          Everytime we recharge we got error about card refresh and when we call the customer care on the expense of 40/50 rs. they give us various excuses everytime and after harrasing us for many hours they on the dishtv.Now we are facing this from 5 months and this is sheer unprofessional conduct.

              Dear sir, My VC No is[protected] & RMN is [protected] I was on ALL SPORTS pack at Rs 335 per month & recharged on 11-03-15 & next recharge date is 08-04-15 A call was there from your side perhaps on 12- 03-15 in regard to promotional offer to view Platinum Pack on experimental basis & if that was liked by me, the pack would be upgraded with efffect from next recharge date, that is 08-04-15 but I have not given consent for upgradation. Meanwhile I have got INVOICE by your mail dated 27 -03-15 showing upgradation & billing thereof &showing next recharge date as 31-03-15. Now I want to know that how unfair things are being done .At the same time it is requested to change my pack to NEW SUPER FAMILY Pack at Rs240 per month with immediate effect .Kindly intimate next recharge date Yours KASHI NATH SINGH

                  Sir i have just recharged my a/c with Rs 250 against vc no [protected] on 28 mar 2015 by your app dish tv downloded from google play. Amount has been deducted from my sbi a/c but my dish tv has not been recharged. Pl refund me or recharge my disch tv.

                    Inspite o[censored]sing dishtv for 7 service, I am fed up with the constant fight to get good quality HD signal. Only call center employees attend the call. Explain problem daily and they give new solutions. But never a permanent solution. Best reception signal is ERROR 301. NO SIGNAL OR SIGNAL NOT FOUND. THEY WILL KEWP CHARGING U FOR HARDWARE. PL RETURN MY ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES

Dear All, I made a payment of Rs.1290 from my HDFC credit card on 20th March 2015 auth code is 076687, ARN is 74568225079270038002538.I didnt receive sms or mail so i called up Dish tv the very next moment but they refuse to help and wait for 24 hrs. i called back on 22nd March again and provided all the details and they asked me for transaction id . I didnt get any sms or messgae from Disht TV so i dont have the transaction id. Again they were asking the same thing for a week.Now they are telling that they want to me to wait for another 1 day. There was no call back from there end . each time we were spending more than 50 Rs. for STD and calling these people., i continously called back on 23rd, 24th, 25th, 27th March 2015, which till date i have not got. today it is 28th March time 12.17 a.m i m still talking to them still no resolution. Spoke to Mr.Sanket Kar, floor supervisor, dish tv noida. Please find below mail for further details from Bank regarding the same. WORST SERVICE AND NO RESOLUTION!! mob no:[protected]

                      again spoke to navneel basu majunder with same [censored]
                      today morning got a call from Rajiv Kumar saying he was from Dish Tv and gave his employee id as RA8521309A, contact num from which call came was [protected]. He asked me to give all credit card details and debit card details cvv and also OTP which was provided from bank and took of 600 rs from my bank. This happened all due to poor technical services and no timely resolution . If they had taken some efforts and resolved my query on time I wouldnt have wasted my money .ITS ALL BCOZ OF THE POOR QUALITY AND UNTIMELY RESOLUTION BY DISHTV. Still i have not received a call back regarding the earlier issue of Rs.1290 and now this 600 Rs. When i called up Dish Tv they are not taking the responsibility, as they are confirming he is not their employee. Now its very difficult to trust persons calling from any call centres.People be very careful..

Unfortunately by mistake ID/voucher no. entered wrongly. From that day I have been complaining to the executives/Sr. Executives of Dish TV Services Pvt. Ltd. regarding above matter, but they are not solving my issue. some time they say that mail to us mentioning the etc. etc., some time they say-tarrif plan has changed, some time they asked for Transaction ID, dealer ID etc. Overall I am dissatisfied with their response.So I m giving you transaction details what I have collected from the service Centre to take necessary action.                             Dear Sirs, This is my humble request to look into the problem being faced from last one month. We are experiencing the worst quality from few months and now network is totally gone. Service complaint registered last month but technician Arjun came last month and replaced LNPS saying defective but there is no improvement. I have been charged for the part which I don’t know whether changed or not without raising invoice. For past few months we are finding the worst experience of customer service where as cable operators are giving much better services than the giant dish tv is really surprising. For remote I had suffered for so many days and finally I have to purchase local remote from grey market where quality is a big issue. At the time of selling the product sold saying lifetime warranty but now they are saying that set up box needs replacement and cost is applicable…..why? If the part is not damaged or mishandled than where is customer fault, cable operators are never asking for single rupee except monthly charges showing more channels. Please explain me why should we continue dish tv if such poor service is given by dish tv to loyal customers like me. Request immediate response and resolution as we are not able to view any channel.                                         I complaint for not receiving the signal, according complaint no[protected] on date-13/mar/2015 for VC no-[protected], company engineer came to attend complaint and tell that VC card & set-up box both are not working, and install new set-up box with new VC connection (VC No- [protected]).they convert both connection in multi-vision and not tell us about it. My old connection is also running without my knowledge if I recharge my new connection than the amount is transfer in both connection equally. But I use only one connection. I complaint in customer care about it then they tell me that they can not do anything about it.
