I am the customer Dish Tv since 8 months. from October I am unable to get the Channel Gemini int he morning hours till the late night. I have complained about the issue in the nearest office at Warasiguda Secunderabad

I ahve even mailed about the issue on [protected]@trai, but if no use kindly look into the issue and do the needful

    My VC Account No: [protected]. I recharged my DISH TV two times 270+270=540 on 03April, 2016 using DISH TV app through NET BANKING but balance is cut from online bank account and my DISH TV is still not recharged, showing DEACTIVE .So resolve as soon as possible.

      Dear Dish TV Team,

      Can you please let me know the what is the correct procedure of getting offered shoes? I found the review of your product there so many people have problem to get the shoes. they made payment towards the delivery charges and still they did not received shoes. is it your offer fake?

      how customer can trust on you? if i paid delivery charges then what guaranty to get me the shoes?

      can you deliver the shoes first and then take delivery charges? is it possible for you?


      Yesterday only i had purchased connection from you and my connection is installed.. for that thak you. but i did not get first month free subscription from you. i called several times to your executive but still not get any response from your team.

        My dish tv vc no is [protected]. I recharged my vc on 7/10/2016 for 1500.00/- with a commitment that if i pay 250 * 6 = 1500 than i will get 50 * 6 = 300 it means 1800.00/- and an offer that is 6 months for recharge and one month for bonus, but now they are refusing that offer. I got a call from dish tv on 3/4/2016 at 10.27 pm from phone no [protected] he didn't tell his name properly. He totally misbehaved as he told me that jo hum keh rahe hai wahi suno wahi theek hai. I don't know what do i have to do. The company is cheating with customers.

            Vc number:[protected] . I every month correct date recharge. But not benefit. Because march 2016 i recharge 4 th date rs 295 but you next recharge 31 march 2016, 4 days decrease. Anyway, yesterday next recharge date so i yesterday recharge rs 310 but not full month benefit, i recharge 2:04:2016 but you next recharge date 27:04:2016 i very shocking. Every month this problem. Waste of money. Please expect my recharge date.My mistake for dish tv buying.You increase monthly recharge but not benefit

            As im the Customer of Dish Tv since more than a year. and i have faced lost of problem with the technical issues and with the setup box if i click the remote button it will take 3 to 5 mins to respond, upon calling to the customer care they just suggest me that they will send an technicians. the service is pathetic.

This is used by one year before, now I am trying to recharge by pay tm and Internet, but it's showing "please enter a valid vc number". Kindly activate this vc number as earliest.                   We have taken Dish TV connection, card number[protected]. Many times we observed on TV Screen as the connection is deactivated. Recently on 24-03-16 faced this problem and mailed the same to customer care with image of deactivation. Auto response message states that they will address the concern. Over phone also they wont raise complaint and give complaint number. Even with one day delay recharge from customer they will charge extra penalty. We requested them to refund the charges for the days of disconnection otherwise we are constrained to approach consumer court. They are reluctant.

                      I am an existing dish tv customer, having my V.C.No-[protected], submitted my request to activate "Pick by channelL and accordingly deposited the amount as per their demand, but the system of Dish tv as well as Customer care executives are unnecessary harassing and wrong information delivering day to day. I have submitted my 1st request on 27/03/16 and thereafter 28/03/16, 29/03/16, & 30/03/16 because of their denial of my submission. Last 30th I experienced that they are even vitiating their system for restraining the customer to submit the request for pick by Chanel by giving wrong & error information through their e-system.

                      The Dish Tv Authority finally gives me opportunity to submit my request for activate pick by channel through their portal & they have activated the same, thanks to Dish tv, also very very thanks to Forum for forwarding my complaint .

                      Finally today on 31/03/2016, at 07:50 A.M, Dish tv has allowed me to submit my request for pick by channel, and awarded a reference number-55907 with remarks as under they will contact within 24 hours.

                        I have brought new dish tv connection in last month, my switch off date is 29th march 2016 & recharge intimation date is 26th march 2016.


                        Your customer care executive has gave me call on 26th of march in afternoon, he told me that "your switch off date is 29/03/2016 so please tell me when you will do your next recharge".

                        I told him that " i am the new user & i don't know about recharge amount as well as what kind of packages ", he asked me "you want to go with hd channels or non hd channels"

                        I told him clearly i only want non hd channels then he suggested to me that " you can go with the recharge of rs 315 and informed me about the same package same time he took my downgrade request from hd rs 480 to non-hd rs 315 on 26th of march also he told me that you will recharge your account after 28th of march.


                        As discussed with him, i have recharged my ac - [protected] for rs 315 by paytm. After recharge i got only 20 dys instead of 30 dys :


                        Recharge date: 28/03/2016, switch off date:29/03/2016

                        I got this subscription period: 30/03/2016 to 17/04/2016 (20 days only)


                        I did all the things step by step as suggested by your dish tv executive then why i got only 20 days? Why you deduct my 10 days?

                        I want 10dys more as per my 315 rs recharge.

                        I have already discussed this case with below mention persons but they did not solve my query & not gave proper response

                        Don't make fool to your customer be genuine with them.

                            My rmn is [protected] for my dish tv connection of my vc no. 01523….632.
                            It is to inform that based on my bad experience with dish tv india ltd., if any one opt dish tv connection in hurry, please be careful as any dish tv india ltd. Customer can face following(S) problems-

                            1. No proper system to listen customers problems
                            2. Telephonic customer care executives keep call on hold more than 15 minutes
                            3. After getting recharge, pack and other unwanted packages can start without any
                            Request by its real customers for high billing
                            4. Billing system is only for harass its customers
                            5. Every pack having a locking period from 7 days to 31 days, means customers
                            Are forced to pay unwanted cost for non interested and opted channels
                            6. Telephonic customer care executives can not solve customer’s problems
                            Immediately
                            7. Nodal officers are also misguiding its customers in place of solving grievances

                            Hope dish tv customers may take a lesson from this my serious experience and beware from dish tv india ltd for any further recharge.

                              Accidentally alacarte package was added. I already have platinum hd package and paying rs 680/- pm.
                              Called up customer care immediately to remove alacarte, but they say i have to wait for 29 days and also have to pay money for it. Already i am on hd package which has all the these channels.

                              Is there any ways i can raise complain with consumer court?

                                Previously we recharged with rs.220.00 for super family pack. Now the amount has been increased to rs.260.00. Even while charging with rs.260.00 for super family pack, all the channels are not visible. Strange that with rs.220.00 (Super family pack), all channels were available but with increased amount of rs.260.00 (Under super family pack), many channels are not available. Pl take action on it.

                                  We received a message from dish TV that if we recharge our TV for 7 months in advance then we will get the telecast subscription for one year. We recharged our TV for 7 months paying full amount Rs 1750, 7 months earlier. But after completion of 7 months subscription they stopped our services while it should be continued for for one year as per their stipulated condition.While we spoke to the customer care representative of dish TV they told that their was no such offer provided. We request u to kindly take the issue with the company and penalise them for their misdeed.

                                    I activated pick by channels on 9th feb 2016 for Rs. 231 approx.
                                    My account was deducted immediately for 3 months - 231x3 = 693 approx. I recharged Rs.1000 to enable this.

                                    Now if i want to add addl. channels worth Rs. 80 - it should check for only balance of 80x3 = 240 in my account.
                                    However, It is asking me to recharge again for 231 + 80 = 311 x 3 = 933
                                    Note: My account was already deducted for 693 now asking for addl. 933. just to add addl. channels of Rs. 80.

                                    b.
                                    It is not allowing me to add addl. channels only worth 80. It expect you to remember all the channels which you activated last month and re-select. Imaging writing down all channels in paper and then again selecting in stupid dishtv website and you get error as point above a.

                                    c.
                                    - Unable to execute above for last 25 days.
                                    - Junior customer care executive does not know different between website address and email address as they wanted me to write email since they cannot understand the problem after speking to them for 1 hour today 23rd march 2016
                                    - Customer care is not aware of how the deduction happens for pay by channel service - whether monthly or daily burn.

                                        I have not requested to upgrade my pack from super family to some south... but the same has been done. When i ask the care they told we registered a query and you will get a call back in 30 minuted. Its more than 12 hours past but no call back rcvd.

                                        After that i did follow up so many time but no revert.
