Dish TV service is very bad. I activated Star Cricket channel pack for month, but after 1 month they said it cannot be deactivated before 60 days ...That sucks. #Wasteofmoney

      I signed up for Dish sevices while at the Fair. I was promised a sports team cover for the satellite dish, but was never given to me because the tech said it gets too hot in the summer and causes problems for the satellite. After a year I moved across the state, upon reconnecting Dish network the tech came 2 hrs before scheduled and I told him I wasn't set-up yet. I would like the other tech I spoke to that gave me the scheduled time. He said he was in the area, either I got him now or I would have to reschedule for another day. He then proceeded to say that he didn't care because he was quitting for another job anyway. Upon the completion of my two year contract, I called to terminate my services. I talked with Erik, ID K4J. I told him that my husband lost his job and we could no longer afford the services. He was relentless about not letting me terminate Dish to the point I became upset and asked to talk to a supervisor. He never transferred to a supervisor and said I would have to pay an early termination fee. I told him that the first rep I spoke with told me my contract expired in two days and that's when I wanted it terminated so why would I have to pay an early termination fee? He finally agreed to cancel the service, and guess what?? My services were cancelled a day early. I was already stressed out about our situation, but Erik took my stress to a whole new level. I was a loyal customer, but because of Erik I will NEVER subscribe to Dish services again. I will also tell everyone about my experience with Dish services before they choose a provider.

            I have recharge dish tv on 10 nov'15 for 3 months means it will expire on 10 feb'2016. Problem is there we went out side for 10 days for mini vacation. Our dish tv is off. When we came back on 01/01/2016 it is showing message like your card is de-activate. When i call the person for connection problem, he told me everything is ok. Just tell them refresh your vc no. - [protected] then it will active. Please do the needful.

                    Respected sir, wrt my complaint dt[protected], further i beg to intimate you that one after another SMS comming in to my regd m no[protected] stating that 'Your total monthly recharge amount is Rs 481.00. and you have 1 no of alacarte active on yourA/C and recharge date is 11-01-16 though my objection is against the same package I IN MY 7SMSs AND EMAILs have questioned them who made it platnum from family pack and when. The customercare never answered a single time .I have also talked with Mr Kapil choudhury, mr chandrashekhar, mr sibam and mr rahul and few more officials and i asked them who made it from family pack to platinum pack, but all of their answers were not to my main question.Simple they are talking this and that but not comming to main question and sending the sms same as before. The details are as follows[protected]that i installed dishtv since may2014 and cntinued recharging for Rs335 till october 2015 . That on next recharge date on[protected] i recharged for Rs250 for family pack .Just next day received one sms asking for another 35 rupees and accordingly i deposited 35 rupees on 18-11-15 just after 3days. Received a sms to recharge again by 3rd december and accordingly i deposited 285 rupees on[protected]. One sms received on 20-12-15 that my recharge date is 23-12-15 for Rs 481. There after i sent 3-4 sms asing about 481 rupees.Sent 2-3 emails, but received no reply. On 26-12-15 received sms to pay at least 100 rupees and i paid on 31-12-15.Just after sms received that the cut off date is[protected] and balance is 4 rupees. That on 3rd january16 rang up to tel no[protected] and narreted the whole story. But the gentelman handed over the phone to one madam who assured me to change over to super family pack by recharge of Rs250 which will run one month..According her assurance immediately recharged for 250 rupees and one message came that your next recharge date is[protected]. There after smss comming that recharge for 481 rupees and to-day also i got one sms to pay 481 rupees. Sir, from the above fact i felt that i am been cheated and blackmailed. That from changeover to family pack on 14-11-15 till last payment on 03-01.16 i have paid totaling 921 rupees which can cover till[protected] as super family pack. Sir.from the above facts you can well understand how i was harrassed yet .Therefore i request you sir to kindly do needfull as deemed fit and obliged.-------Yours sincerly Laxmipriya mohanty V C no [protected] (m) no [protected], cuttack, odisha, dated[protected] at 1345hrs.

                        Hi, VC Number -[protected] Please check how many times I have raised complain for same problem. After every 2 months I am getting the same problem i.e 301. Signal not found. Some times you change the setup box, some times you change the cable now you people are telling there might be some problem with antena. I don't understand why you people can't provide permanent solution. It was my mistake to switch from videocon d2h to DishTv. Regards Ashish ([protected])

                          HD Channels are NOT coming from 30th Dec 2015. i Have registered a complain with you on 31st Dec 2015 9:15 am (SR No:[protected]. i have called 3 times & every time you people say within 24 hrs we will rectify your problem.No one came till today evening(3rd Jan 2016). The surprise starts now.Technician after checking the antenna signal informed that the Receiver is damaged & i need to replace it with a cost of Rs 610, but to my luck when we checked the TV again all the channels(HD also) were coming & he charged me 175 for doing nothing. So i have some Question. 1. Are your technician not capable enough? Dont you give training to them before sending for service? 2.Or are they trying to fool out of me & change the receiver. 3.They charged my 175 just for doing nothing. They came & did nothing. It was just luck that channels came back.

                            I recently downloaded the dishtv android app on my phone and I was checking out features available in the app and my mistake I click a button called active games, and instantly without asking for any confirmation active games package got activated and money was deducted from my account. As much as I know no transaction can be carried out without confirmation from the customer, but here in this dish tv android app it activates service without asking for confirmation. Then I called the customer care and complained about this and told the executive that you have activated a service which I don’t want and the android app did not ask for any confirmation before activating the service, therefore I told the customer care executive to deactivate this active games service and refund the amount deducted from my account. To my surprise he straight away said your money is gone and we will not refund it, and we will deactivate the service next month. Is this not cheating, the company is ripping of our hard earned money through unethical means, Is there any means through which we can take any legal action against Dish TV without going through too many hassles My Dish TV VC no is.                                     I have completed my 'pick by channel' packege in dishtv at 1st January 2016. I paid applicable charges of packege. Now I can't see my selected two channels. When I complained this problem in Dishtv customer care, they are offered chargeable service for solve this problem...I won't give charges any service because this problem was not created by me. It's problem of Dishtv.

                                      Given a complaint to change a Dish for the Child Connection and to change the set-up box for Parent Connection in the month of September 2015. Dish got change in for child connection in september 2015 but the Set-up Box is not yet got replaced till date. After calling the Customer Care to reslove the issue from 29th December 2015, they had ask me to recharge the same first which i had made the Payment from my Credit Card of Rs. 8900/- on 1st January 2016 for annual subsription. Customer Care told me very clearly that u have to pay Rs. 350 + ST to get the Set-up Box Replaced, which i had agree and ask for the technician visit to do the needful on 1st January, 2016. Today, 2nd January Technician Visited and ask me for Rs. 1080 + ST for the same, so i again sent a message to DISHTV stated "CALL ME: after talking and explaining to the executive, he told me that Our Senior Supervisor will call in back in 5 mins. Received call from Senior Supervisor, he as trying to help meto resolve this matter and he taken the contact no. of the Owner, namely Atul Sharma (Mother Com based in AC Market, Tardeo.). Senior Supervisor told me tha he will going to call me back again in 5 mins after speaking to Atul Sharma. i have for the Senior Supervisor call fro 2 hrs but i didnt received call, so i again send the message to DISHTV to contact me. Received call froma lady executive and she was listening to me and also she has not reply to my question, so played a trick that she is not able to hear me and she said that 3 -4 times and disconnected the call. I have no faith in the Management of the DISHTV as they have received Money for a annual Subscription in advance and they r not bother to resolve the issue now, the same thing they have done with me 4 months before that i have taken half yearly Subscription for my both connection and from September 2015 till the expiry i have not able to watch a single channel on my Parent Connection. Dishtv is a non reliable company and i will make sure they should be penalised as per Court of Law. May God bless them. Regrets Hissamuddin Shaikh [protected] s.[protected]@yahoo.in
