I am facing a huge problem as my HD services channels is facing disturbances in frequently . If one particular hd channel is opened then suddenly after 2 mins disturbance start occuring & remained contd. I am bound to change the channel to normal services to watch the programme. I recently purchased a dish TV with VIC # [protected]/7 with charge for 6 months. It is just one month that i enjoyed the service, i started receiving messages that the cut of date is going to come soon and it is 26 March 2015. I have taken a hd pack against rs.399.00 since long. But now enhanced to rs.459.00 which is impossible to me to continue the pack. Now i am willing to change the pact at low cost pack. Please arrange to change at your earliest otherwise i will take other companys pack which is lower than your price and chennels almost same.

Dear sir, I had recharge our VC connection on dated 19.03.2015 by pay of Rs 240/- in monthly recharge scheme. But, I have received the one invoice on dated 09.04.15 with next recharge date and amount as per invoice our next recharge date is 13.04.15.
