Dear DishTV, My Vc number is [protected]. I opted for Pick by channel, on 12 Nov 2015, went to DishTV.in, selected channels and submitted. As soon as I submitted, a reference no. got generated 38865 with a message given as a call from marketing within 24 hours. I called several times but no resolution. Since, then I have written 3 emails without any response. Till today I have not received any call or any resolution. Can I expect a resolution from this forum? If not please return all my money (which I recharged for 3 months at a time as suggested by the customer care in order to activate pick by channel) and remove pick by channel option from your site if you don't want to offer it. But don't make false promises to customers and fool them. -Manoj

Complaint marked as Resolved This has been resolved as I now can see all those channels which I had opted for.
As soon as I registered a complaint over her in this portal, I got a immediate call from Dish TV customer care. I was requested again to resubmit the Pick by channel request. As soon as I submitted, again got a call immediately from customer care (which was not the case with the earlier request where I didn't get any call in 24 hrs not even after 2/3 days) and then it got activated.
However, many channels were not activated properly for which I had to again call the customer care the next day and to get it resolved. There is one channel known to be "Peace of mind" which I couldn't find so I contacted customer care and they guided that it is not a full time channel. GOD TV is the actual channel in which Peace of mind program is being telecast on a scheduled time i.e. from 7:30 PM IST to 10:30 IST. That's all folks... cheers !!!
