My VC No. [protected], I have upgraded my SD Box to HD on[protected], after use of a month box had switched off, I carried it to service station, they gave me another box which hung after use of few minutes, again I have registered a complaint to the DishTV Customer Care, next day technician came and installed another box which is also hanging and restarting frequently on random interval. Every time DishTV Provided me faulty Set Top Box, now when I called to Customer Care, they are telling call when you are in front of TV we will help to software update and Erase Flash FS which is already done by the technician but problem not resolved. My query when I am under warranty, why I am getting repaired and untested box, I must get a good working and tested equipment or new box or full refund of my connection.
