I thought dish TV service is good, but today I was totally shocked after my 1st recharge of 250 monthly pack. 1st of all I was not informed about the procedure to change the pack from plutimun to new super family, when I called the customer care, it takes 20mints to make ur staf[censored]nderstand what I want to say, then ur agent kept the phn on hold about another 15-20 mints. After that I have to continue my call as because ur agent was not giving...

On 19 Jan 2016, I booked a new HD connection with one month free subscription through on line. But till date, no technision turned to call or install the same.. I never aspect this kind of attitude from Dish TV, because, I am regular customer of dish tv since last 3/4 years.

It is requested that kindly look into the matter and direct local technision to attend my complaint, at the earliest.

Hey ... i want to complain about dishtv inhone apne channel package me saaf saaf peace of mind channel ka name de rakha hai... bt jab hmne yeh lagwa tab wo channel na milne pe inhe call kia... or btaya yeh nhi chal rha hai...
to yeh kehne lage yeh saara din thodi na chalta hai... yeh to sirf 3 ghante chalta hai...

or yeh fraud nhi to kya hai... company ko bolne pe koi fayda nhi hai sir kyu ki maine inhe iske baare...

With ref. to my Dist TV-VC No. : [protected] in the name of Sudhir Nainawati at Udaipur ( Rajasthan ).

I paid Rs. 500 on 19th Jan’2016 for making two months super family pack subscription recharge through Paytm.com.

After making payment, I have received sms from Dish TV that your next recharge date will be 12th mar’2016 but according to the recharge dt on 19th Jan’2016,...

Payment of New Connection made on Saturday 16/01/2016. Requested for installation on Sunday, but now today is Tuesday not initiative has taken yet. Contacted to customer care several time no action to resolve issue....

Me pakistan mn Dish TV ka customer hn muje bohat afsos howa k Dish TV pakistan our New Zeland k Matches ni dekha. muje as bat se bohat Dukh howa....

V.C # [protected], i recharged for Rs. 1380/- on 09.01.16 an d the same amount recharges on 14.01.16. Both the amount was credited in my account, and i checked my account through online login it shows expiry date is 24.07.16. But my connection de activated on 09.01.16 still it's not activated. Dear sir, It is submitted that I had approached Custmer care og Dish TV on 30 Dec 2015 for deactivation of TV connection wef 01 Jan 2016 to 27 Mar 2016 and I was given assurance that once I pay monthly subscription, request for deactivation will be considered. I paid a sum of Rs 549/- for a month's subscription and again approached Customer care for deactivation and I got a negative response saying that I had already taken deactivation...

I am using pick by channel service, my VC number is [protected]. I am not able to login to see my account balance . I am also not able to alter in the list of subscribed channels due to login issue ...

Certain Telugu channels are not coming after recharge, ex:- V6, HM tv, Mana TV, etc, why?, so request to release all the channels so as usual ....

I signed up for Dish sevices while at the Fair. I was promised a sports team cover for the satellite dish, but was never given to me because the tech said it gets too hot in the summer and causes problems for the satellite. After a year I moved across the state, upon reconnecting Dish network the tech came 2 hrs before scheduled and I told him I wasn't set-up yet. My vc card no [protected] which is a life time card not working for the past three months. The nearest dealer is not responding properly. I recharge my dishtv account at a time for 2 months of rupees 512(256+256).as my monthly recharge amount is 256.But it shows in my account rs 100 is recharged.this problem is happening since 6months....

I have recharge dish tv on 10 nov'15 for 3 months means it will expire on 10 feb'2016. Problem is there we went out side for 10 days for mini vacation. Our dish tv is off. When we came back on 01/01/2016 it is showing message like your card is de-activate. When i call the person for connection problem, he told me everything is ok.
