this is to bring your attention into the subject matter.
we have been a regular subscriber of Dish TV for the past 10 years. we are from kerala, palakkad,
the name of the franchise we do business with is MUBARAQ TV show room, ALATHUR.
This is not a one off case, this has been happening since long time.
they take the recharge fee for 3 months (Rs 1000/-)and do not pay that to DISH TV, when we chek with them, they say that it will take 3-4 days to reflect in the system.
the last instance, we paid Rs-1000 FOR 3 MONTHS, on 31st Jan to the franchise. and few days later 0n 4th the
connection got interrupted and we checked with nthem again, infact they had not paid the money to DISH TV..
the system shows that the recharge done on 6th Feb only. they were using the recharge amount for their personal use. and the system shows the recharge done for one month only. where as we paid 3 months.
we request you to take necessary action on this and let the customer get the unintrrupted TV program.
these agents will spoil the name and reputation of the organisation like DISH TV.
you should not leave them like this, make them understand the consequences.
