I am so sorry to say that even after 20 calls by me since 15 march, doing 50 times refresh calls and keeping set top box on 15 mts every time, i am unable to remove 102 plate (Forget about going to channel 96 because it is not possible). Are you playing jokes with me every time i request in phone. Even after promising to send technician since 2 days you have not done. Shameful behaviour and highly useless yr executive that you are unable to solve this problem.
Is not this case worth to go up to yr senior and trai?
Hope you will respond appropriately. Don’t give lame execuses and sorry. Dot you need more recharge amount?

    Dishtv has made it mandatory to pay for all fta channels. We need to pay inr 130 + 18% gst in addition to the channels we select.

    As per my understanding you need to have minimum 100 channels and pay inr 150 to keep subscriptions alive.

    Why should i pay extra in the name of fta channels? Even if i select 'none' for fta channels, it's charging full!

    Here's current breakup of my package i am using...
    Selected paid channels: 70 (Rs.177)
    Fta channels: 0 (Rs. 130)
    Dd channels: 25 (Rs. 0.00)
    Gst : 18% (Rs. 55.26)

    Total: 362.40

    You can see... I am clearly paying extra.
    Please help.

    Sir, I am not a dish tv person, but you are misinformed. You have to pay Rs. 130/- as NCF for upto 100 channels. As per your info you selected 70 pay channels + 25 mandatory DD channels =105 channels. So actually you have to pay 130/- + 5/- = 135/- as NCF (5/- for extra 5 channels).
    So, you bill should be (130+ 5+ 177) + GST = 312/- + GST = Rs. 368.16/-
    Actually your bill is lesser!

      I have booked dishtv nxt hd, online from the website dishtv.in, but, i haven't received any call or confirmation email from dishtv. I already made the payment and haven't been contacted since then. When i tried to call on customer care they are asking for registered mobile number. Also, i have token no. And installation booking reference number. But, i don't know how to track my purchase with these two numbers. I am very disappointed with this type of service.

        My self baban shinde, i am complaining against dist tv for there misbehavior with customer and way of communication with customer.
        My dist tv is not working since last 4 days i raised complaint to dist tv for there technician service provider for misbehavior and charges without visited and check issues.
        On date 14/03/2019 dish tv not working shows signal not found so i call to technician and they told to pay 550 rs to change dish tv set up box with visiting charges 200 and hardware charges they show such a arrogance and cut the call..
        So i complaint against this incident to dist tv, they didn't followed after two days i called they told we closed your complaint for you canceled your payment, but the issue is if technician didn't visit and told to pay charges...

            I have a long term recharge, in which u are supposed to give me 9 months subscription of swagat pack and popular hd addon for which the amount have already been deducted. Now you people are telling me that popular hd addon can not be given as per trai regulation. You can go through the sl. No 8 point in the attached notification of trai where in the authority reiterates that subscribers who have taken long
            Term packs will continue to avail the services for the contracted period.
            However, they have freedom to choose the channels of their choice under
            The new regulatory framework and in case if they exercise this option,
            Money for the remaining period shall be adjusted for their future use.
            Therefore i request you to pls activate my previous plan which i was supposed to get upto september. Failing to which i will have to register a complaint to trai and approach consumer court

              I tried every time for recharging the distv for 1 month and they close it withing 3 days. When we ask customer care they says their system is not working, they are really cheating on face. Please do something with this scam.

              I have done recharge of minimum 130 rs as asked in their portal on 16 march 2019, however after recharge they says i don't have minimum balance and also it will be continued only till 19 march 2019. Today on 16 march i complained on customer care but they says it's technical issue

                Today (16/03/2019) morning i have ordered new dishtv connection via website. I did the payment also money got debited. But i didnt receive any notification from your side. When i called to customer care it's asking for registered mobile number when i entered my number it says number is wrong.
                I dont know why you people doesn't provide customer care number open to all.
                Then how can people like me can contact. Whatever mode iam using to contact you everything is asking for registered number.
                Sorry to say that i am very disappointed at this point itself before i receive my order. Kindly reply atleast for this mail.

                I am suffering from the same issue. When I opted for "request to call me" via website, they told me to call at customer care no. [protected].
                But at this no. they are asking registered mobile no. When I enter the mobile no. through which I had done my online booking of DishTV NXT HD and made successful payment, it is telling it's not a registered mobile no. I haven't been contacted from their side yet for confirmation of booking and installation. I have token no. and online booking installation reference no. with me. I am really very disappointed by this type of service from DishTV.

                    I want to change the my plan according to new trai guide lines which costs me some less amount comparing with the present plan (Rs 532) and not required unnecessary channels.

                    My present dish tv plan costs me around rs 532 per month.

                    I tried to changing the plan from mobile app (Worst experience) and from dish tv website (https://www.dishtv.in). after that i called couple of times to dish tv customer care and emailed my issue, but issue was not resolved.

                    "every time when i call customer care, customer care executive answer is system is updating we can not do anything for you at this moment" i called more than 10 times in 3 days.

                    Please find the attached screenshots of the issue, same thing i conveyed to customer care but no response from their.

                    Could you please take the necessary action on this issue.

Iam frustrated calling customer care and checking my complaint status. My first complaint at 10/03/19 1551 hours complaint no is[protected]. After 24 hours but not solved my problem. Again i am called customer care then they say sorry your address was wrong mentioned by us. So please complaint again they told to me. Then i am complaint again that no is[protected] at the date 11/03/18 time1814 pm my complaint filed. After 24 hours iam called customer care they told service team not respond properly. And i am complaint on consumer complaint center they give a no 1201528. But not respond from dish tv service team and dish tv customer service and dish tv management. I lost my time. I lost my money and i lost entertainment. So i want take action against dish tv. I have call recordings. Please help me sir

                        Hi,

                        I subscribed for dishtv on 04 feb 2019 and the installation was done very next day.

                        However since one month i am unable to register my mobile number so that i can select my channels or packs.

                        They gave me full hd pack for the first month and now are continuing to charge for it, even though i do not need it. I cannot change the pack as well. Tried to send multiple messages to 57575 and customer care call center. Messages fail and customer care center is not help full at all.

                        I recharge my set top box on 4 March 2019 of 258 Rs in which were given zee family pack and discovery channel pack but these channels are not available to us.Customer care contacted many times regarding this problem but no solution was given to us.

                          I had recharged my dishtv vc number [protected] for rs. 100/- on 09/03/2019 but dishtv had sent me a message of recharge date 06/03/2019 and switch off date 09/03/2019 which means for rs. 100/- dishtv had not given a single day validity. I had contacted their customer service via phone and email but they haven't given me proper response.
                          Email from them shows that we have received rs 100/- from you on 09/03/2019 and you switch off date is 09/03/2019. Their answer is much controversial as it could not be possible. But they are not giving me any response/solution/billing invoice after repeated requests. I had also requested to change my pack to my apna pack but they haven't given any response for that while their system showed that your request will be processed in 15 minutes. I am attaching the screenshots of their mail and system produced message with token number

                          Moreover, it has been informed that Rs. 48.65 was utilised against pay
                          later charges (Connection was activated on pay later service from
                          18/08/2018 to 20/08/2018), Rs. 25 as a processing fee and rest of amount
                          utilized for subscription 08/03/2019 to 09/03/2019. As of now there is an
                          outstanding pending of Rs. 7.82 on your VC [protected].
                          The above quoted reply shows that dishtv is hiding his fraud behind the outstanding pending in my account which is totally wrong because I had never been requested for any such service . This statement is to Justify their fraud only .
                          The other question of showing recharge date 06/03/2019 is unsolved/impossible as nobody can go back into the past.
                          The reply by the dishtv is is another form of fraud to justify their mistakes and I totally reject that answer as nobody can visit through past.

                            My customer id is 83658377 of d2h. From last two months i am trying to change my plan as per the new trai rules. But i am not able to make any change in my plan. As a result i am not getting the channels compared to the amount i am paying.

                            For same, i tried to contact customer care by using phone and dropped an email as well. But on that too they are not responding. Moreover, i tried to reset my login credentials. But that too is not working on their website as well as application.

                            Requesting you to look into this matter and give me a solution on this.
