Colors channel is broadcasted with interruption via Dish tv. Sometimes it comes and other times its not coming and shows error ' 301 SIGNAL NOT FOUND'

The issue id that all other channels are working properly only issue is with Colors channel. I have sent email to [protected]@dishtv.in, [protected]@dishtv.in and [protected]@dishtv.in.

But none of them have reverted on email.

This issue persists from last 4 months and upon calling their customer care they ask to change setup box which is already changed in Oct'15.

If in such short intervals we have to change setup box and waste our money then company has to give it for free and not charge us. For every visit they ask Rs. 150/- even though fault is from their side.

    First of all the when we switch on the STB and TV there is no display (channels) only sound can be heard, then we need to switch off the STB again and on it back to get Loaded then only it works, i request you to change the STB ASAP
    The most bad thing is that the dealers are very irresponsible people they never clear up the complaints, when ever i call them they say "to iam not in the office" and never call back, iam not satisfied with their work
    I took the connection on 21/04/2016, the person told me " for the 1st month it will be free" but only for 2 weeks i could see the channels and now it shows DEACTIVATED

      Dear sir,

      This is to inform you that i am a customer of dish tv, there is no information about increasing of monthly pack, like sms. But they increased, when i called to customer care there is no response and disconnect my phone. Also i rechage the full pack amount rs 302/-on 11.5.2016, swith off dated is 9th of june 2016 for 28 days. But showing the switch of date is 06.6.2016. Why for this

      My calling date & time is 13.05.2016 time 9.22am.

      In my point of view dish tv is doing monopoly system.

      I am seeing an error 301 signal not found on my Dish TV for the last 4 days and I have been complaining about the error several times in a day. Worst customer care service i have ever seen.

        Without any reason view card no. [protected] is deactivated and we are deprived of viewing programmes. Why that so? I am trying to make contact with dish tv by phone but all in vain.           This is to inform you that i'm facing a problem with the setup box is not working properly upon calling customer care they just say that they will send the Technical team and they demand for the service charges and after paying the charges also they don't provide proper services. when Called to customer care regarding the packs and recharges they don't provide proper information. This is happening from the 2nd month when i bought the Dish TV setup box. Most of the channels will not come. when called to customer care they say that they will send a Technical team because the antenna has to be in the right direction. most of the channels will not come and from 1 month if i onn the Tv it will take 5 to 10 mins to change the channel.

              In one line i m feadup with dishtv services.
              After every 1 1/2month max channel s are not coming. I m recharging it every month.
              Still the prob is there.
              What abt the tag line "jo channel dekho usse ki paise do".
              And your customer care is telling to spend the money. Why should i. This upgradation and second connection has become a prob for me after this only prob had started. Plz solve this my family is very very upset.
              In march only spend rs 500 and solved this. But happened again15days ago.

                I am recharging for south all sports pack for rupees 275 and I have upgraded my set top box by paying 699 today and they have changed my pack from south all sports pack to some jumbo pack of rupees 220.

                I am really getting frustrated because of your services.

                So please I kindly request you to change my pack as soon as possible to south all sports pack.

                    I have never faced such poor customer service in my entire professional career. I requested for a new Dish Connection on Wednesday, Apr 27, 2016 (again) which was installed on Saturday with VC no: [protected].

                    Following are the issues I faced

                    1) Multiple installation reschedules. Technician didn't turn up even after giving time to me on Thursday and Friday.

                    2) it was installed on Saturday. 24hrs has passed but still not activated. Activated after 48 hrs and that too I had to get it done myself. Your support team did nothing. Just dropped mails.

                    3) No bill given to me. Technician said he doesnt have booklet now and will give it to me in the evening. But nothing happened. His name: Komit Kumar
                    (ph: [protected])

                    4) No customer document taken from me which is gross violation of Govt rules and is prompting me to raise a formal complaint against you guys in Govt Authorities and* hell I would do it... the way I have been made to suffer.*

                    5) As an icing on cake, even the pack activated is a wrong one. For your profits, you activated one with the highest billing.

                    6) Its has been only a week, with enough of your customer experience I wanted to withdraw. I asked for disconnection and despite poorest of services your customer care executive had audacity to say that I wont get refund.

                    Its time to make you feel the pain of customer. Will definitely take a legal action against you guys now.

                      If box is company property provide repair free of cost only on visit charge.

                      I think it is the only harassment of customer.

                      Dear Sir / Mam I am Sunita Negi a subscriber of dishtv (VC No. [protected]) my vc card is deactivated before it's due date which is 2/2/2015.I went out for some days and when I returned my cvs card was deactivated . Please help.

                          I complaint to dish customer care for not working its box. They send the engineer. He said "your box is defective. We will install other box. Charges rs 399/ + 200 (St) total rs 627/-". He also said that i will take with me the old box. I said why.. When you are charging for box and service, the old defected box is mine. If the box is your kindly repair it take service charge.
                          He said this is the company policy we cant do. I will charge for new box ( it is not new it is repaired ) and will take away the old box.

                          My dish tv is close since last day whenever i am paying monthly package charge of rs 596/-

                          It is harassment against customer. Kindly do the needful otherwise i have only the option to go trai or consumer court. My vc no is [protected] and mobile no is [protected].

                                    Dishtv is trabling me alot. They cut a channel before informing me. They have set a 3day service after ending of your package, early it was available if you want but know it starts automatically, and they charge heavly for it.They increase the price to an unfavourable price and also before telling the consumer.
                                    I hope you would listen to my complaint and would some rigirous steps against price policy of these frauds company.

                                      We are not getting the channels since 5 days. 101. Subscribed channel message is getting for all the channels. We are getting only hindi channels and telugu news channels. We want all the telugu channels which are been paid by us. Everymonth we are getting some or the other problem. Few minutes back we spoke to the customer care member of dishtv. She said to keep on 999 chgannel for 15 minutes and after that check your channels . The problem s not yet resolved. Please solve this issue asap.
