Ur setup box evry 2month damage .i complaint ur centre but they says 200rs charge ok i pay .but every 2mnths i don't pay . Wat is ur nox problem or ur company fault they make setup box that they worked only 2months . Customer doesn't pay every 2month ur special setup box .otherwise my complaint sollution or i'll add ur box that it's only 2 month work .i printed ur add dish tv is very bad company this add with every newspaper with pemplat. i'll gave u only 2 days .otherwise free add ur dishtv this is a bad company.

      I baught a new dishtv connection online on 02.02.2016 and today on 15.02.2016 also i haven't got any connection at my place and customer care seems to making fool out of me.
      Tired of making calls to them. Feeling exhausted. Dishtv made me suffered a lot for this new connection.

      Have to file a legal complaint against dishtv.
      I have a service Request no. Which will be provided as required further if any action is supposed to be taken from your side.
      Would recommend people not to buy dishtv if this is what they deliver on advance online payment i.e. nothing.

        Dish TV has horrible service. I (VC no [protected]) had opted for "Pick by channel" package which costs around Rs 150~ a month, Starting January 16 2016, with a validity period of 3 months. According to terms it cannot be changed in between. With the horrible nature of the system of Dish and its absolutely rubbish methods, on 14 Feb 2016, the package automatically changed to Maxi Sports Game-on HD which is Rs 440 per month. This could only be a system error and shows the inconsistency of Dish. After a lot of calls which the Dish TV executives intentionally disconnected as they were unable to explain the error and mistake, it was then again automatically changed to South World Sports HD. There was also a service request[protected] given by stupid customer service of dish for rectifying problem. Nothing has happened yet.

        These are the problems with Dish TV

        Absolutely horrible systems and mechanisms mostly not working.

        Absolutely horrible, unhelpful and irresponsible customer service.

        I will advice all future DTH customers to Avoid DISH TV and opt for any competitor such as TATA SKY.

              i am a subscriber of new hd world package.
              but i am unable to view channel no. 13 &tv pictures.
              the channel was appearing for 3/4 days on my connection but after that it is no more available.
              i have just speak with your custumer support representative and he was not able to resolve the issue. he was keep saying that this channel is not in the package.
              here is the link of your website in which this channel is available in the new hd world package.
              kindly reslove the issue soon.

              Its been 5 days my dish tv is out of service. I m loging complaint from last 3 days. Customer care executive says they have filed complaint and sending technician in 24 hr. No technician arives, Dish tv service is pathetic in this area. They sell their product and feel no responsible their after.

                        I recharged my DishTV with Rs.500 and my package price is Rs.730 per month (24.33/day). Ideally I should have received 20.55 days in my account, but I received only 17 days. I raised a complaint with DishTV (Complaint Number:[protected], but I have received no response from them, and their CC isn't able to resolve the issue.

                        I am resorting to this portal so that I can receive a proper response from somebody at DishTV.

                              On 30 july 2015.. Via online address UP uttar Pardesh city noida 201301.

                              But wihtout mentioning his privious DishTV VC No. ...(?)...Mr. Romi Singh asking his Balance 885 Rs with a request to transfer this amount to Right vc [protected].

                              Mr. Romi Singh needs to submitt complete details to claim any thing, if complaint posted on this portal.

                                Hi,

                                As i am new customer to dishtv i was supposed to get one month extra on my first recharge of four month. My VC number is [protected].

                                My base pack is Super Family (250). I received this offer from SMS and by also calling your number[protected]. I also got this offer on your online website's instant recharge tab.

                                By this i have recharged with Rs. 1040 online but i was shocked when i got only 1040 balance in my account, as i was supposed to get one month extra.

                                So i have called customer care and told them my concern and they are giving me pathetic excuses. One customer care lady told me that you have to recharge this pack on 11/01/2016. How could i recharge when i have just purchased dishtv, as i got this offer for my first recharge option. So they forwarded my call to supervisor and they put me on hold for 45 Minutes and then they told me you can not get this offer as i have HD pack activate.

                                But as per terms and conditions i was supposed to get the base pack extra not the HD pack. Your own customer care operator does not know the Terms and Conditions and gives pathetic excuses.

                                So, I suggest you to look into matter carefully and give me the one month extra.

                                  Regard the above complaint without attending the complaint simply they closed i get the SMS like that but nobody attend the problem. If you want please check recorded phone calls on Saturday(23.01.2016) and sunday(24.01.2016) that time i told didnt close the complaint

                                  I have one more doubt about your dish TV services, why because please check my complaint history for past six months, how many complaints i made all are related to channel viewing problem, if they resolved within 20 days i facing same problem, i changed all your product accessories like adapter, band receiver and setup box( nearly 4 times changed within 6 months). So i had one doubt why this many error comes due to service or hardware problem?

                                  Finally past one month i didnt
                                  View your channels totally i frustrated about the quality of service thats why still i didnt recharge the dish TV..because always problem.

                                  So finally i request you guys behalf of all fellow innocent dish tv customers, please properly attend the complaints dont close the complaint fakely without attending. In future please rectify this kind of problem otherwise you loosing good customers like me..
                                  Finally i plan to close your dish TV connection due to huge struggle for past 6 months.
                                  Why i am writing this letter means in future i hope you guys take some necessary action regard this kind of issues.

                                      Please note that i hv recharged for 6 month package(INR 2250-HD World pack) for dish tv V.C No[protected] but its showing in the tv that i have to recharge on may 8, which will be only four month from last recharge.

                                        I am using the dish tv since a year. but the service provider in not providing the services upto the mark. i am residing at burari, santnagar, delhi. Everyone is fed up of the behaviour and attitude of the service provider. he use to threaten the customers. he even provoke the customers. i am trying to reach the above service provider but he barely picks up the call. whenever he picks the call he says that " do whatever you want to do, but he is not going to change. please help me out.
