I really don't have the time to run behind all these non-sense for SD to HD conversion. I've called up the customer care for I don't know how many times. Its been more than a week that the cust care is saying that you'll be receive a call in an hour from a technician to schedule the appointment. But unfortunately I've never received a call from anyone till now. Really don't understand why DishTV doesn't really want to provide this service...

Your website dishtv.in does not allow me to recharge pack for Rs. 265 South All Sports. I called customer support but they are saying i can recharge only after Oct 4th for same package with Rs. 275 and additional Rs. 25 for processing fee. This is day light robbery. V.C. No [protected]...

I recharge my dishtv 1 days after the expiry of due date for recharge. And recharged on 11/07/2015 for 250, and from there they deducted Rs. 25 as penalty. when we pay and use the service, why DishTV is deducting penalty. this is unjustice, its not the credit that DishTV extended to us and for which he will charge...

After taking Dish TV Connection with Rs.2050/- I was given one month free viewing for the above scheme. While recharging I paid for the lowest scheme for one month. I am moving abroad. Hence I asked the Dish TV folks to cancel my connection, and provide me with the refund. Also take the Dish Satellite which they have connected. They told me that there is no refund policy, nor they will take back their equipment. It's so silly. What will one person do with the satellite or the Dish TV HD recorder? In fact Dish TV is charging me 170Rs to remove the dish equipment....

I would like to bring it to your notice that enumerate times Dish Tv set top boxes are showing de-activation error even though sufficient amount is there in our account.

Lots of times we are forced to call your call centre or local dealer to rectify the error. Our hotel guests will be thinking that we have not recharged the Dish Tv connections. This situation is tarnishing our reputation...

but still i am getting calls from another number..

i suggest Not to buy dishtv

Sir, I am unable to watch not a single tv channels on my tv from 15 days. Except 201 your vc card deactivated & the other Is 301 Signal not found. when I complained on their helpline no. all channels display but on the next day same problem continued. It had happened thrice. While watching serial the massage shown on tv scree 201. When I complained they said that your dish antenna dislocated . So you need technician. I don't understand...

Today in the morning i received aphone call from dishtv and the lady on phone offered some extra chennals without any extra payment and also informed about some cashback scheme, although i was not interested and informed that i am not interested in any extra chennals, but after some time i received a message that my plan has been upgraded to platinum sports pack, which is a fraud.also my renewal date has been preponed to 15/02/2016, again...

Hi, On 20 sep I requested for new dish tv connection for req no. 19988658. Installation is happened from local dealer, but connection is still deactivated. Today on 22nd sep dealer has changed the yesterday's setup box with new one as box was not on his name, as told by dealer. I feel some thing wrong here as they are not lifting the phone at all. VC no - [protected] Worst customer service by Dishtv. Its been more than 25 days, since my Dishtv services are not working. There have been more than 70 phone calls between us, and still no progress. Customer care says, the new set top box replacement will cost around Rs 899, while technician Mr Mahesh Jadhav asks Rs 1800 for the same. There is no resolution even after escalation to head office. My last recharge of two months will also...
