Dear Team, i am using dish tv having card number [protected]. before expiry of the package i had recharged for month of December. but it got deactivated. after that one more time i recharged through online. Finally i have two month balance then also it is showing deactivated. please help

    I have booked dish TV new connection on 18th Nov 2015, as on today no installation was happened, i have spoken to customer care they are telling that cable violent area, rural area, mobile switch off.
    I have made the payment to VSHARE they have told to deposit the money to Account, i have deposited the amount.
    i am calling everyday they have not picking the call,

    i am new i don't have VC number my req no: 20792011 and my Reg mob no [protected], i have booked through online from VSHARE the guy has told to put the amount to bank account, after that he has not picking the call.
    For ref pls find the attached payment challan.
    pls cancel the connection it will not happen from your technician, and refund the money ASAP.

      Hello. . I'm Hemanta kumar Behera. Vc no. [protected]. Today i received a call from dishtv care. They offered a free package. Which is free of charge. But after some time i know that my super family package is upgrades by platinum spot and the recharge date is decreased about 4 months. I want my superfamily package back without any cost. Otherwise i'll file a consumer case.

The technician installed my dish TV connection but there is no HD channels only normal channels are coming.. The technician not responding now.. Plzz solve my problem..             Dear Forum,

            I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have recharged my DISH TV DTH VC NO with 1025 Rs from PAY TM web sitre and as a result it was amount was credited to an unknow VC No and i was repeatedly asking its customer care to resolve the issue but it was not resolved till date and infact i provided all the details including the invoice generated during the transaction made but still they were asking operator reference id which shall be generated by PAY TM starting from PWGW but the issue was the PAYTM confimed me the same that they were no longer using that type of code and now those transactions shall be done with AREC code. The same mail i have forwarded to dish tv customer care with all the objective evidences such as ICICI bank tarnsaction mail confirmation, Invoice bill etc but still they were not convinced.

            Here are the details:
            Rechage done from PAY TM on 15.11.2015
            Wrong VC No to whom amount was credited was: [protected]
            Correct VC No: [protected]
            Cutomer Name: V.Krishna Kishore

            Pls do the needful as i dont want to loose my hard earned money when there is a possibility of resolving the issue.

              Respected Sir, My VC card no[protected] My receiver switch off date is[protected]. Before i paid[protected] Rs495/= my package Rs165/= per month so i paid three month payment . Now they dectded 9days. my next renewal should be[protected] . But next renewal[protected]Switch off date) Now they are saying increasing charge permonth Rs180= They dont inform to me. Once paid they cut my days U know once increasing subscriper charge they should inform to consumer. they are not done this is dishtv mistake. so i want 9more days pls arrange to get 9 more days.                   REs. Sir, I, Mr. ANSARI SHAFIQUE AHMED (A/C NO. [protected]) my recharge Date was 16.11.15 I have SUPER PLATINUM package of Rs. 485/month. I recharged on 15.11.15 of Rs. 500. When I received sms by company, they are giving me next recharge Date 14.11.15 that is only 28 days whereas package is of 30 days. and what about my excess amount of Rs. 15. IS IT NOT A TYPE OF THEFT? Company is looting the people. Why should not I go to jury. People should know about this fraud. I wand my money back or solve my problem soon. Please do some thin . I smsed CALL ME on 57575. but in vain . they are not responding.

                    Dear DishTV, My Vc number is [protected]. I opted for Pick by channel, on 12 Nov 2015, went to DishTV.in, selected channels and submitted. As soon as I submitted, a reference no. got generated 38865 with a message given as a call from marketing within 24 hours. I called several times but no resolution. Since, then I have written 3 emails without any response. Till today I have not received any call or any resolution. Can I expect a resolution from this forum? If not please return all my money (which I recharged for 3 months at a time as suggested by the customer care in order to activate pick by channel) and remove pick by channel option from your site if you don't want to offer it. But don't make false promises to customers and fool them. -Manoj

                    This has been resolved as I now can see all those channels which I had opted for. As soon as I registered a complaint over her in this portal, I got a immediate call from Dish TV customer care. I was requested again to resubmit the Pick by channel request. As soon as I submitted, again got a call immediately from customer care (which was not the case with the earlier request where I didn't get any call in 24 hrs not even after 2/3 days) and then it got activated. However, many channels were not activated properly for which I had to again call the customer care the next day and to get it resolved. There is one channel known to be "Peace of mind" which I couldn't find so I contacted customer care and they guided that it is not a full time channel. GOD TV is the actual channel in which Peace of mind program is being telecast on a scheduled time i.e. from 7:30 PM IST to 10:30 IST. That's all folks... cheers !!!
                    Pleae find the latest created reference no. 39225. Thanks for taking quick action in activating the Pick by channel this time. But why not all the channels as listed below are activated??!! Hardly 3 (National Geographic, Colors, Pogo) of them are coming !! I have opted below list of channels of total amount Rs. 168.08. Please expedite the process and activate all of them ASAP.

                    Thank you Dish team. It has now been figured out. I had to call the customer care to activate rest all channels. All of them are active now except 1 that is Peace of mind. I couldn't find any such channel in Dish tv. Can you please check and let me know about the same at the earliest.

                      To Whom So ever It May Concern I am a resident of S H Mount, Kottayam, Kerala and booked a dish Tv yesterday over phone after seeing the charges in the net. after that a call was received from one Mr.sobin, said to be he is the Dish Tv promoter and told me that tomorrow by 11 am it can be installed in my house, and a guy was came and fixed the Dish above the roof parapat and the cable connected to the LNB and the other end he left on the balcony of our house telling my wife that as the remote control of the TV was missing he will come next day after buying a new remote by us, meanwhile I had asked him to replace the receiver Set up box if changed to HDMI port model, over mobile phone he said he has one with him and be brought tomorrow and the extra payment he will tell me later and he took the full payment of Rs.1250/- as told by the promoter. and handed over the ordinary set up box to my wife and went away the work unfinished. he was so adamant to tell his name his mobile no.is [protected], tell me where i go for further complaint and get the work done satisfactory

                          Dear Concerned, I have Recharged my Dish TV On 09.11.2015 Via Online (Paytm) of Rs 500/- but by mistake recharged done on wrong VC ([protected]) instead of [protected]. Regarding that we had word with customer care and they have given a link http://www.dishtv.in/Pages/EmailUs/email-us.aspx and told that mail us all details like wrong vc no, original vc no, recharged amount, date, order no. and followed the same and sent all the details on same mentioned link.

                              One of the Dish TV member called me and asked me to give his my Bank Details and fill in the form along with my bank password for refund of my money. This is not fair and refund my money back through Cheque or DD to my Home Address.

                                Hi Sir,

                                I paid the amount for New Dish TV connection through online & I have not recieved any response from them and they were not responding .They were doing fraud.One person asked me my Bank debit card details. How can I tell them.They all are fake.Please solve the problem.

                                    I have recharged my Dish TV account with Rs. 1000/- during mid of September 2015 for WORLD SPORTS PLAN (399 per month). Then after couple of days Dish TV has upgraded my plan to Platinum Sports Pack at Rs. 475/- per month and my renewal date also has been preponed. I never consented for any change of my plan. Hence, my original plan be restored immediately and my renewal date need to properly updated into system. I am really faded up with this kind of services from Dish TV and request higher authority to take strict action against them. Hope to resolve my issue on priority.

                                      Hi sir i was used dish tv from 2011 to till now, my vc no is [protected]. i did rechared for every months validity end before 4 days and last three months i recharged correct date but the service centre disconnect my service even i pay advance they process take long and after i talked to customer executive they not respond me and after 4 days only clear the problem.so they are used 5 days for processing.but i pay for money for those days.they are really cheating my money.so i decided to handover dishtv kit to service centre.please help me how to buyback? my no is [protected]

                                        I made a payment of 1700 INR to buy a new connection on 11/03/2015. It has been 3 days and their support team is unable to verify my payment. After multiple follow up they requested bank account statement and the message i got through SMS. Somehow i managed to provide that. Then i called their support and requested to escalate this matter further. Person put my call on hold and after sometime dropped. Called them again and same happened. After multiple follow up now they are saying, we want a pdf copy of statement. Seems like they are sitting idle and expecting to everyone in the same way. I am not going to provide any further documents and will raise a complaint in consumer forum.
