Its regarding a complaint that has not been resolved for the last 17 days and the recharge amount is getting debited on a daily basis even though we are not able to view the channels. The sad part is that local franchise is not at all bothered about fixing it and has been taking it lightly. The set top box and the VC card both were replaced to fix the issue but still the issue persists which is error 102. If dishtv is incapable of fixing...
