I called in Dish Tv customer care no. [protected] several times on 3.05.2015 and 4.05.2015 but after entering VC number call is getting disconnected from their end. Please help me so that I can downgrade my Pack to New Super Family pack.Such a bogus customer care I have never seen and planning to quit from Dish Tv.

      I took new connection .. Within installations 30 min I lost signals .. Guy came for installation was not qualified for that job .. Also he cheated for more money for extra cable .. Actual rate for extra cable is 12 rs per meter .. This guy told 24 rs per meter . I gave him 200 he did not return chchange back .. I called thousand times costumer care and no one send ffor service till now .. Want refund for 1500 ..

          payment gate way, www.dishtv.in recharge of rs 1000/-was done on line on dt.21/04/15 at 09;08;23 am from state bank of india debit card. rs 1000/-deducted from my a/c no;[protected]; for VCNO [protected]. message recevied from BP-ATMSBI.THANK YOU for using SBI DEDIT CARD FOR purchase of rs 1000/-on POS [protected] at PayU txn#[protected] complaint sent at email-us.aspx received reply by mail on dt 28/04/15 that said payment is not received. REPEATED contacted costomer care [protected]. but my complaint is still not settled. approached bank they asked to produce transaction failed receipt which is not possible for me. still amt of rs 1000/-is not credited to my a/c nor received by dishtv.till 28/04/15 now IAM frustrated by doing complaint please settel my complaint immidietly

            Setup box was not working properly from so many days. I tried to contact to dishtv but it going fail.. i send call back massages from my register mobile no. But it alwsya reply try again later... i try 20 to 25 times a day but it always repet same...

              my VC Number [protected]. my switch off date was 24/4/2015. i recharged my dish tv account yesterday .after recharge also the card is not activated... i kept the receiver ON for a hole day...still viewing card not activated message appears...any reset procedure is there to rectify this problem...

                Hello, VC no. [protected] Phone: [protected] I have opted for pick by channel service on 24 April 2015 and although it was smoothly implemented, the My Account tab in my TV is constantly listing the next recharge date to be 2nd of June 2015 (as per my previous pack), instead of 19th of July 2015 which is being shown by my account in dishtv.in as well as the IVR of the customer care account information service. I have repeatedly tried to update the account using SMS (DISHTV ACC to 57575) or through dishtv.in. It is updated for a while then, before the next recharge date wrongly reverts back to 2nd of June. I have tried to contact DISHTV customer care service person to no avail. The call is forever on wait, although the automated voice keeps emphasizing how important the call of a customer is! Please smoothly update my Account info on TV as fast as you can. Have a nice day - Jagannath Chakraborty

                  I am facing a huge problem as my HD services channels is facing disturbances in frequently . If one particular hd channel is opened then suddenly after 2 mins disturbance start occuring & remained contd. I am bound to change the channel to normal services to watch the programme. I have once called your customer care, but tgey had not provided me any complaint id . Pls look in to the matter . This prob is occuring since last 2 months irespective of weather conditions.                     I recently purchased a dish TV with VIC # [protected]/7 with charge for 6 months. It is just one month that i enjoyed the service, i started receiving messages that the cut of date is going to come soon and it is 26 March 2015. I was surprised and called the agent and he is providing me crazy answers. I don't know what happened? Did the agent whom I bought the dish cheated me or Dist TV did this to me?                       i Mr rajesh agaldivate my vc no [protected] which has done the online payment on 21/04/2015 on evening 8.27 pm. I had the online payment on 21/04/2015 which is from axis bank but it was shown successful. Bur when i reach home and check to my dish tv ac the balance is zero. So please do the needful to me. I had recharge for family pack rs 230/ previously the maxi pack was there so i want change to family pack.
                      So please do the needful to me i would be very much thankful to you. My contact no is [protected] please let me know by call. what the problem if today it matter never solve that the tv will be disconneted today is the last date to recharge.

                          DEAR SIR i am purchased dish tv from online on 16.04.2015. i paid amount for HD service but they given normal SD service dish tv connection on 19.04.2015.(they committed that purchased date installation would be done)today date is 23.04.2015 till date this dth dish tv connection not activated. this is summer school vacation time all my family in my home there is no entertainment in house..i need justice. i dont need this connection plz take back and give my money back. i need extra claim for my frustration and unwanted stress . dish tv installation request no :[protected]. they given dish tv card no : [protected] my mobile no [protected]

Now i am willing to change the pact at low cost pack. Please arrange to change at your earliest otherwise i will take other companys pack which is lower than your price and chennels almost same.

                                    I have made cheque payment for new HD STP and one year recharge. The cheques issued in favour of your franchisee M/s MELTEX INFOSYSTEMS P LTD Kharadi Pune. The amount has been debited from my bank account on 28 Feb 2015. I have also paid Rs. 250 in cash, so that my account does not get disconnected in the mean time. I have receipts for all three payments. The matter has been brought to the notice of your NOIDA office numerous times on phone. I regret to point out that my account still does not show the credit of the amount to my account. If I do not get redresal of my grievance within 7 days, I will be forced to take LEAGAL recourse in the matter. Regards Padmaja Dongare.
