Dear sir,
I am a consumer of dish tv with vc no-[protected]. As per the trai regulatory everybody have right to remove and select channels any moment but dish tv communication now making mandatory of channel locking period of 30 days. The customer when once select and apply the channel, you cannot de-select or remove channels. Without any notice advertisement they are doing monopoly. Kindly solve this issue and obliged.

I have received the call for customer care to recharge 400rs and get 200 cash back. After the done the payment of 400rs.i called to given no but u have received that I am not eligible for cash back and arranged the call back. Now they are saying cash back is not possible. So request you to check and do the needful.

dish tv is not working its showing no balance

My dish tv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 27/06/2019. I still have balance in my account more then 2000rs and my next recharge is on september 2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switched off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen, i am not able to change my channels....
