Hello, I have installed dish tv last week.The technician who came to install the connection mounted the antenna on wrong slot, that slot was meant for different flat number. Now builder asking asking us to put the connection in my flat slot since every flat has their own slot at terrace.When I called the technician he was arguing stating that there was no slot mentioned when he came to install and he is not ready to correct his error..He is asking for re installation charge.There are 22 people staying in the flat currently and everyone has their connection in their slot so it means the numbering is done since before but technician is not ready to accept.Please help or guide me the way to escalate the issue or help me to get the connection removed.I expect better service if I have paid money.     Dear Team, Dish TV customer care giving false commitment for new offers. I have Dish TV HD connection and VC Number: [protected]. before 20 day i call received from Dish tv costumer care executive he said new offer HBO HD channel No 24 and 25. he said one month this 2 channel is free other wise u do not continue then u call to CC and deactive this channel without charges.. But now i call to CC Miss Meera she said this channel is chargeable. i am surprise. then i said this lady previous call history this offer but she not accepted. she again again said this chargeable channel.. This is false commitment giving Dish TV costumer care team. it is not acceptable kindly request to you pls take action to Dish TV co.

      Dear Sir/Madam This is regarding my Dish TV connection VC No. [protected]-3. I am not able to view channels since my Dish Tv connection was relocated in August 2015. I have been placing requests and complaints through telephone. The service engineer has visited twice and restored the connection. But after just few hours again I am left with the same nature of problem. Though I am having balance in my account and valid till December 2015, I am not able to view channels. It is since a long time that this problem is faced(August 2015) and there is no hope in calling Dish TV toll free numbers as the response is very poor. So this was the last resort, after the loss and frustration by the customer. Previous Request No.[protected] which was closed successfully) and subsequently many other requests which were in vain. The status of Dish TV connection remains the same. (No Signal) No Channels are available to watch. Hope you will do the needful. Thanking You, Your's faithfully Deepak. ( for Commanding Officer )

        I had recharge my DISHTV account on 8 th october 2015, inspite of being payed online and the amount had deducted from my AXIS BANK ACCOUNT, through CCAVENUE Which connected as a gateway and plus you had activated the pay later service, to deduct your charges from the customer it is very im-professional, you people dont accept your faults for this we this we had bear the service. I need an explanation for this as soon as possible.

            I inform that...i m not dish tv user.. but i get daily 5-6 sms and calls..on my mobile number [protected]...its really hedache to me... i tried to talk dish tv costemer care..but there is no number of there..there is only email..i was email for that matter..but there is no reply for that... i m a student..i realy disturbed because of disht tv company behaviour.. plz solve this...as soon as possible

              Its regarding a complaint that has not been resolved for the last 17 days and the recharge amount is getting debited on a daily basis even though we are not able to view the channels. The sad part is that local franchise is not at all bothered about fixing it and has been taking it lightly. The set top box and the VC card both were replaced to fix the issue but still the issue persists which is error 102. If dishtv is incapable of fixing the issue then they should refund the complete recharge amount asap and we shall discontinue the connection. Please note that for the past 17 days me and my dad have made almost hundreds of calls to the customer care center, spoken to so many people ranging from the senior executive to the service head of J&K to the local service provider. Every time we call we are told it will be resolved in 24 hrs and we end up calling the center again. This is total harassment and if its still not resolved a legal action will be taken against the dishtv. So please resolve it asap or refund the complete recharge amount and also the original set top box and the VC card that was replaced. It is so sad that dishtv is not able to resolve an error which is 102 for so long. What kind of service providers are you!!! And when we call the service provider head he has the audacity to cut the call. Same applies to the local technician and the local service center head. I even dropped a mail to the nodal officer of J&K region and tried calling her several times but nobody picked up the call or replied to my mail. If you need to talk about this please call on this number - [protected] and not on the RMN as I want to take care of this myself.

                  I really don't have the time to run behind all these non-sense for SD to HD conversion. I've called up the customer care for I don't know how many times. Its been more than a week that the cust care is saying that you'll be receive a call in an hour from a technician to schedule the appointment. But unfortunately I've never received a call from anyone till now. Really don't understand why DishTV doesn't really want to provide this service to me. Quite shockingly the last conversation with a customer care personnel was so disappointing that she even started blaming myself for the whole issue.                       Your website dishtv.in does not allow me to recharge pack for Rs. 265 South All Sports. I called customer support but they are saying i can recharge only after Oct 4th for same package with Rs. 275 and additional Rs. 25 for processing fee. This is day light robbery. V.C. No [protected]

                        I recharge my dishtv 1 days after the expiry of due date for recharge. And recharged on 11/07/2015 for 250, and from there they deducted Rs. 25 as penalty. when we pay and use the service, why DishTV is deducting penalty. this is unjustice, its not the credit that DishTV extended to us and for which he will charge

                          After taking Dish TV Connection with Rs.2050/- I was given one month free viewing for the above scheme. While recharging I paid for the lowest scheme for one month. But I was not allowed and before the expiry of 15 days I was flooded with reminders for a recharge with the warning to discontinue the service. I got several calls and SMS for a recharge and when I pointed out about the said change in the scheme, they gave me Call Centre No.with the advice to talk with them. But it's a matter of great regret that that very call centre no. never responded to my several calls made to them. Being completely disappointed I went to the Dish TV office at Silchar, Assam this morning at about 11-30am, ventilated my problems and as per their advice deposited Rs.250/- for one month recharge . They gave me a tel no.( [protected])and advised me to talk with them after 3/3-30pm. But here also I faced the same experience ( No response ). As such, I request You to please look into the matter urgently and do the needful at the earliest . An early action from your end will be highly appreciated. Thanking You in anticipation.                                 I am moving abroad. Hence I asked the Dish TV folks to cancel my connection, and provide me with the refund. Also take the Dish Satellite which they have connected. They told me that there is no refund policy, nor they will take back their equipment. It's so silly. What will one person do with the satellite or the Dish TV HD recorder? In fact Dish TV is charging me 170Rs to remove the dish equipment.

                                Very bad service experience..just to connect a connector to set top box I raised service request.. technitian was on the way to solve this issue but he cancelled my visit for his personal work.I have raised this issue with customer care but after discussion of 40 mins they have disconnected my call without resolving this issue..very bad service.. really disappointed

                                  Dishtv ID [protected] Maine 10 times costmer care phone kiya har bar mughe bataya gaya ki 01 hour mai aap ke pas back call ayegi per call nahi aayi... mai apna sd box hd box may parivartit karna chahta hun per company ka behavior Santosh janak nahi hai why Dishtv doesn't want to give me this facility

                                      Dear C.E.O, DishTv,

                                      I would like to bring it to your notice that enumerate times Dish Tv set top boxes are showing de-activation error even though sufficient amount is there in our account.

                                      Lots of times we are forced to call your call centre or local dealer to rectify the error. Our hotel guests will be thinking that we have not recharged the Dish Tv connections. This situation is tarnishing our reputation and we do not tolerate it anymore. Due to low quality set boxes or faulty software in your system, we are facing problems daily.

                                      I am using Tata Sky at my house since 5 years. I have never faced this type of software errors with their set-top boxes and I do not have any issues with their servie what so ever.Its high time for you to give a deep thought about this error or escalate this matter to higher authorities or the concerned technical team.

                                      We were very peaceful with our old Local Cable Tv boxes but, since taking Dishtv connections, we are facing hell of problems. If you are not kind enough to solve the Set top boxes software errors or unable to provide quality boxes on par with other competitors, we will be forced to discontinue your connections as we have better options in the field.

                                      We can not run a 3 star hotel with 59 Dish tv connections with a lot o[censored]nnecessary and unwaranted errors and wasting our time to set things right.

                                      Please see to it that from this point of time onwards, no such inconvenience is caused to us.

                                        Hello I am Ravi Here Sir Dish tv not Removing AlaCarte From My Dish Account No [protected] .Even They Remove Option From There Web Site. Now Thy Unnecessary Thy Charge me every month. even i am trying to Down my package but that option all so they remove from there web site. plz take action .
