I have dish tv connection, i have recharged for two monthes but i had to go outside of city so i email to dishtv customer care for temp. Deactiveate connection (For 60 days). I also got call from dish tv guy that he deactivated my connection, now i called to customer care for activate again then i got shocking reply.

"your dish tv connection didn't deactivate and you don't have any balance now, you will have to recharge for watch more"

When i said i got confirmation call from you about deactivation then he disconnected my phone. I called many time but poor response. I am also using d2h i think i should bought second new connection of d2h

Now i will not use this connection anymore, ppor person, poor company, i think they are coming on road,

I have sent him email that i will case in court, because they didn't send me any email about this problem or nor contacted us.

    Worst, disgusting, fooling, lying and useless dishtv.in
    Worst, cheaters, liars, disgusting, greedy, foolin
    Worst, cheaters, liars, disgusting, greedy, fooling and hopeless dishtv.in

    These silly stupid # dishtv are liars and cheaters and giving fake and fraud hopes of giving a daily or a mega prize for correct guesses for the world cup but it’s all lies and cheats it’s only a dishtv stunt, because dishtv dosen’t have the caliber to give what they promise. This dishtv people, customer care and their technicians are so greedy for money but are neither dedicated or competent to their duties or work. If this dishtv are so greedy for money than why these silly stupid # give free recharges for correct guesses, mine it’s a 15 correct guesses for world cup but i neither received any prize nor single day free recharge it’s all dishtv’s fake, fraud and fooling message to the customers.

    Dish tv showing No account balance where as I got Rs. 2050 in my account. Its been more than 2 days now I am not getting any channels. I have restarted the set top box many times getting instructions from customer care and the issue still exists.

      Plz stay away from dishtv its fraud company they are scamming people their customer service is world worst service i got stuck for 2 months and i switched to othet company i called their help line number thousand of times and all time they misbehave and they even dont know about anything they will give u 2 to 3 number and that number are of same ivr and same people and even u cannot login properly to account they charge inappropriate money they scamed many time and i have seen millions on people have issue with them so plz plz stay away never try to buy any new connection from them they are totally poor they can unsubscribe your channel anytime and they can blank channel anytime and they have always issue with their dealer i[censored] buy with dealer so u cannot login to your account and if you try to call customer help so they will not give u any info so guys again requesting i[censored] have any issue plz switch the dish company and go to othet best company my number is [protected] u can call and ask me whqt problem i faced and what problem thousands of people faced.

        We had a zing tv setup box which was now merged into dish tv. 3 months ago we were intimated to upgrade to new setup box to avoid disconnection of services. We have accepted it and from then old setup box have stopped working. They have never issued us new setup box and it's been around 3 months since we have watched t. V. Customer service is worst!

          Hi,

          I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for today is attached.

            My my Dishtv VC no.is [protected], i have been complaining since 3 days for Dishtv not working, they were replying that complaint will resolve in 24hrs, but it is not happening & everytime they are saying that you didn't recieve our call, so short closed your complaint, repeat your complaint & wait for 24hrs.Not a single call i have been recieved regarding complaint from Dishtv.I have asked them about closing of account, they immediatly denied & said no refund will be given.Again I have requested them about 3 nonworking day charges waivered that also they denied .please do needful.Jeevan

              lockin period 28 to 30 days for channels

              I am a consumer of dishtv with vc no (Protected). As per the trai regulation everybody have right to remove or select channels any movement but dish tv communication now making mandatory of channel locking period of 30 days when even after my account activated from de-activation period of 50 days. Kindly solve this issue and oblige.

              Dear sir,
              I am a consumer of dish tv with vc no-[protected]. As per the trai regulatory everybody have right to remove and select channels any moment but dish tv communication now making mandatory of channel locking period of 30 days. The customer when once select and apply the channel, you cannot de-select or remove channels. Without any notice advertisement they are doing monopoly. Kindly solve this issue and obliged.

                      I have active dish tv subscription vc no. [protected] which i have recharged on 12th june, 2019 by rs.500/- (5 days before subscription deactivate). I'm unable to view my channels from 17th june, 2019. I followed instructions displayed on tv to refresh account, communicated to customer care repeatedly, made service requests but problem is not yet solved. Also i have paid another rs.200/- extra to service request visit made on 01st july, 2019.

                        I have received the call for customer care to recharge 400rs and get 200 cash back. After the done the payment of 400rs.i called to given no but u have received that I am not eligible for cash back and arranged the call back. Now they are saying cash back is not possible.                           My dish tv channels are not working, on 26th june 2019 i recharged my account. On 27th onwards channels are not working. I thought there i might be due to bad weather in my area. I complained to customer care on 29th june 2019, they said i will get a call in one hour from technical team and the problem will be solve in 24 hours, i tried calling the for follow-up, their response is not good, even after waiting for 24 hours i called them and asked them to connect the call to any superior officer who is related to these issues, they made me to wait on line and kept call in hold for few minutes and discontinued the call. This happened twice. When i called them for the first time after 24 hours one of the customer care executive said that my complaint was closed stating right action as the status, without solving my problem they closed my complaint. Moreover they are deducting money from my balance. These kind of incidents happened to me previously also. They are not willing to provide a proper service to the customer. Even the way how those customer care executives speaks is very bad.

                          Kindly take an appropriate action and solve my issue.

                            I booked dish tv my vc number is [protected]. I have been charged 1590 for standard defication whereas the website offer clearly shows 1490/- they have charged 100/- extra and now the company being a thief is not ready to accept that they have concealed the truth that sd connection is for 1490 and charged me for high defination (That is rs.1590/-) but given me sd connection.
                            The sales representative said 1590 for the new connection as i have placed connection request for hd now they are giving statements that online booking is for 1590/- whereas no where it is mentioned that this offer is only for online payment customers. This is pure thug act and this is a voilation of rules of the consumer protection act. I demanded a conversion to hd as they have already taken extra money but they refused. I demanded waiver of rs.100, they are not ready to waive off and are saying that they are correct and they will not refund. I have been fooled and cheated. Dishtv is a very unrelaible company one can ever come cross with.
                            As per conusmer act rules - a consumer should be given complete information even by a sales representative and also by the technician but dishtv staff has all after thoughts and do not stay loyal with the advertisement they show and put on their webiste.

                              On 22nd march i ordered a new setup box from dishtv for which i paid online. Yet the technician denied to come to my house and wanted more money which i refused. I reported what happened to dishtv and asked for a refund. It has been 3 months and i have not received refund even though i have contacted dishtv several times. For which they give bogus reasons. Such as service team hasn't replied or it team has to change status of complaint or accounts team has to do revert. The customer care was misleading and using delaying tactics to keep the money from me.

                                My dish tv registration no. Is [protected]. I have complained many time for signal not found problem in my connection. Dishtv executive visit many times for this complaint. They charged service charges every time when they visit also changed parts and charged for changed parts.
                                I have also upgraded my dishtv set top box to resolve this problem on 26/05/2019 but this problem still not solved. I have complained again on 11/06/2019 and their executive again visit. Today 30/06/2019 i have called again for same problem and again they demand for visit charges of executive for same problem.
                                Please look in this matter and resolve my problem without cost as i have already paid enough money for this problem.

                                    My dish tv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 27/06/2019. I still have balance in my account more then 2000rs and my next recharge is on september 2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switched off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen, i am not able to change my channels. I already call the customer care they said they have refreshed my account and ask me to switch off and on and wait for 15 minutes yet it's not working
