot of channel they are not providing me from last two month i called to customer support service they are also talking very rudly and even they are not affraid to lodge a complain to consumer forum.

I had recharged my dish tv on 1 june at 8 and then not able to watch anything then i checked with customer care representative and found that it will take 48 hours to reflect the payment which sound weird to me, after waiting 48 hours i again reached out to representative name satyam responded and they had no clue that customer is wating from last 2 days to reflect the money and watch tv which is already been deducted from account. I have dish tv connection on 15th may i requested dish tv for a technician to install my dish antena. On the same day technician visted my house installed the antena and i payed rs.250 to him as a charge for installing antena.. But on next day i. This is to bring to your notice that..my dish tv problem is not been attended by dish tv service station at Hyderabad/Secunderabad/ECIL.

I am not able to view channels and same thing I filed complaint with dishTV online...on 30th may... 31st may and 1st june...thrice..

surprisingly i received msg on 31st may from dish tv that my complaint is resolved successfully...but in reality complaint was not attended at...

I have subscribe for all sports pack but i have not get all
the channels which is mention in the packages. like Sony Pal*, Sony Sab,
Sahara One, Big Magic*, Star Utsav*, Sony Six, Ten 3, Ten 2, Ten 1 and no
any movie channels comes (some movie channels comes sometime and its also

Recently i moved from chennai to bangalore and i contacted dish tv for reinstallation of the dish antenna but my complaint was not taken and it is now a week now and the antenna is still not installed. When i contact them they tell that it is a high violent area and therefore the antenna cannot be installed. I had book for a new connection of Dish TV on 29.05.2016. I received the call from Dish TV guy next for installation Dish TV I asked him to come in evening.

Actually, before lastly recharged we are getting all the channels of south India. But after recharged for 6 months on 24th few channels are not coming. Even we contacted customer care no use. Kindly do the needful.
