My vc no. Is [protected], whenever i am switching on my tv it is showing error 102, vc card deactivated. However vc is having sufficient balance. So many times i have done troubleshooting as suggested by customer care. Kindly see this matter at earliest otherwise i will throw out your dabba connection from my house. Dish tv is looter.

    Dear team,

    It’s being long time. I have send multiple emails and have called dish tv customer care multiple times but not getting any solution.

    On 12/04/2016: when i was booking for new dish tv connection, after the payment i got 404(Timeout error) on dish tv site(Pfa). Due to this error i made again the same transaction. When i checked my account, i found the amount 1700 was deducted twice from dish tv (Pfa transcript from bank). Also there was 2 new connection request was send me as below. Now the second request no [protected] is processed and i got my connection (Vc: [protected]) but the extra request is not yet canceled.

    Please do the needful so the extra deducted amount get back to my account.

      Hi Team,

      It is very unfortunate that after so many escalation shoes finally delivery on 20 Apr . It is completely disgesting that on the packing, it is written size of 10 but when checked, it found to be 8 number and color is also very odd, brand is also totally different which was proposed at by compareDTH team at time of placing order for new DishTV connection.

      I had placed order for Bindas sport shoes, Size -10, Color : white and black for which I had paid 199/- as delivery charges. POD number for delivery was DEL[protected] as communicated by DishTV team.

      Now, It is completing a breach of trust by DishTV and CompareDTH company.

      Please replace shoes on urgent basis as per order placed as highlighted above.

          Hi i am Gurpreet from uttarakhand . I did online recharge of Rs 597 on 14 april 2016 via rupay debit card, payment was deducted from my account but no recharge done. I call cust care several times but they said wait for 48 hrs. Now about 80 hrs has gone but they donot solve my problem, they put my call on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and after that they said we will call u back soon but i recieve no call.

            My vc no. [protected]. This forum is my last hope. I have been trying to submit my request to activate pick by channel service since 13/04/16 but unable to do so. I have read all the details of requirements for this service like hd channels are not included in this service and dd direct channels should not be selected etc etc. I have already recharged my account for 3 months. Whenever i try to submit the request through dishtv.In the response is that channels with # symbols cannot be selected and it requires 3 satellite accessories. The fact is that there is no channel with # symbol.

            Called customer care service many times but their response was that i should not select hd channels. When i made it clear that i did not select any hd channel or dd direct channel, they told me to write email to [protected]@dishtv.In. I wrote the email, then the response from them was also the same, dont select hd channels or dd direct channel and resubmit the request. I tried again and again but still unable to submit my request for pick by channel. I wrote many emails but this time there was no response.

            One thing i want to say to dishtv is that there is no channel with # symbol. I did not select any hd channels or dd direct channels and have sufficient balance in my account for 3 months. If you are not able to provide pick by channel service please remove it from your website and stop fooling people.

            After 2-3 days of posting my complaint in this forum, I received a phone call from dishtv assuring me that my problem will be resolved at the earliest. I was told to send an email with the list of all the channel that I selected, then they submitted the request from from their office. I received a call to confirm my request and the service was activated. At the begining I did not receive all the channels, had to make a few phone calls and text(CALL ME service) to get all the channels. Though my problem is resolved but I am a little unhappy mainly because of two reasons (1) time taken by them to find the problem and resolve it. I called their customer care service on 13/4/16 and it took them more than a week to activate the service. (2) The amount of money it cost me to call (more than Rs. 70) them and SMS charges. But if end's well then all Well! Thank you Dishtv and a big thanks to this forum for helping me out. Jay Hind!

            Thanks for your response. After many phone calls and emails, finally pick by channel service is activated. But I wont say that the problem is completely resolved because I selected 26 channels of which I am getting 25 channels. I dont know why I am not getting all the channels.

            I spoke to the customer care executive and they instructed me to follow cetrain steps but still unable to get the channel. The channel no. is 784, Assam Talks. It shows as 101. UNSUBSCRIBED CHANNEL. Would have been much happier if I would have got all the channels as I have been charged the full amount.

              I have selected pick by Channels, Did payment of three months together and CSE told that I will receive call within 24 hrs but haven't received after 46 hours. CSE are rude, inexperience, lack of knowledge, keep on hold for more than 10 minutes just to check information. I spent 200 Rs in following up with them through phone. Surprisingly even after multiple calls I did not receive call back.

              I am highly disappointed with Dish TV service and thinking why I subscribed to this when I had other option. I am going to switch off this right now.

                I have a problem regarding my login of DishTv account. I have selected pick by channels and there is a error message showing that " Sorry! This VC does not have access to this section. For Further assistance please call[protected]."
                Even after calling there is still no use I cannot login

                      My Viewing Card (No. [protected]) is deactivated and from some days and it shows ''102 Viewing Card Deactivated''. I am unable to watch any free channels. I have called to your customer executives many times to refresh the channels to watch them. But when a new day starts i.e. at 12.00 am it is deactivated and free channels are being stopped. I have to call each time whenever I want to watch TV. I have not found any good response and any permanent solution from your end for this issue. Please help me in this regard as soon as well otherwise I will complaint of you in Consumer Court and I will change my Set Top Box from Dish TV to any other Company's box.

                            My dish TV connection having VC No. Is [protected], is very old and since 2011 I am customer of Dish TV. Unfortunately at the time of purchasing set top box and connection from an agent, he did a mistake and wrote my wrong name as Bhawar Singh Solanki and a wrong mobile no. also.

                            When I registered online for this connection, I found it wrong. I want to change its name on my name as Devanand Sharma. I want to change the wrong mobile number to my correct new mobile number as [protected]. I want to make this number as RMN.

                            Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                            My dish TV connection having VC no-[protected] and for the same we have paid our subscription charges on

                            28th April 2016 at aditya electronics in chennai.

                            After that inspite of several follows thru mails your customer care have not yet responded to help us in any

                            case.

                            My personal experience with dish TV was pathetic and now due to third class service i have shifted to Videcon

                            dish TV.

                            PFA the bill copy of the subscription charges that i have paid and would kindly request you to please return the

                            amount back to me.

                            Al least for this the DISH TV customer care team would woke up and help me to get the money back.

                              Dear concerned, i have recharged my dish tv on 12th 0f april 2016 via online (Paytm) of rs 1095/- but by mistake recharged done on wrong vc ([protected]) instead of [protected]. Regarding that we had word with customer care and they have given a link http://www.dishtv.in/pages/emailus/email-us.Aspx and told that mail us all details like wrong vc no, original vc no, recharged amount, date, order no. And followed the same and sent all the details on same mentioned link. They assure transfer within 2 hrs and after 24 hr i call customer care and again and again demanding the details from starting but not processing. We contacted to customer care and again told us to mail the referral no on the same link. Since last 2 days we contact many times via mail and number but no satisfied return got from the dish tv customer care. Kindly do the needful for the same if possible, otherwise we will do further complain in judiciery. We are not satisfied with your service. Thanks smit [protected]

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I, m mr. Shambhu pathak .Live in kolkata - 700132, customer of dist tv & my vc no. Is. [protected]. After several months dish tv increase their monthly subscription with out any information. So right now i want to leave dish tv connection & return back my deposit amount which was deposited against set up box at time of taken new connection.

                                But dish tv company don't agree to return our deposit money. Now you are requested to take necessary step to solve the issues as early as possible & help us to come out with in this type of situation.

                                    I have been using DishTV for the last 1 year and 3 months. I have never been receiving all channels that I have subscribed for & instead get 301 signal not found error. Response from service center & local service provider has been quite cold & unresponsive. It's been the most pathetic & indifferent service that I have seen from both DishTV & local contractor who has installed the Dish and provide the service.
                                    DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My dish services is not working since yesterday. There is no tel. On your product to complaint. Do the same at urgent

                                      Dish tv vc number [protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. I have paid rs. 270/ as recharge fee for one month( super family pack) on 23/03/2016. The next recharge date should be 21/04/2016(30 days). The recharge date shown on my tv is 13/04/2016.This is cheating only. When contacted to dish tv, they said that i have made request for 3 extra days in earlier recharge. I have not made any such request. Made my next recharge date on 21/04/2016 as early as possible.

                                      I had recharged my dishtv a day before my expiry. They have stopped the service. Guys do not use dishtv. They are cheating with us. And every time you write to them, they send you the same message. Please do not waste your money.

                                        I was going out of station from panipat from 14.01.2016 and requested the dishtv before leaving panipat to temporarily deactivate my dishtv from 2 months. I got a call from the customer care that my balance is below rs. 100/- and get a recharge of rs. 100/- so that we can grant you temporary deactivation.
