Not stop add on pack

Respected sir,

my vc no is [protected] and i want to stop my add on sport pack, please guide me.
i have called two times to your customer care and i have charged 30rs as mobile balance but nobody have guide me properly.
I have also massage from my register mobile number to 57575 but no body have call me i that case also mobile balance is cur rs 3.
you people just deducting money from my mobile balance...

Wrong or reverse recharge

On 11 april, 2016, i have try to recharge a dish tv v/c no. [protected] an amount of rs. 250/-
But, wrongly recharge v/c no. [protected]

By mistake recharge

Not supporting customer in any way

Dear concerned, i have recharged my dish tv on 12th 0f april 2016 via online (Paytm) of rs 1095/- but by mistake recharged done on wrong vc ([protected]) instead of [protected]. Regarding that we had word with customer care and they have given a link http://www.dishtv.in/pages/emailus/email-us.Aspx and told that mail us all details like wrong vc no, original vc no, recharged amount, date, order no. And followed the same and sent all the details...

Return back deposit amount & leave dish tv connection.

I, m mr. Shambhu pathak .Live in kolkata - 700132, customer of dist tv & my vc no. Is. [protected]. After several months dish tv increase their monthly subscription with out any information. So right now i want to leave dish tv connection & return back my deposit amount which was deposited against set up box at time of taken new connection.

But dish tv company don't agree to return our deposit...

Does not provide all subscribed channels

I have been using DishTV for the last 1 year and 3 months. I have never been receiving all channels that I have subscribed for & instead get 301 signal not found error. Response from service center & local service provider has been quite cold & unresponsive. It's been the most pathetic & indifferent service that I have seen from both DishTV & local contractor who has installed the Dish and provide the service....

Recharge date earlier than one month after paying for 1 month recharge

Dish tv vc number [protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. I have paid rs. 270/ as recharge fee for one month( super family pack) on 23/03/2016. The next recharge date should be 21/04/2016(30 days). The recharge date shown on my tv is 13/04/2016.This is cheating only. When contacted to dish tv, they said that i have made request for 3 extra days in earlier recharge. I have not made any such request. Made my next recharge date on 21/04/2016...

Unable to view gemini tv, but i am paying for it from 5 months

I am the customer Dish Tv since 8 months. from October I am unable to get the Channel Gemini int he morning hours till the late night. I have complained about the issue in the nearest office at Warasiguda Secunderabad

Cheating payment and services
