I am an existing dish tv customer, having my V.C.No-[protected], submitted my request to activate "Pick by channelL and accordingly deposited the amount as per their demand, but the system of Dish tv as well as Customer care executives are unnecessary harassing and wrong information delivering day to day. I have submitted my 1st request on 27/03/16 and thereafter 28/03/16, 29/03/16, & 30/03/16 because of their denial of my submission. Last 30th I experienced that they are even vitiating their system for restraining the customer to submit the request for pick by Chanel by giving wrong & error information through their e-system.
DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by chotton123 The Dish Tv Authority finally gives me opportunity to submit my request for activate pick by channel through their portal & they have activated the same, thanks to Dish tv, also very very thanks to Forum for forwarding my complaint .
