i recharged my a/c no. [protected] on 10/02/2015 but, the channels are still not being provided except free to air channels. Whenever i tried to contact customer care, they rudely said either-
-"we have given a refresh command and your problem will be solved in 10-15 minutes" RESULT-The problem is persisting.OR
- "tell us the details about STB, convax no. etc. and your problem will be solved in 10-15 minutes" RESULT-The problem is persisting, Although i provided them every detail they asked.OR
-"your STB is faulty DO you want to have technician visit say Yes or No. You will have to pay fees, fare charges etc. for the visit And if STB is found faulty replacement charges also for it."
THEN i tried my friend's STB and viewing card at my home and found the STB working with the another viewing card. THAT is there no problem on my dish antena or STB.
Subsequently i told the same to dishtv, but getting no helpful response.
So i want to know if there is no fault, why should i have to pay the technicians charges, not being provided the channels, being frustrated and last but not the least, the money is being deducted for this kind of service.
DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
