Hi, Iam using Dish TV and from 13th Feb 7am Iam unable to view channels and my VC No is [protected] and My registered mobile number ending with 606 and using it in Bangalore-560078, and recharges for Annual Pack in September 2014, From today morning my VC no is updated as International VC and I have been contacting customer care conteneously and getting false commitment that it will rectify in 2 hours and now it is 9:55pm and problem is not been resolved, and surprisingly my account is de-activated. Iam unable to send complaint mail on www.dishtv.in/email-us.aspx I want to take serous action on DISH TV

    I Rajender Rao have recharged my DISHTV connection bearing the VC No.
    [protected] on 02.02.15 with Rs. 600.00 and the TransID SREC87723546,
    but till date my connection is not recharged and i am not receiving any
    signal on my connection. i have sent a complaint to their customer
    service by an SMS to 57575. they have given me a contact no. [protected]
    stating that he will rectify the problem but on contacting the person he
    says he is no more associated with DishTV. i have again called their
    customer care no. [protected] but they were of no help to me. i do not
    know whome to contact at DISHTV. Kindly help. My Contact No. is

                this is to bring your attention into the subject matter. we have been a regular subscriber of Dish TV for the past 10 years. we are from kerala, palakkad, the name of the franchise we do business with is MUBARAQ TV show room, ALATHUR. This is not a one off case, this has been happening since long time. they take the recharge fee for 3 months (Rs 1000/-)and do not pay that to DISH TV, when we chek with them, they say that it will take 3-4 days to reflect in the system. the last instance, we paid Rs-1000 FOR 3 MONTHS, on 31st Jan to the franchise. and few days later 0n 4th the connection got interrupted and we checked with nthem again, infact they had not paid the money to DISH TV.. the system shows that the recharge done on 6th Feb only. they were using the recharge amount for their personal use. and the system shows the recharge done for one month only. where as we paid 3 months. we request you to take necessary action on this and let the customer get the unintrrupted TV program. these agents will spoil the name and reputation of the organisation like DISH TV. you should not leave them like this, make them understand the consequences. best regards your customer

                  I am using the company's services for the last 8 + years and had upgraded to Dish TV tru HD service about 18 months back. Few days back while the television was on, the screen went blank and the set-top box stopped responding.The TV was showing a 'No signal' Message, customer care was contacted and after standard recovery options failed i was advised to have technician visit our home for a physical inspection and recovery, after few checks the technician suggested that the box is not responding and the only choice is to replace the box which was to cost around 900 Rs and will be a refurbished instrument with a 90 day warranty period. Here are my concerns : 1) I have not been told the exact 'root cause' for the service to cease but only been given generic statement the box has become 'faulty' and was given a easy solution which is to replace the box ( at my cost). I managed to show the exact error message to the technician ( which i have shared with customer team as well).- I am here with attaching the error screen i am getting. 2) Assuming its an hardware failure of the box, i am still advised to pay 900 rs for refurbished box with a 90 days warranty, considering a new upgrade to such a HD Box is only 600 rupees ( which comes with a one year warranty) i really see this as a cheeky revenue seeking opportunity from a customer in distress who is already denied service. 3)I am alarmed by the lack o f sensitivity by the customer care team and their lead, they were more keen to wear me out than hear me and only trying to establish that i have no choice but to pay out the money. I had to repeat myself every time to each new person i had to speak to. I even spoke to the nodal officer and send a mail explaining the details, they had sent one response stating the same and still haven't provided viable options. they have stopped responding after response to my first mail.                     Hi, as written above channel ETV UP/UTTARAKHAND is not showing since 2-3 months but when we called dishtv they told there is some signal problem that is why it could not be shown. Just 2 days before a SMS came that 2 channels had been added to your pack and these channels have been showing.So, please activate ETV UP/UTTARAKHAND as soon as possible and also there is no detail in MY ACCOUNT on my TV screen.

I have done the by mistake recharge of 250 RS on another vc card number i have to transfer that my money on my vc card number.fallowing are the details of that.i have done that recharge online with the help of PAYTM. 1) My VC card number [protected]. I dont want these new channels.Also once i paid money for for 12 months pack, no increase in money should be there. I dont want any changes in pack. (No changes in channels and no changes in money.) this is fraud way of taking money from customers. Please take necessary action...

                              Dear sir my VC no-[protected], today I receive sms as your pack will be enhanced with two new channel Zee khana khzana & 9x from 6th Feb., your pack price will be revised to Rs 240 per month WEF17.03.2015. But I don’t want to enhanced my pack with two extra channel & charge revised as such SMS . I call your customer care such regards information but there are no any satisfied answer, they call this is company policy. So please reply that I am make mistake to taken your connection. You make any time revised pack price or channel ad or cut. Please provide written mail from your website to revised this pack price. Then we confirm from Try Or other government regulatory such type of pack revision.& if you bother so many time your customer I have no compromise all time & not active with you so long time. Because in market many type of cable connection & many company .

                                I am very dissatisfied the don't have a any toll free number so i have a face any problem then I am not contact for the customer service center. SMS charge in 3 rupees that is and other number contact for the customer service call rate is very high. I am very dissapointed why the customer is harrashment in the situation. So, please sir let him the solve out in this condition. One think is any channel discontinued any time, i don't have the any information why deactive the channel in the package. So why the pay the customer in channel package reason chennel is delete before the any time.

                                    Hi Sir/Madam, I am a permanent customer of Dish TV. My Dish TV VC No. is [protected]. I usually need to contact in Dish TV customer care for various issues. Each time they are taking a lot of time in the phone call for resolving any issue. It consume the much cost of my phone calls every time. And there is no any toll free no. of DISH TV customer care that can be done from any registered mobile no. Sometime the customer care executives don't have the sufficient knowledge about the services & customer's complains also. Secondly, there's a facility of sending SMS (i.e. CALL ME at 57575) for receiving call back. But after sending the SMS, no call is received by me from their end or some time only single miss call was put on my phone that couldn't be picked. I am facing this issue from starting when I purchased the DISH TV connection. Even I have submitted this complain a lot of time but no required actions have been taken care by the customer care executives. It's falling down the company's reputation.
