I had raised complain on 17th may 2019 on customer service, that after cyclone Fani in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, error 301 showed up for all subscribed channels. Till date after doing multiple follow ups, no technician visit, no issue resolved. Everytime one answer- technician will visit within 96 hrs.
It seems only Dish TV is having major crises after Fani, as all other TV operators have already worked upon the issues of their customer and they are able to use the service.
If Dish TV cannot solve our issues, let me know will go for other operators as they give good service than you.

after paying there is no responce from dishtv so many times contact custmar care and also send proofs of payment details no one response
