Hi Dish TV CEO,

I am facing serious pathetic service from your Bangalore Team.

I have registered total 4 request IDs till now for re-installation of Dish TV to my new location.

Following are request IDs :

But no one have still come for doing reinstalation nor anyone have called me.

This is serious poor service experience. Please let me know if you will help me to reinstall dish tv in my new home or I throw dish tv on your face & also spoil reputation in social media too.

    I have not requested to upgrade my pack from super family to some south... but the same has been done. When i ask the care they told we registered a query and you will get a call back in 30 minuted. Its more than 12 hours past but no call back rcvd.

    After that i did follow up so many time but no revert.

      I must say dish tv has one of the worst customer care departments among all satellite dth providers. Customer care personnel are rude and arrogant, and difficult to deal with. By just having shah rukh khan as their brand ambassador, it is not going to help their image. They should strive to provide better customer service.

        I have been recharging my subscription every six months on-line for a long time. But to my surprise, this time, after the recharging on-line is over, I am being asked to pay an addition USD15 as reharging fee. This was not informed to me in advance and in total violation of the norms.. Where do we complaint?

                  I am new customer (Vc num [protected]) of the dish tv . I had added the channel from ala carte. But when i talked to customer care about the removal of this channels they told me they have the locking period of 3 months. They didn't mentioned this thing anywhere in the site/app . Making fool to the customer . Worst service to get the money.

                  Dish TV has been harassing me since the day I got it. The people keep harassing me on the phone don't attend to my complaints and keep trying to fool me and get more money.

                  I want to Change my base pack but they won't let me.

                  Their customer care number doesn't work. When I call the other number I can't hear them. The connection and service is horrible. They never help me and keep wasting my time and phone balance.

                  I am so sick of dish TV.

I too have had one month free after which all I wanted to continue was basic package (for 199 month), but when I made the payment online, and I accidentally added couple more addons, and they get in to some lock in period, which they never mentioned. So, I am now ending up paying Rs 555 another 5 months. Such a loss! The emails and phone calls to customer support also does not work as they say that they also cannot change the package and remove addons as they are in lock in period. I am not sure and dont understand what they are there for then?

                  Just dont go for Dish TV. There are many other services, which are far better.

                        Hi My Name is Lakshmi Prasanna. Dish Tv VC number is : [protected]

                        My Dish Tv Switch off date is 15-March-2016 and currently i am using 215 Jumbo Family pack. on 16th march when i recharge my account with 460 they deducted 44 rs from my account. Regarding this i had a call with customer care and the explanation goes like this.

                        Sir, you need to recharge your dish tv before switch off date, if there is any delay in recharge then we will charge 25 rs and some extra taxes.

                        Its really wonder that when i took dish tv no one told all these rules and regulations. At least these details are not there in website.

                        My concern is when they advertise why dont they tell all these things, why dont they notify me before deducting money from my account.why not notify customer saying that switch off date is ******* and 25rs will be deducted for any late fee.

                            Hello,

                            I have a complaint regarding the way your sales department works & deals with customers, withholding key information. As a corollary to that, complaint about your customer support policies.

                            I took DishTV connection around a week ago, on March 6th, 2016. My VC# is [protected]. When the sales guy called me up for the installation details he told me that I can select from either SD at Rs.1600/- or HD at Rs.1800/-. I said I don't know the difference and asked if I can try out the SD and switch to HD based on the quality difference - and he said that is absolutely possible. I took the SD and yesterday on 13th March I promptly called up requesting for switch to HD and NOW I am being told that the switch costs around Rs.899/-

                            1. When I asked your sales guys about the trial and eventual switch he/she should have informed me the implication that the difference is NOT going to be the same Rs.200/- when I request a switch. Being a new customer, I wont know such things unless someone informs me. By not passing on all the relevant information to me, your department has literally cheated me and is expecting me to pay up almost Rs.700 more for the same service that I would have received a week ago with the right information. This is quite unexpected from a company that is supposed to be good with services and customer service. I would like for someone to look into this matter at the earliest, book a complaint against whoever from Sales department that has dealt with me - and facilitate providing me the HD set top box at the promised Rs.200 difference

                            2. I called up a couple of times already to your customer support and they simply refuse to record my complaint - always putting me on hold and saying they will transfer to a supervisor who will then take my complaint. As you know your customer service calls are chargeable and with those endless explanations and on-hold scenarios, I am getting charged for the long calls. And to no avail - a callback was to be arranged, I dont get it until the late evening when I believe there was a missed call as I was driving and thats it, end of story. I am guessing the matter would have been closed saying customer didnt respond. Beyond that nobody is concerned about why a new customer has called up so many times and has followed up to understand, take the feedback and look into the grievance. You have serious need to a) arrange for a free 1-800 customer support number b) educate your customer support & sales folks and if needed, adjust your policies to close on a call/complaint only after the relevant discussions have taken place with customer and NOT when a routine "trial" for a call is the evidence.

                            Hope someone in the system is responsible for customer satisfaction and can look into this aspect at the earliest.

                                  Last month i get a promotional call from distv about upgrading my pack at low cost and getting cash back. But information provided were flase so i downgrade my pack back to super family back. On same day (12th march) i got another promo call from dishTV and this time i asked every possible confusion that i ll Charged ₹15 for 1 month & ll get ₹14 cash back if i continue ₹399 pack, and because of ₹15 my switch off date would change to 9 April from 12th. As expected, it was a lie too. My switch off date is 31th march now. I called them and they sorry to miss inform you + scheme is not actually what i have told yesterday at all. On top of that now i cant downgrade twice in a month. DishTV has spammed me twice. As they record every call with customers, it should not be difficult to prove this scam.

                                    I have been having trouble with my DishTv connection for the last three months. I have been phoning for the last 3 months when the technicians come leave without solving the problem. They have given a swap box which I was told would be activated in 2-hours even after 24-hours it was no activated. Another complaint was made and a technician came worked for two hours and left saying it was the set top box problem. Since then nothing has happened. Old customers are not appreciated and are ignored.

                                      My vc no :[protected] I have problem from last 4-5 months dish TV is not provided the pick by channels properly they are stil provide wrong information about my channel selection I really need help they say I chose alcart but I am not selected any allcarta channel not see in my TV they charged me 330+ but my pick by channels is not working please help me

                                        Certain Telugu channels are not coming after recharge, ex:- V6, HM tv, Mana TV, etc, why?, so request to release all the channels so as usual .
