Hi I am so much frustrated by the service, I did my recharge
on 1st Dec 2015 when my previous switch off date was 2nd Dec 2015, the recharge was successful and got the confirmation text
from Dish TV, But my VC card was deactivated till I gave them a call to activate on 8th Dec 2015
evening 4PM, 8 Days loss of service and I was not able
to contact them as there was a major flood in Chennai and all the Mobile
networks were down, When i got the service activated only by 8th Dec "THE AGENT SAID DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES MY VC CARD GOT DEACTIVATED" (8days loss
of
service) My Switch off date is 1st Jan 2016??? When the switch off
date should be 8th Jan 2016!!! This is a pathetic Service and this is not
the 1st time i have to report to activate my account after every recharge
i do, even when i am doing the recharge before the switch off date these guys will deactivate my card and I have to call and ask them to activate it
* The customer service is pathetic i asked for a supervisor the 1st agent
SAMIRAN transferred me but the supervisor hung up on me IS THIS
CUSTOMER SERVICE *
All I want is I payed 909 rs for 30 days of service and I am only getting 22 days of service now I either want a refund or they have to extend my switch off date to 8th January 2016
