Sir,
This is to complaint against the dish TV regarding above given vc no and its child connection
Sir I was informed by company while taking child connection that all channels subscribed to parent connection are automatically subscribed for child connection without any other charge except 212/- monthly for child connection. But now they are telling that same channel will be charged two times if want to be seen on parent as well as child connection. As I have subscribed channel no 607 for extra RS 19 pm but it is only available on one settop box only where as when I complained about this then I was told that if I want to see this channel on child settop box also then I will be charged extra for that. Pls look in to this fraud company is doing with customers once the settop box is sold by them.

As a multi-TV subscriber, with 1 Parent and XX child connections, please find below the prices applicable for each of your child connections: Per child connection- NCF (Rs.50 + Tax) & full content cost + Tax will be charged.
You can choose separate content as per your wish or you can choose to view the same content from the connection which has the maximum number of channels. Full NCF will be charged in connection with the maximum number on channels. As we can see your Total Monthly Recharge amount is Rs. 468.99 + 18% GST = Rs. 553/- Per month, hence, the cost of the child connection(s) for you would be Rs. 185 + 18% GST = Rs. 218/- Per Month (price as applicable for each * no. of child connections).     I am a user of Zing Digital (Mob number: [protected])

    Due to FANI cyclone, my dish antenna is not operating since 2nd May 2019.
    I submitted a complaint on 21st May 2019.
    Till now there is no solution. My recharged amount is going in vein.
    I have several time reminded to the customer care, every time I lost money in the call and hear a single line " We will get back to you soon"
    One customer care authority said me that they will extend my validity.

    Please help me how can I lodge a consumer case on dish tv

      I had raised complain on 17th may 2019 on customer service, that after cyclone Fani in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, error 301 showed up for all subscribed channels. Till date after doing multiple follow ups, no technician visit, no issue resolved. Everytime one answer- technician will visit within 96 hrs.
      It seems only Dish TV is having major crises after Fani, as all other TV operators have already worked upon the issues of their customer and they are able to use the service.
      If Dish TV cannot solve our issues, let me know will go for other operators as they give good service than you.

        I had complained on my dish tv box from 29 may 2019.But till now they didn't respond and they are giving new date repeatedly. I think dish tv has worst service provider. Today is my 11th day of complaint but they are giving new date again. When I am calling they are telling about they have lots of compaint before me.So please do some need full action as soon as possible.

          My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 04/06/2019. I still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 03/10/2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change my channels. I am attaching a picture of the tv screen also. Kindly do the needful. Kindly rectify the problem and solve it.

            I have a Dish TV HD Connection with no [protected]. My Set-Top Box is not working since 23rd May-19. Initially I though it was a remote problem, changed batteries and got it checked, it was working fine. I went to local Dish TV sales dealer and he advised to raise complaint online as he is doing only sales and service is provided by company directly.
            I have registered a complaint online on 26th May-19 with DishTV Customer Care on [protected] / [protected] and I got a call from Dish TV technician from No [protected] at 12.25PM he took directions and said he will come in evening. I call him in evening he does not take my calls. I again raise a complaint to Dish TV customer care my complaint is escalated and a technician calls me from No [protected] on 28th May19 at 04.39 PM. He again takes directions and does not turnup. I call back the no and he does not take my calls. I again call customer care they claim they have escalated my case I will surely get service.
            I get a call from Dish TV Service Dealer “Hari Hara Teja Dsh TV” Mobile no [protected] on 30th May19 at 3.57PM to enquire location to send technician. The lady promises technician visit before end of the day. No one turns up. I call back the same no response.
            I call Customer care they claim they have escalated the issue. But no result. My case has been escalated to nodel officer, service manager, Area Service Head, Regional Service Head, Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager etc no service.
            I get a missed call from No:[protected] at 5.34PMon 3rd June 2019 and call back the no within 15 secs there is no response.
            I am regularly calling and following up on all above nos technician and service dealer nos but there is no response. I send a SMS that I am prepared to pay Rs.1000/- inclusive of official service charges if my issue is attended to still there is no response.
            I call customer care and inform escalation team of my offer and I find out that my 26th dated complaint is closed arbitrarily with reason that customer has not responded to many technician calls. I am flabbergasted how can my complaint be closed. They have opened a new complaint dated 4th June 19 and the whole escalation matrix thing again starts from the bottom. This is done purely to fool customers and make them pay through their noses for service.
            As a Last try I find out Dish TV Hyd office on [protected]. As usual they do not lift the phone. I send by SMS my offer.
            “DishTV Set-Top not Switching on. Cust No:[protected]. I will pay total of*Rs.1000/-* inclusive of company charges if my problem is resolved. Location: KPHB Colony”

            Today I got a call from [protected] at 10.16 PM asking me for location I informed Location but still no technician turned up. I got a call from [protected] Truecaller Sirish Kumar Chandu Dish TV at 10.39 AM asking for location informed me. Still not reached my house. Again I get a call from [protected] claiming I am not lifting technicians call. I strongly refuted the allegation as false and I am waiting for technician lifting every damn telecaller call just in case. I can share all the calls I lifted with Dish TV officers. Technician is a liar and why they keep such technicians God only knows. I again sent my offer to Rs.1000/- to technician if he provides me service was shared as SMS to both the nos still no response from them.

              Asking to subscribe for additional channel. I have clearly said no multiple times still i have received that "your request has been processed. Etc.." and monthly recharge amount increased by 20rs and next recharge date preponed.

                It has been 1 month i was raised request for new alignment, 1st i had raised request on may 8th, i have not received single response from dish tv operator from, i have continuously doing follow up with dish tv cs employees from 31st may but they haven't turned up atleast once, this is the worst customer service which i have ever faced, finally requesting you to kindly fix this issue and add extra days to connection.

                  Sir i raised request regarding technician support 2 days back on 3-6-2019, i havent got any response and if i call customer care they will keep me holdm for 10-15 minutes.
                  I am fed up calling customer executive and i am raising this complaint after calling 5 times to them. I am really frustrated with the response i am getting.
                  It is so embarassing listeng that "keep on hold" for more than 10 minutes when i contact customer care executive.

                    When ever i tried to see any channel after few days i found it was unsubscribe and i had to pay every time moreover they charged moneybwith in 2 mins but takes so many time to subscribe the channel and if bymistake you calll to their customer service you will find after half an hour that i waist my time coz they people only know about the payment nothing else every day their is some new problem for which they will straight away tell you for their technician so that they can charge for it so this is how they never miss a chance to earn money but never give quality and service now i am thinking that local cable operator are much better than this kind of perthatic service.

                    Your service is still the same as bad it was earlier.. Now the problem is one of the channel is not working in my tv which we used to seen everyday but since 4days there is some distubance in the channel and picture is also not displayed so i called the CUSTOMER CARE and they are saying technician will visit and we need to pay 200+taxes for technician charges.. For 1channel how we can afford such amount. Even after taking the subscription and paid for star plus we are not getting that channel in our tv.. Your service is actually pathetic and I will suggest everybody pls choose something else than this dish tv.. Such ### are sitting being the CUSTOMER CARE executive and laughing on your channel issues.. Can't handle such nonsense.

                            On 23rd may i complained about no signal found error till the date i didn't receive any calls from the technician and they keep on telling that they have marked my problem on a high priority and next day the technician will visit. Unfortunately noone calls or visit and my problem stay as it is. They continue deducting money from my dish tv account. Worst costomer service ever.

                              i did recharge for my Dish TV and unable to see anything on screen since 1 day .i contacted customer care team multiple times but the issue is still not rectified .I would like to get my balance refunded to my account as soon as possible

                              i am totally upset with the worst service given by dish TV

                                I am getting non stop calls from dish TV...And this is very very irritating..I am getting mental harrashment... please stop calling me..I can't even block the numbers because there are too many numbers..if I block one number they call from another one...dear DISHTV u will shut down due to these nonsense activities..please please please stop calling me!

                                    It has been 15 and more days, and i have requested them to look into service 5 times. But every time i am given the same reply and excuses. They don't give me any specific time of resolving the issue. Rather they just say that it will be resolved shortly. But right after customer calls, no response till i call again. On top of that, they even asked me to recharge, which i did. But that recharge was for this worst ever service.

                                        On may 22 2019, i requested for technician visit.
                                        The complain number is[protected].

                                        Still now i have not received any call for technician visit.

                                        Every day i followed up with them and every times they are assuring within 24 hr the technician will visit.

                                        After 10days when i called them today they are saying the technician will visit within 96 hrs (4 days).

                                        Now i belief that the dish tv is providing worst service to the customer, we can say third class service to customers.

                                        Now when i am calling them they are either not receiving or putting my call on hold.
