My vc no. is [protected] ..i cannot make payment for my account..is there a way to resolve this issue? or do i have to buy another set top box...if so i would prefer tata sky this time and also ask all my colleagues to do the same....

told me my registred mobile no. Yet change the no. [protected]...

I have recharged distv for more than 2 month but received only 8 days.

Registered complaints but problem not yet solved.

Customers care phone number deduct very high call charges.

Distv deactivated automatically at the time of India Pakistan t20 match....

I Priyabrata Behera is very dissatisfied by your user friendly customers care service. The reasons are below :
1 I wanted to see my tv programs by picking :pick by channel" for which I got the detailed process from cutomers care, which I follow & got a number (50245). After repeated follow ups made on daily basis finally today (after 3 days ) cutomer care people followed by seniors now in forming that they have made confirmation calls...

Sir i m a new customber, my mobile no is -[protected] not register yet & i also sms you to activate star sports3 chennel 659 from my mobile no & my 3 rupee deduct for that but yet not activate star sports 3 channel & my VC no is -[protected]...

I am a existing customer of Dish TV & have 2 connections i.e.
VC No- [protected] at Noida & VC No- [protected] at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. On Jan '16 I have taken another connection at my parents place (in Bhubaneswar, Odisha) with VC No-[protected] which was told to me as a multi connection to the existing connection VC No- [protected]. Also Dish TV have confirmed me that for the new connection I only need to pay Rs.250/- as it will...

i didn't request for the plan change but my plan has changed and my renewal date has been preponed to 25/02/2016, which a fraud as i never consented for any change of my plan.Hence, my original plan be restored immediately under information to me and also the matter should be taken up with the staff concerned who payed this fraud with me.
and when i create issue dishtv customer care agreed that i didn't request for any plan change....

My DishTV set top box was not functioning so an appropriate complaint was registered with the customer services on 19th of February 2016. A techician was sent who was unwilling to fix the box and instead forced the consumer to purchase a new set top box implying additional charges on me....

I am customer of Dish tv and have a super family pack. Last 2 months I have not seen maximum channel properly. It's show a massage " Singal not found". My VC No. Is [protected]...

In my dish tv I hAve problem of error no 301 signal not found. Some channels are coming and some are not coming. I called up DISHTV and they send one technician. He repaired it and charged 300. After one month same problem came. Again DISHTV send same technician. Problem got solved but it again started. Now I m thinking to swith to Airtel Digital TV. They are best....

Ur setup box evry 2month damage .i complaint ur centre but they says 200rs charge ok i pay .but every 2mnths i don't pay . Wat is ur nox problem or ur company fault they make setup box that they worked only 2months . Customer doesn't pay every 2month ur special setup box .otherwise my complaint sollution or i'll add ur box that it's only 2 month work .i printed ur add dish tv is very bad company this add with every newspaper with pemplat....

I baught a new dishtv connection online on 02.02.2016 and today on 15.02.2016 also i haven't got any connection at my place and customer care seems to making fool out of me.
Tired of making calls to them. Feeling exhausted. Dishtv made me suffered a lot for this new connection.

Dish TV has horrible service. I (VC no [protected]) had opted for "Pick by channel" package which costs around Rs 150~ a month, Starting January 16 2016, with a validity period of 3 months. According to terms it cannot be changed in between. With the horrible nature of the system of Dish and its absolutely rubbish methods, on 14 Feb 2016, the package automatically changed to Maxi Sports Game-on HD which is Rs 440 per month.
