In spite of recharge on 12.02.2015 for all sports pack for Rs.335.00 and duly acknowledged from your end my set top box has been deactivated. As a result I am unable to view any programme for last few days. I do not understand what is going on!     I want to raise a complaint against DISHTV and their Movie on Demand Policy. The Movie on Demand channel displays that you can pay Rs.50 to watch the movie. Normally the movie is played for 24 hours. So I ordered for a movie today. But then I saw that the movie ended in 15 minutes. When I checked with the customer care they told me that the movie is available only tomorrow now. So I asked them to swap the money deducted for watching another movie since I am available only today and have not watched the movie I order for yet. But they are asking me to pay another 50 rupees to watch the other movie I requested for or wait for the next day to watch the movie again. I feel I am being cheated here with non-clear policies. If the movie is not available for continuous 24 hours then they should not deduct for the movie if it is already over for the day. They should at least provide me a warning message that I will be able to watch the movie only the next day. They are not even flexible to adjust the amount paid for another movie. This is really bad service and they are cheating me by deducting an amount for a movie and not playing it for 24 hours. I can't order today and see the movie tomorrow. I am a customer of DISHTV for the last 7 years and I don't like the way I am treated here. I am raising a complaint with you in an expectation that consumers will be treated in a better way.       महोदय मै हर माह २५० रु का सुपरफेमिली पैक रीचार्ज कराता हु पर रीचार्ज १२ या १५ दिन चलता है ऐसा लगभग ६ माह से हो रहा है अभी दिनाक १५-२-२०१५ २५० रु का रीचार्ज कराया परन्तू अगली रीचार्ज की २७-२-२०१५ दिखा है जब्कि पुरे माह चलना चाहिए मजबूर हो कर DishTV बन्द करना पडेगा

      I have a viewer card no.[protected] and opted for Super GOLD Pack of monthly subscription of 250/- + Service Tax.But since last 2 months the service is being deactivated before completing a month.

      I am recharging my account each month through online banking.

      I have already recharge today i.e 22.03.15 through online banking for Rs.280/-

        my dish tv vc no.[protected] is on new south family sports pack and recharge date is 16-02-15. I recharged for Rs500/- on 14-02-15 from a dealer and transaction ID is[protected]. But displaying on my tv that switch off date is 19-02-15 . please take necessary action to extend my dish tv switch off date.

          I have a dish tv connection whose id is: [protected]. I have a super gold pack and pay Rs 330 per month but after paying 330 also you people are Giving me the service only for 20 days in that much amount. I am very displeased with this service and want an immediate action to be taken. Also i have been trying calling the customer care no for a dozen of times but every time they say due to conjestion we cannot connect your call. What the hell man? seriously? This is the customer service you provide to your customers?

            I Rajender Rao have recharged my DISHTV connection bearing the VC No. [protected] on 02.02.15 with Rs. 600.00 and the TransID SREC87723546, but till date my connection is not recharged and i am not receiving any signal on my connection. i have sent a complaint to their customer service by an SMS to 57575. they have given me a contact no. [protected] stating that he will rectify the problem but on contacting the person he says he is no more associated with DishTV. i have again called their customer care no. [protected] but they were of no help to me. i do not know whome to contact at DISHTV. Kindly help. My Contact No. is [protected]

                  I have transferred Rs two time through my HDFC account Netbanking via Ccavenue to dishtv ito recharge, my father dishtv maintain in the name of Shri Bishnu Nayak v.c. No. [protected] But some error and payment not deposit to dishtvy in account. But Rs 335.00 was deducted in myHDFC account via[protected] to Avenue India Pvt.Ltd. ref No.[protected] .Please provide Transaction ID to recharge my dishtv or my amount of Rs 335 may kindly be refunded deposit in my bank account.

                    tx i d- IG00PNIGQ6 TX DATE-15 FAB VC NO-[protected] i did my recharge yesterday by net banking...but still my recharge not done.n ur costomer care service is vr ery very poor...they told me abouy t email but email address is showing invalid, i tried many times n i waste alot my time in this pross my consider my problem n solve this

                        i recharged my a/c no. [protected] on 10/02/2015 but, the channels are still not being provided except free to air channels. Whenever i tried to contact customer care, they rudely said either-
                        -"we have given a refresh command and your problem will be solved in 10-15 minutes" RESULT-The problem is persisting.OR
                        - "tell us the details about STB, convax no. etc. and your problem will be solved in 10-15 minutes" RESULT-The problem is persisting, Although i provided them every detail they asked.OR
                        -"your STB is faulty DO you want to have technician visit say Yes or No. You will have to pay fees, fare charges etc. for the visit And if STB is found faulty replacement charges also for it."
                        THEN i tried my friend's STB and viewing card at my home and found the STB working with the another viewing card. THAT is there no problem on my dish antena or STB.

                        Subsequently i told the same to dishtv, but getting no helpful response.
                        So i want to know if there is no fault, why should i have to pay the technicians charges, not being provided the channels, being frustrated and last but not the least, the money is being deducted for this kind of service.

                                DISHTV VC no. [protected]. Last month I recharged on 15 jan for a month. As my recharge cycle is 16 to 15. However this month service is deactivated on 15th of this moth while it should be 16 th. Means Distv cheated for a day.. Rgds Pankaj [protected]

                                  Hi, My name is Bishnumaya Chetry VC no-[protected] I paid Rs 200 to the retailer on 11th Feb-2015 to recharge my distv, the successful message was also shown but still the status of distv is deactivate, I have checked my dis tv there is no problem in the Distv, I called many times in the customer care number but they said that it will be activated within 24 hrs But now its more than 50 hrs, Kindly do the needful ASAP.                                         Hi, Iam using Dish TV and from 13th Feb 7am Iam unable to view channels and my VC No is [protected] and My registered mobile number ending with 606 and using it in Bangalore-560078, and recharges for Annual Pack in September 2014, From today morning my VC no is updated as International VC and I have been contacting customer care conteneously and getting false commitment that it will rectify in 2 hours and now it is 9:55pm and problem is not been resolved, and surprisingly my account is de-activated. Iam unable to send complaint mail on www.dishtv.in/email-us.aspx I want to take serous action on DISH TV
