    Sir, i have recharge my dish tv at 250 on 16apr2015. My plan is family combo plan at 240 rs per month. But my dish tv is show the rechare date is 27 apr 15. I think my rechare date is 14 may 15. So plz take action according you.

      My VC No.[protected] I have given under this category one week back but there is no solution found for my problem. I have already disconnected due to bad service kept pending for shifting to other service provider. I have been using dishtv from past more 12 years. Since one year after paying monthly subscription I am facing at particular time signal is not available. Why. If I give the complaint also no one visited or rectified those error. Simply calling from sitting their office in noida or Chennai, they cannot rectify. When they call, I will be in office or in journey. I cannot answer their call. If they genuinely solve our problem, they should call us between 8.30 P.M to 9.30 P.M. Let them send their service man or technician to our door steps if they demand minimum amount, I am ready to pay. Why they can not send technician

        Team, Its not even a week that my Dish TV has stopped working which was absolutely fine(After all its an electronic device), however I am surprised & shocked to hear few issues which as follows: # I will never ever get my money back which I have paid towards my installation if I wish to return whole equipment as intact as it was given to me which is a big surprise! # Raised a complaint whose ETA was 24 hours and I received a call from a technician who asked me whether I am located in Uppal whereas my address given to Dish TV while placing an order was Secunderabad also which I have confirmed over the phone was Secunderabad, However I believe it was a spam call as I have not seen any technician coming to my place and fixing the problem as promised by evening. This makes me believe that I am a customer of an institution who are running a SPAM or ITS A FAKE COMPANY! # Repeatedly calling customer service lines shows always busy and I am not sure why this always. And this is not the same with other institutions who are doing business in & around India! # Why I am paying for the services which I am not using for four consecutive days without a solution for my problem or a service without any update?             dear dishtv my dishtv vc number [protected] is on sturdy night around 6.30 p, m started showing single not found i i called the dishtv service centre and the taken my request and forward to dishtv perfect solution under request number 17451137 but neither technical call or nor i got the perfect solution ...so i decided to terminate my services ... this is really services that are offered to customer the time i waited to get the technical call ..will be compensated by dishtv or the amount that is left in my account will be paid back to me...you are the real criminal who are r robbing and looting the coming on sweet advertisment you are making fool to the customer i just wanted to know whom i say responsible to all this kind of

              Dear sir, I had recharge our VC connection on dated 19.03.2015 by pay of Rs 240/- in monthly recharge scheme. But, I have received the one invoice on dated 09.04.15 with next recharge date and amount as per invoice our next recharge date is 13.04.15. My question is I had done last recharge on dated 19.03.15 and pay rs. 240/- for the one month as as per monthly schedule our next recharge date will come on 18.04.2015 . So, why you have send to me the next recharge invoice with early dated i e 13.04.2015. Please correct our next recharge date of my V C connection no [protected]. Thanks Anoop Jain

              Dish TV company is service category company and his responsibility is customer will satisfied but i am seen your display network is very poor and every month you have change the display channel and every month I am facing the recharge date problem. Each and every month you have change the recharge date & display channel. And also you have not given to customer for free calling facility and i can't easily contact to you technical person. As per my experience dish T V company not given the satisfactory service to the customer.
              Sir, Our VC no is [protected] . As per recharge of package not relay the all channel by this VC no set up box .Only we can see the 2-3 news channel i e ZEE and AAJ TAK . Other channel is not relay .

              Please check the same and clear the problem .

                DishTV is providing IPL to cricket pack subscribers, and for south India it is giving through Sony KIX channel which broadcasts in only Tamil and Telugu Languages, aren't there any other people in south India ? why the discrimination ? Either provide IPL in every south Indian Language or try to provide through a channel that broadcasts in either Hindi(National Language) or English(International Language), Thank You

                  My dish tv had stopped functioning and said that my viewing card was inactivated because this was due for payment. we were away and have made the payment last night. My Account has been updated to[protected]. I have paid and selected the channels as well. After I had upgraded to HD I did not receive any of my previous channels. But still not got any of these All I got was for Rs.77.93 as per "myaccount" on Dish TV. Spoke to the people concerned here but they are not able to resolve my problem. The whole thing really is poor show just passing the buck back and forth.

                    Dear sir, With complete regret on why i subscribed to such a cheap Service providers like dish tv am writing this complaint . I am registering this complaint with 0.1 % of hope that you people will actually respond to it. I am trying to activate a channel and add it to my account to watch a IPL match and i am trying to call to those so called Use less numbers which you people have proudly displayed in your websites. I must say, how cheap are you guys that you can not even have a active customer care number that actually works all the numbers which you people have displayed are useless . I am reconsidering to change my service. And its time to rip you guys over the social networking sites

                      Its unfortunate to have such kind of pathetic after sales service support. If something wrong happened to setup box then we need to get repaired setup box with 3 months warranty which cost around Rs 1000 to customer(800 +200). we are paying 1000 rupees which gives us solution for 3 months only. If something wrong happened with setup box in 4th month that eventually made same 1000 burden on your pocket again. Just think about it... I hope upper management have that much caliber to understand ground reality.

                        my dishtv connection is not working properly from past few weeks I filed a complaint on their customer care no . executive named mr. sekhar came and replaced my set top box with a new one and took 900 for the box replacement and 200 service charges but after few hours the new one also stopped working. he gave me his no. for further ref. so i called on it, he said he will come and fix it but he didnt came that day even when dishtv customer care called me to ask if the problem is fixed i said no but still i received a msg on my phone that the compaint has been close down and he didnt come yet since 2 days.                           On 4th April 2015 when I got up in the morning and switched on my TV and Dish TV set top box, the set top box was not functioning . I called to Dish TV customer care & booked a service request stating that I am not able to see power on LED display in my Set top box. I got the message as below : DISHTV technician from DishCare Centre SRI GANESH ENTERPRISES (DCC) will visit u between 12:31-13:31hrs on 05/04/15 against Req.No.[protected] For any further qu On 4th April, after 4 hours from my complaint, one of the technicians visited my home & checked the Dish TV & told me that there is something wrong with your set top box & that has to be replaced. The technician told me about the charges for replacement of my old set top box with a new one. Here the technician miss guided me saying that if I am going to pay 1450/- rupees I will get a life time warranty on my set top box but when I called Dish TV customer care they told me that there is no such policies under which you will get a life time warranty. That’s very disturbing. I have used Dish TV services from just a year ago and within a year I have to pay this amount which is better than buying a new set top box. Still I was agreeing to pay the amount. On 5th April I got a call from one of the Dish TV technician no (+91-[protected]) around 9:55 AM, He told me that I am going to visit your home within an hour & replace your set top box and hence asked me to stay at home. Till 1 o clock I was waiting at my home and hence called back to the same number, again the technician told me the same thing that I will be there with in 1 hour. Now that’s a mess. I already tried to speak with some of the Supervisors (Sanjay & (Rajesh/Rakesh not sure)) within Dish TV customer care & those people are not cooperating at all. Instead of giving me a complete information/confirmation about my service request those people are still giving me false commitment saying that you will get a call from our technician with in 1 hour-2 hour …so on. On 6th of April again I called to Dish TV customer care 2 times & ask the update to one of the supervisor named Rajesh/Rakesh (not sure) about my service request he told me that we don’t have the Set top box in our stock so it will take time to process your request. If this was the case instead of making some false commitment on the first day, they could have told me on the same day. I told him to send me the same through SMS or Email that how much time it will take to replace so that till that day I have to wait. I don’t understand if I am not recharging my account I got email & phone calls from Dish TV to recharge my account. कल आपका DishTV बंद हो जाएगा. अपने मनपसंद कार्यक्रम बिना रूकावट देखने के लिये आज ही मासिक शुल्क या अधिक से रीचार्ज कीजिये But when I have some issue they people are not able to provide any update/Confirmation. He told me that we don’t have such policies to send you the update now it’s your wish whatever you want to do you can do. I already ask the supervisor that i don’t want to use your Dish TV services any more can you please send someone to pick it from my home again he told me that we don’t have any policies to do so you have to pack it & submit it in our store. It’s been 4 days I am keep calling Dish TV customer care & asking them about the update of my service request but they don’t have any concrete update about my request every time when I called them I have to update everything about my request, I don’t know what are the policies Dish TV peoples are following, one thing I must say that they do have a world class service arrangement whenever customer used to call them they don’t have any update. 2ND UPDATE: I got a call from Dish TV (+91-[protected]) Again they ask me the update of my Service request I don't understand when my service request is open why they people repeating the same thing. again they used to give me false commitment like sir we are really apologize & we are going to take your request on high priority. i already make it clear that the same update i am getting from last 4 days that you already took my request on a high priority then why my service request is not solved yet they don't have any thing to say about the same.

                            On 31 march 2015, i talk with satyendra(satyendra_s270914) my transition number is UR-31/03/15NA-[protected], at that time i ask to satyendra to change my (all sports pack)into family pack, but still it has not done. sir, i request you to change my (all sports pack) into family pack, and please take an strong action against Mr.satyendra(satyendra_s270914), so that in future your customer care members would do their work properly, and your customers would not face any kind of problem like this in future. please reply me as early as possible, thanks

                              My V.C.No. [protected]. Since one year, I can not view t.v due to error code 301 displays every 3 to 5 mintues and lot interuption. I have complaint in several time. There is no response from service provider. Particularly ETV channal between 8P.M to 10P.M there is disturbance. There is no service center in our area. I am thinking about changing my service provider. Your people have only interst in monthly subscription collection. there is no verification whether customers are satisfied by service or not.

                                My VC Card no. is [protected], we had done recharge of RS.1000/- for three months.After recharge its started working but now after two days the message showing - UNSUBSCRIBED / ON REQUEST A -LA - CARTE . The recharge date and all details showing correct but still the channels not working. Next recharge due is showing july 2015. last time also i faced the same problem, after complaint sorted out. Same problem occurs now again. Kindly check why this is repeating again and again. Please look into the matter and sort out the problem at the earliest.

                                  My monthly recharge pack was initially @ Rs 233 and it was charged subsequently @ Rs 250 per month. On January 22nd of 2015 I recharged @ Rs 500 under transaction ID No. [protected] and my account was updated and shown next recharge due on 4th April, 2015 with switch off date 7th April, 2015. With this recharge I could see my recharge of Rs 500 stood for 73 days @ Rs 6.83 Today while I charged further @ Rs 800 under transaction ID[protected] my account got display as next recharge due on[protected] and switch off date as[protected]. The fresh recharge of Rs 800 shall stand for 91 days @ Rs 8.79 Variation of excess charge may be looked into and clarified. Thanks

                                    DEAR SIR/MAM THIS IS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE TO BOOK A DISH TV CONNECTION THAT I BOOK A CONNECTION ON 27.11.2014 AND PAID RS 1899 THROUGH CREDIT CARD. AFTER ONE MONTH, THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM DISH TV SO I CANCELLED MY BOOKING. BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NO REFUND AFTER COMMUNICATING MANY TIMES TO DISH TV CUSTOMERCARE.
