But on 31st march while i was trying to recharge online in dishtv website i got an offer mentioning recharge for 1380 and get uninterrupted service for next 3months and hence i recharged for 1380. I had purchased dishtv dth with one month recharge. Dish tv technician came & arrange all connections & started to run. Now from last 15 days i can not view the package for what i recharged. From last 2 days i m calling to customer care till now i can not get return call from customer care on my register mobile no. Hindi channels, music, movies also not seen. My vc no [protected]. As per checked with customer care dth dish tv my recharge...

I m a dishtv customer from 5 years & now i want to change my register mobile number coz my number is switch off frm last 8 months & there is no way to change mobile number & email address in dishtv...i had called customer care but they r saying no way to change...plz help me out..!!!

Attempting to set up service for "Dish4myRV" has been the most frustrating 2 hours of my life. Call #1 Initially I spoke to a person I could not understand who also did't know what an RV was nor anything about the specific program I wanted. He transferred me to his supervisor (Contact#2) who was non better. Two people, no help.

My vc no [protected] i have given the complaint two times on the day 17/05/16 and 21/5/16 on dish care to gaziabadh they r taking two muh time give the line to higher authority it costs too much and then we talk with them they are telling we are providing a technision to u and he clears the problem. Technician was suppose to come at 7pm didn't turn up.. Called the galaxy world dish care no response.. +[protected] this is the number... Again called up Cust care.. They told us, they will get in touch in 1 hour.. No response pathetic service by dish tv francise Galaxy world... Experienced the same thing last time also.. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour......

In subjected item, i have confirmed from dishtv customer care before recharge that they will give below items included in one package: 1) dish99 2) full on hd add-on 3) english news add-on 4) new toon disney. Also i confirmed that i can replace any add-on instead of english news add-on. This confirmation was taken on 17th may, 2016 at night. After confirmation i have recharged my account with rs. 4190 /-. I made calls to local and regional service team soon many times but no technician visited my home. Its shamefully for the people who announce that dish tv is asia's no.1 service but now it's wrong. Respected sir, i request you to kindly update my dishtv account, coz right the time i bought dishtv.. There's no switch off date or my number on it. my dishtv Vc No [protected] and my RMN is [protected]. Even i have sent sms to update my account but it took only the cost of my sms but no respond... Colors channel is broadcasted with interruption via Dish tv. Sometimes it comes and other times its not coming and shows error ' 301 SIGNAL NOT FOUND'

The issue id that all other channels are working properly only issue is with Colors channel. I have sent email to [protected]@dishtv.in, [protected]@dishtv.in and [protected]@dishtv.in.

But none of them have reverted on email.

First of all the when we switch on the STB and TV there is no display (channels) only sound can be heard, then we need to switch off the STB again and on it back to get Loaded then only it works, i request you to change the STB ASAP
The most bad thing is that the dealers are very irresponsible people they never clear up the complaints, when ever i call them they say "to iam not in the office" and never call back, iam not satisfied...

This is to inform you that i am a customer of dish tv, there is no information about increasing of monthly pack, like sms. But they increased, when i called to customer care there is no response and disconnect my phone. Also i rechage the full pack amount rs 302/-on 11.5.2016, swith off dated is 9th of june 2016 for 28 days. But showing the switch of date is 06.6.2016. Why for this

Without any reason view card no. [protected] is deactivated and we are deprived of viewing programmes. Why that so? I am trying to make contact with dish tv by phone but all in vain. Extend my viewing time (Recharge date) for the same period for which my vc is deactivated. Please consider this at priorty and let me know at earliest possible and olige....

This is to inform you that i'm facing a problem with the setup box is not working properly upon calling customer care they just say that they will send the Technical team and they demand for the service charges and after paying the charges also they don't provide proper services. when Called to customer care regarding the packs and recharges they don't provide proper information. This is happening from the 2nd month when i bought the Dish...

I renewed my dish tv sd white receiver vc [protected] on 11 may afternoon, but until now the connection has not back and the set box is on from yesterday.

Please note i used my debit card for renewal and the money already deducted from the account.

In one line i m feadup with dishtv services.
After every 1 1/2month max channel s are not coming. I m recharging it every month.
Still the prob is there.
What abt the tag line "jo channel dekho usse ki paise do".
