Hi Sir, I dont understand why people of this call centre show such an selfish attitude to see your product. I am highly disappointed for just a matter of 100 rupees. one of the lady called me and spoke to me about a new HD channel HBO which dish tv has just added and she told me that it is free of cost to me till my next due date, I just dinty wanted to opt but somehow she insisted me to check at least for free and than If i dont want I should recharge again for the A la carte. today i made a recharge and surprisingly my recharge date came 8 days forward I was highly pissed of as I made a shortfall of my payment. When i called the call centre they are telling the A la carte channel cannot be removed as it has lock in Period. why just you guys dont understand its our money why this people dont share all the information to customers. you can hear the recorded call i just made to Shampa to Noida Delhi on March 18 3:15 PM. I am from Mahrasahtra and I am seriously not happy with the services provided every quarter there is price hike without intimation. I recharged today of 449 and now my next recharge is 460 without any intimation. I want the al a carte channel to be removed Now itself and also my new recharge date should be revised as per earlier. IF this is not possible than please let me know I will be more eager to Switch to some other partners and I will also make sure I advice the same to my best Network and also not to purchase any new ones.     Dear sir i have a dish tv connection which was not active from last one yr. it was resister whith my mother name - SUDHA RANI JAISWAL.with VC no. [protected] with resister mobile. [protected]. it was not active from last one yr so its have offer for activation that if i paid for 7 months i will able to see for 12 months. i paid 1680 rs for 7 mnth on 16th march 2015 but its still showing switch off time 5/10/2015. actually it must in march 2016. so please help me on this matter as soon as possible.

      I have DishTv Connection. Nos is [protected]; registered mobile no is [protected]; request id 18470 dated 12.03.2015. I have subscribed pick by channel services on-line on 12.03.2015 Rs.500/- and message is displayed that next 24 hour your connection will active. A Period of 30 hrs passed but nothing could be heard so far. and I talked customer care dated 14.03.2015 time 02.40 PM (approx) than reply that you are not eligible for this services. Then I asked question why ? then he replied In the year 2017 you will subscribe this services. But Now I want this service not in 2017. and i asked complaint no then he replied that you are not eligible this service and we will not give any complaint no. So Now Sir, will I do?

        Sir, i am from Pakistan yesterday i recharged my dish tv card, got gold package. Some channels are missing and aren't playing. Likely SAHARA ONE.             Sir, On 06.03.2015 an amount of Rs.555/- was paid towards dishtv monthly recharges for connection No.[protected] instead of [protected]. The last digit was wrongly quoted. We have been trying to make a correction but there is no response except that "due date will expire and the service will be disconnected". This absolutely is incorrect procedure and needs some correction. I hope that this will be corrected and the inconvenience will be stopped.

              Sir, I have done recharge of Rs.750=00 for dish tv by internet banking from my HDFC Account .Dish TV DTH-HDFC[protected]BILLPAY ONLINEPAYMENT-[protected] on date 6/3/15 time-12.14 my vc no is -[protected] my registered mo.no is -[protected] But on TV screen the massage shows warning to pay for recharge to day Do needful urgently.

                My VC no. [protected]. Have a look at the picture attached the payment shows up on my TV biy it doesnt show up anywhere else on their systems and thus the recharge date not getting updated and my TV will blank out on 10thMarch 2015. They already blanked out on 8th march 2015.I made payment of rs 660 through your pathetic but well advertised Dishtv app on my mobile phone with my Citibank credit card on 7th march but what happens ? Neither do I get any confirmation or transactional mail or from your side nor does my payment get reflected in your pathetic systems anywhere. Except that my bank sends me an SMS and an email about the transaction. Lo behold it also shows up on my account details on my parent connection. Get it updated immediately . I am sick and tired of this pathetic service from your side. And this kind of trouble happens each time after recharging ever since I have taken another connection . on my old connection the VC no. Is still different, even the info is different . what do I say more about how pathetic your systems are. I wouldn't hesitate in letting the world know these things on social media if things aren't rectified . I am forced to use your services and not because I am happy with them. That is how my transaction confirmation from my card looks like. Rs 660.00 was spent on your Credit Card 5546XXXXXXXXXXXX on 07-MAR-15 at Dish_TV_PayTM

                Got a call from dish TV. As pathetic these people are they are asking me to get on touch with paytm and shrugging off all responsibilites. I did not choose paytm . they chose it. Moreover if it was an issue there how come the payment is showing on the screen. Why don't they check their systems and stop harrassing consumers. This is my second complaint here on consumer forum and both are about Dish TV. Called up paytm they ask order no. How will I have the order no. If I don't get aa confirmation message or email. And this sort of a thing has not happened first time.

                      I did online recharge of (Rs 500) on 2nd march 2015. I did not get any confirmation mail of success full recharge but amount is deducted from my account. I got a mail related to transaction update for your dish tv recharge.My transaction details are as follows: Order ID : D[protected] VC Number : [protected] Amount : 500 Date-Time :[protected]:09:00.0 I complaint may times to customer care but i did not get any satisfactory response. Each time i am getting same automated mail: Dear subscriber, your case has been forwarded to our customer service experts. You will be getting a call within next 24hrs from our side.                             I recharged vide my mobile number which was registered on my earlier VC number which was already not working from last 3-4 years. After recharge on 24/02/2015 I repeated several time complaint on DISH TV email address. Several time on Toll free number. I recharged on 24/02/2015 for Rs.500/- vide TXN ID : RI[protected] through my SBI Debit card which was recharged on VC No.[protected] instead of VC No.[protected]. I want such amount (i.e. Rs.500/-) for my VC No.[protected]. But till today no one response me positively. Some phone received by me line your problem will solve within 2 hrs. Some phone from[protected] he will solve my problem with takeup matter with higher line. But till I have not received Credit said amount to my VC[protected]. My Mob.No.[protected]

                              Dear Sir My VC No. [protected], I have upgraded my SD Box to HD on[protected], after use of a month box had switched off, I carried it to service station, they gave me another box which hung after use of few minutes, again I have registered a complaint to the DishTV Customer Care, next day technician came and installed another box which is also hanging and restarting frequently on random interval. Every time DishTV Provided me faulty Set Top Box, now when I called to Customer Care, they are telling call when you are in front of TV we will help to software update and Erase Flash FS which is already done by the technician but problem not resolved. My query when I am under warranty, why I am getting repaired and untested box, I must get a good working and tested equipment or new box or full refund of my connection.

                                  today morning when i switch on my dish tv it showed me blank screen when i called cutomer care he told me to erase epg and flash. after that it showed that there is no signal ugrade can not continue. i dont know what is wrong with that but i am not able to watch tv.if anyone has solution plz tellme.

                                        When I do an online recharge, the website doesn't allow any amount less than Rs.500/-. I have some, Super Value Pack, with monthly charge value of Rs.240/- inclusive all. When I called the customer call centre, the lady replied that the have upgraded their system is this manner that we have to pay Rs.500/-. Dish Tv have started looting people, at PAN India level taking Rs.260/- upfront, mean crores of rs without any interest. Also they don't have toll free Call centre. Compliant NO registered with DishTv[protected].
