    I am a dish tv user and I am using a dish true hd with recorder option. I made a huge mistake by upgrading to dish tv, since the recording options are the worst. The problem is that I can record a channel only if I am seeing it and I cannot record a program on different channel and view other channel. I fell like all people who designed it are brainless . I use a recorder if I want to see two programs at the same time and I can record the other program view one programm. I don't want to record the program which I am viewing at the same time. Also the set up box hangs a lot. If you compare this to rivals like videocon they give us to record two channels at same time . I expect this message to be taken seriously and expect dish tv to upgrade their software. Or else people will not care to cage to another operator. This problem was faced by a lot of my colleagues who have dish tv. I hope I get a proper response.

        I am a dish Tv customer and my VC No is [protected] and have paid Rs.9816/- as my subscription charges which is valid upto 08/08/2016. The subscription includes HBO Defined channel too which is one of my fav channels. Now suddenly a strip warning says The broadcaster will not show this channel from 1st Jan 2016.. How can that be ? Why was the payment accepted upto the full period ?

          My last dish invoice on-line payment was erroneously submitted with a $1000 over payment. Dish is not returning the money and has already applied some of the money against the next invoice issued 12/8 .

            Hi I am so much frustrated by the service, I did my recharge on 1st Dec 2015 when my previous switch off date was 2nd Dec 2015, the recharge was successful and got the confirmation text from Dish TV, But my VC card was deactivated till I gave them a call to activate on 8th Dec 2015 evening 4PM, 8 Days loss of service and I was not able to contact them as there was a major flood in Chennai and all the Mobile networks were down, When i got the service activated only by 8th Dec "THE AGENT SAID DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES MY VC CARD GOT DEACTIVATED" (8days loss of service) My Switch off date is 1st Jan 2016??? When the switch off date should be 8th Jan 2016!!! This is a pathetic Service and this is not the 1st time i have to report to activate my account after every recharge i do, even when i am doing the recharge before the switch off date these guys will deactivate my card and I have to call and ask them to activate it * The customer service is pathetic i asked for a supervisor the 1st agent SAMIRAN transferred me but the supervisor hung up on me IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE * All I want is I payed 909 rs for 30 days of service and I am only getting 22 days of service now I either want a refund or they have to extend my switch off date to 8th January 2016

                  I am Dish TV customer, but now a days if their is any problem, company dose not attend any complain with excuse that our area is cable violent .But actually this is not fact other dth operators give their service in our ares.And their service center demand extra amount then specified by company.If our area is cable Violent then how dealers can give service with extra charge or other operators giving service. That means they are looting customer with excuse cable violent area.I appeal to give us refund of payment made for purchasing Dish TV if they could not provide service

                      Dear Sir, I did recharge through dishtv on 02/12/2015 and i got debit message from my bank but yet i have not received any confirmation message from dishtv and not recharge in my DISHTV, for the same i have tried to contact them through customer care service so they reply that they don't have any solution for this as i have to provide transaction ID likewise i have not receieved any transacion from them then how i give them a transaction ID. Also mailed to nodel officer of gujarat but he is really amazing guy he didn't replied my mail also not recieved his phone so not i don't have any idea that where to contact and from where my query got solved.                             Hi, I have taken new VC connection in the Month of Nov 2015 in Diwali. My VC no is [protected] for which balance amount is more then Rs 500 and next recharge date is in Jan 2016. From Monday 30 Nove 2015 my connection is deactivited and when I called to Customer Care it is told that VC verification is pending from Dish TV side and call will be established within 24-48 hours now 4 days over and no call is coming and my Dish TV connecton is in deactivited mode even I have paid subscription in advance. I called Customer Care every day but they are asking to wait for a call. This is very frustating and no boday from Customer Care healping properly Pl. Help me out to solve this.                             My parents had taken a dish TV connection in Kolkata on 22nd July. After a month suddenly the dish TV connection is deactivated although the connection was recharged two days back. When called up customer care they mentioned that verification is pending and denied. First of all verification needs to be done before a connection is provided and not after a month of providing connection. Customer care also said that again we need to submit our documents proof although it was done while taking the connection. Right now we are not able to enjoy any services as it is deactivated. This is really some horrible service

                                I got a call from Dish TV Executive and offered a one month free subscription of some channels. So I asked about what if I don't want to continue the subscription of these channels from next month after this free subscription got finish?
                                The Executive told me
                                NOT TO WORRY SIR, ONLY YOU NEED TO RECHARGE YOUR CURRENT PACK CHARGES WHICH IS 355/- PER MONTH INCLUDING ALL CHARGES AND THIS FREE SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT CONTINUE.
                                So I agreed to HIS information and said yes activate the first month free subscription.
                                But now I come to know that it didn't get discontinue and I have to pay for the same.
                                So I called to Dish TV Customer care there I came to know that i was misguided, so asked to talk with any senior person, and He is I must say sounded like the owner of DISH TV. He said very clearly it's your fault not ours and you have to pay for it. We won't be giving you any kind of adjustment for the same. So I asked him that you must be having the recording of that cal which I recived from your end, So he simply dinied it and said no we have only smses of the same and there is nothing mentioned here that the executive gave you wrong information.

                                This is SICK nothing else.

                                I would like to bring in notice that I WAS a Loyal customer of Dish Tv and this is what Dish Tv payed me back.

                                I also know that there would be no effect if Dish TV loose any single customer.

                                But I think it's a real loss to loose a LOYAL CUSTOMER. I am very much sure if DISH TV thinks to do work in this way then very soon there would be no more LOYAL CUSTOMERs left for you. Today you loosed only one Customer but I can assure you very soon you are gonna loose many more like us.

                                  Technician asking for extra payment as i had to fix dish at my neighbors place which could take additional 40 mtrs approx. i agreed for the same but he was insisting for extra labour payment as he alone cant do the same for which i disagreed. When i told him i would complaint about him he went off without telling me. Despite following up at his office i didnt got my connection yet.                                     Dear concerned as a normal Dish TV setup box was damaged we called to Customer Care for another set top box they send one of their staff members that staff member exchange with the hd plus set top box we said that we don't want hd + but they said it will charge normally until and unless we subscribe for hd plus channels so we agreed upon so we recharg vc with family pack on third of March 2015 and it got in ended on this 26 of November 2015 when we complain to the Customer Care in this regard she said that due to the activation of hd plus channels this recharge has been emde I want to ask a question that we haven't activate HD plus channels and we haven't used any channel so why we paid for these channels why staff member do not inform us in this regard so the fault of their staff members y v as a Customer have to pay that is there a duty not o[censored]s we have complaints several times and still complaining but not getting any kind of result should we remove our connection or soon we get result of it hope you will understand our problem because as a method class family we are not able to pay that much of amt.thanku

                                      I have purchased a set top box a couple of weeks back from DishTv.They say that they are trying to call for verification but they are not calling.Have complained to the customer care a lot also on twitter but no results.They just drop messages that they are trying to call but i dont respond.They have already switched off my STB since wednesday.

                                        I am getting message "this vc is not allowed to logon (pick by channel subs)" while trying to login using VC No., or RMN or my User Id. I thought that after 3 months period from date of recharge it would be OK but no use. My balance amount finished on 26 Nov 2015. This was not at all intimated in the Terms and Conditions of the portal. Please help...
