I have opted for pick by channel service on 24 April 2015 and although it was smoothly implemented, the My Account tab in my TV is constantly listing the next recharge date to be 2nd of June 2015 (as per my previous pack), instead of 19th of July 2015 which is being shown by my account in dishtv.in as well as the IVR of the customer care account information service. I have repeatedly tried to update the account using SMS (DISHTV ACC to 57575) or through dishtv.in. It is updated for a while then, before the next recharge date wrongly reverts back to 2nd of June.
I have tried to contact DISHTV customer care service person to no avail. The call is forever on wait, although the automated voice keeps emphasizing how important the call of a customer is! Please smoothly update my Account info on TV as fast as you can.
