It is to informed that my complaint [about Dist TV-VC 015…632 in the name of Ved Prakash at Ghaziabad (UP West-NCR)] dated the January 18, 2016 (Dish TV India Ltd. — Recharge amount paid for one year but validate only for nine months) is still unsolved at Dish TV level, they are not accepting their wrong billing methods, and the customer is forced to harass, with no cause. In place of solving my complaint dated 18th January, 2016, My Connection was terminated by Dish TV without my consent on 4th February, 2016, for which I raised my complaint on 5th February, 2016 at http://www.consumercomplaints.in/dishtv-india-ltd-dish-tv-connection-can-termina...⇄
After this, another problem is created at Dish TV level, my next recharge date revised to short in place of 5th April, 2016 (fixed on 30th July, 2015). I am contacting with Dish TV through my registered email, but no response.
My registered phone Number ([protected]) also changed (as [protected]).
Hope Dish TV Officers take it seriously, and my connection must be updated immediately.
