Poor service quality

I thought dish TV service is good, but today I was totally shocked after my 1st recharge of 250 monthly pack. 1st of all I was not informed about the procedure to change the pack from plutimun to new super family, when I called the customer care, it takes 20mints to make ur staf[censored]nderstand what I want to say, then ur agent kept the phn on hold about another 15-20 mints. After that I have to continue my call as because ur agent was not giving...

Not attending installation of new HD connection

On 19 Jan 2016, I booked a new HD connection with one month free subscription through on line. But till date, no technision turned to call or install the same.. I never aspect this kind of attitude from Dish TV, because, I am regular customer of dish tv since last 3/4 years.

It is requested that kindly look into the matter and direct local technision to attend my complaint, at the earliest.

Hey ... i want to complain about dishtv inhone apne channel package me saaf saaf peace of mind channel ka name de rakha hai... bt jab hmne yeh lagwa tab wo channel na milne pe inhe call kia... or btaya yeh nhi chal rha hai...
to yeh kehne lage yeh saara din thodi na chalta hai... yeh to sirf 3 ghante chalta hai...

or yeh fraud nhi to kya hai... company ko bolne pe koi fayda nhi hai sir kyu ki maine inhe iske baare...

Connection deactivated

Both the amount was credited in my account, and i checked my account through online login it shows expiry date is 24.07.16. But my connection de activated on 09.01.16 still it's not activated. I have recharge dish tv on 10 nov'15 for 3 months means it will expire on 10 feb'2016. Problem is there we went out side for 10 days for mini vacation. Our dish tv is off. When we came back on 01/01/2016 it is showing message like your card is de-activate. When i call the person for connection problem, he told me everything is ok.
