Regard the above complaint without attending the complaint simply they closed i get the SMS like that but nobody attend the problem. If you want please check recorded phone calls on Saturday(23.01.2016) and sunday(24.01.2016) that time i told didnt close the complaint
I have one more doubt about your dish TV services, why because please check my complaint history for past six months, how many complaints i made all are related to channel viewing problem, if they resolved within 20 days i facing same problem, i changed all your product accessories like adapter, band receiver and setup box( nearly 4 times changed within 6 months). So i had one doubt why this many error comes due to service or hardware problem?
Finally past one month i didnt
View your channels totally i frustrated about the quality of service thats why still i didnt recharge the dish TV..because always problem.
So finally i request you guys behalf of all fellow innocent dish tv customers, please properly attend the complaints dont close the complaint fakely without attending. In future please rectify this kind of problem otherwise you loosing good customers like me..
Finally i plan to close your dish TV connection due to huge struggle for past 6 months.
Why i am writing this letter means in future i hope you guys take some necessary action regard this kind of issues.
