Dear sir i am prashanth from mysore karnataka. I am very disappointed with dishtv service. Twice in a month i am getting signal not found 301error and channel not subscribed error. If i called customer service they symply send technician and he will charge rs.200 to 400. Even i never seen channels more than 20days every month. Unnecessory my money wasting. But they are not taking care. This month 10th date also i complained two times but they are not ready solve the problem. Please give me justice. My dish account number is [protected]

      I have complained regarding error201 (Vc no.[protected] 3) for many times. After registering complaint call after another day they have ask about complain they have said that your complain is closed, not forward and not registered with us. They makes fool the consumer. Very rude behaviour by customer care service provider. When call on customer care they said we will refresh and you have wait for 15 minutes ang your problem is solved. After 15 minutes back call to customer care he said to dos same procedure as above. But problem is still not solved.

        I have paid rs1590 at your website for a new connection on 11 may 2019. I did not receive any token number but do have the transaction reference number and the receipt of paid money. Thereafter i have called the help line multiple times as well as sent several reminder emails to the customer care e mail. Till today no installation has been provided and every time i am asked to submit the token number which i never received. I would like dist tv to either trace the payment made in their accounts dept or refund the amount immediately refund.

        I have attached the payment receipt for your reference.

        I think it's my big mistake to choose dish tv.

          Raise a compliant to the customer care before 35+ days, still not resolved, from 7 to 10 when call to customer care, they are telling issue will be closed within 24 hrs, if i ask solution or compliant number they putting call hold about 10 min after that they disconnecting due to this every time i losing my valuable time and money, kindly take necessary action

            I'm getting too much calls from dish tv agents.
            I have clearly told them that i'm not interested in their services but they didn't stop calling me.
            They call me through alternative numbers so every time i do block a number they use another number to contact me.
            Now they started misbehaving with me.
            Once i told them i am not interested for the dish tv then the person on another side started misbehaving and argued with me as well as used abusive language. Few months before a lady argued with me and when i did complaint against her then dish tv has assured me that from now they won't call me again. But they did again and once again they argued with me.
            What kind of things are happening now a day, i am not their servant or slave. I do not need their assistant, if once i said that i don't want to use their service then why they still call me and when again during the call i said sorry i don't want to use your service then how they dare to misbehave with me. I want strict action on this. I am providing you the call details and all other important things
            Kindly solve the issue and warn the dish tv service provider to not call me again and do some punishment to that person who did misbehave with me.

              In continuation the earlier ordeal which was prolonged for almost 20 days just for a alignment, now i am facing with a peculiar problem with dishtv. As complained below after my hue and cry at various stages distvh service engineer has visited and did the alignment of the dish to suit my package.

              Exactly here the new problem started. Since the alignment, the signals comes only in the evening after 6 to 7 pm only, day time no signals. I had complained through website and even my family called dishtv call center. The response is once again poor. The persons attending the calls does not even listen to us properly to understand the problem but gives the instructions to do this and that.in normal cases i agree but this is a peculiar case i. E signals received only a part of the day.

              Now, dishtv call center is saying that they will send the technician (Not sure when) but we have to pay the service charge. Why should i pay the same when the problem is not with my installation or not a shifting or a repair problem. This is the system fault of dishtv services.

              Had replied to your above mail ID through my registered mail. Hope issue gets solved. Another surprising news for you is, I had received a call from your service center[protected] at 11:14 am and informed me that the service engineer will be at my place with in one hour. Now the time is 16:15 PM but till now no service engineer turned up and the phone[protected] is going unanswered.

              You people have to really check your internal systems working styles. Not that trying to pacify / lullaby the customer. There is some thing fishy is going on.

              I do not know what is happening at DishTv end for my account. Really I am confused.

              My ordeal continues, yesterday your technician visited and corrected the problem and we have paid the service charge also. But since yesterday night a message appears saying that our account balance is low hence the VC has been de-activated, where as the last recharge which I did is valid till 18/05/2019, when still there is 5 days left how come the VC deactivated (the status of my account as on today morning enclosed along with the message being displayed in my TV). And How come my VC number in my account changed from [protected] to [protected]???

              Does DishTv reduces the balance of account whenever customer raises a complaint as a fee/penalty for the complaint? Please look into the matter.

              What is the problem I had reported now and what is the reply I am getting. I already informed that once problem leads to the another.

              first alignment problem resolved but it Signal not found problem appeared
              Signal not found problem solved but now Low balance recharge your account problem appears

              My above remark is very clear and also confirmed by your call center rep that my re charge date is up to 18th May. But since yesterday evening the message appears on screen that Low balance recharge your account.

              Further more, when I checked my account through online, the VC number changed without any change of set top box or VC. Still Problem exists. How come my VC number changed. I am using the same VC number since last many years. No change in VC. Attaching the status of my TV display and my account status once again for you please very.

              Request you to kindly under stand the problem being complained before reply. I had already confirmed in my above comment that the earlier problem has been rectified.

                As I had given a service request to Dish tv channel on
                02.05.2019 at 4.00PM, to re-installation of set-up box & Dish tv antenna. Dish tv executive was given commitment that re-installation service within 24 hours & the technician will call me within one hour of my service request as per terms & Conditions of above said services. But didn't get any call technician as well as any Dish tv Staff for service of view. Today date is 10.05.2019. This Dish tv channel authority are not ready to my balance amount of my Dish tv account, and not ready to provide service. More over there are disconnecting my calls with proper commitment or service. Sending unrelated SMS o[censored]p-grading of there service without proper service to me. Its hurting me a lot. Therefore I want to registering this compliant to Dish Tv services.

                Sir.. I had given two mobile at the time of service request. And that is according to your terms & condition to take an alternative mobile no. Even today also I had requested for service with anther mobile no:- (3rd mobile no) :- [protected].
                but I didn't receive any call from Dish tv service side. Please do needful instead of skipping the issue for alternative mobile number. As you already took more that 11 days & minimum 09 working for this issue solvation. If not possible why Dish tv service members were committed for 24 hours based service.
                I need an exact answer why the service not happening. Please don't skip this issue by asking an alternative contact mobile number. Otherwise refund my balance amount.

                Pathetic. Please never take dish DTH. They don't provide service at all. They just loot people

                  Avainst my vc number [protected] i complained to dishtv on 5th instant(had talk with Mr. Jatin) & again on 6th May 19.( had talk with Mr.Durgesh who said he's booked for a technician visit for sorting out problem faced by me). My complaint was i am unable to view subscribbed channels both on parent & child connection. Today again i had talked with Mr.Asher Ahmed who was kind enough to inform that no complaint has been registered at their end. He has been kind enough to register complaint & gave me complaint number[protected].Also he has informed that i technician will soon call on phone & visit soon.Thanks.
                  In this regard may i request you to compensate for channels you have blocked even though paid in advance by suitable enhancing switch of date.
                  Also we expect better response from your end as i have been using your connection for now over 10 years.
                  Hope you shall understand urgency of matter ( in this vote season ) & do whatever necessary atonce & oblige.

                    Good morning sir,
                    Sounds good pay for what you want to view and we switched from cable to dishtv. No doubt, the first 3 months of service is excellent, but the problem started to arise while recharging it. Our first recharge costing approximately 550 rupees, the money was debited but tv was not recharged. We then called customer care number and told about this issue and asked for refund. Thankfully we got our refund. Weeks after we again recharged which cost us more than 750 rupees and we were stunned to see that we had not git all the channels we subscribed to. This time again tv shows us the the message that 8 may 2019 was the last date to recharge. I have paid 401 rupees and we were shocked to see that only 3 channnel were aired and where were the rest 60+ channels for which i paid. Is that good what you were doing with your customers and this is the most terrible thing happened to us. Lastly now my =tv display the mas that your recharge date is 11 may 2019. Why? We are not getting what we want to see. I would be very grateful to you if you would help us in this matter as soon as possible.

                      Myself thirumeni selvam j from chennai, i am a dish tv subscriber from october 2018, and i opted for 1 year plan. Vc number [protected]

                      Past 10 days i have been notified that my switch off date is 12.5.19. I am surprised 2 weeks back friday when i checked my account details through dish tv helpline number it was upto october 19 my account validity. All of a sudden how come this can happen. So i called dish tv customer service help line number and again i am surprised they says as per trai regulations my account has been changed and the service will be end by today. Initially they said like i have took some paid channels they listed the channels as well. When i asked her to provide the details and date of my subscription request she took some time and says it's trai regulations.

                      Whereas in trai regulations it's been clearly mentioned subscribers can be continued with the existing package until they desire to change

                      Looking forward your support and should be taken necessary action for their misconduct

                          too many calls from dish tv

                          I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number on my registered mobile number ([protected]) with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call...

                          When i took a new connection i was told that i would be getting a coupon worth rs2000 of coupon dunia but after installing the connection the dishtv team is telling there is no voucher on my connection
                          Some dish tv member are telling that if you take connection from dealer you will get and some are telling that if you book connection direct from distv sales team or dishtv online we will get it
                          I booked the connection by calling the sales team but till now i didn't receive any coupon. The sales team is agreeing that there is a voucher but the customer support team is disagreeing that the coupon is available.
                          The dish tv team does not respond to any mails and the call back. I wrote 20-30 mails but no response.

                                I am having dish tv connection connection vc no. [protected]. Initially they have given me offer rs 2500 for new upgradation of hd set-off box and balance rs 2500. So after seven months contacted to dish dish tv regarding 1 month switch off account as per there fee rs 25. But they said that this facility is not available for your connection. Initially they told me this facility is available and we r following trai rules.
                                Now they are not listening me properly and not taking my problem seriously. Kindly help me in this matter and do the needful.

                                  I have paid Rs 1700 at your website for a new connection on 20th April. I did not receive any token number but do have the transaction reference number and the receipt of paid money. Thereafter i have called the help line multiple times as well as sent several reminder e mails to the customer care e mail. Till today no installation has been provided and every time i am asked to submit the token number which i never received. I would like dist tv to either trace the payment made in their accounts dept or refund the amount immediately refund.
                                  All relevant details have been sent to the customer care e mail already.

                                    I was abroad for the months of march and april.
                                    On my return on 2 may, i noticed that my tv main had been disconnected. Please explain why, why, why???
                                    Have you charged me for these two months — why, why???
                                    Now i am told you have put us on packs costing rs 1575 against earlier rs 965. I never authorised this. Please show proof of my authorisation. How can you charge me more without my specific agreement. It is tantamount to black mail. It is not enough to send me a notice – you have to have my specific authorisation to charge me more.
                                    It is a fit case to take to consumer court – harassment, ‘chalaki’.
                                    Please ensure i am not charged a rupee more than rs 965 and if earlier package is costing more now (Which should not be so, as in fact govt is telling you guys to charge less).
                                    Can you now clarify to me charges against my account since new system has been introduced and the channels i am getting now.
                                    If i do not get a satisfactory response, i reserve the right to take you to consumer court.

                                      Hi team - below is entire history of how dishtv handled my issue.. (Still not resolved). Below are the emails i have sent to dishtv.

                                      Note - i haven't received any response back till date on the initial email dated 3rd may from them (Email response) as it will be documented so they only used to call me and when asked for written email (Response to my email) they reject it. Received calls saying if you want us to resolve this issue please raise another ticket and we will try to close it.

                                      Emails to dishtv:

                                      Hello team - as expected even after such a big email and so many calls with your customer care... Still no one visited for resolution.

                                      The most interesting things is... I have received 3-4 calls from supervisors promising me that engineer will fix the issue on the day of the call.. Still no luck

                                      I got a call from engineer on 4th may 2019 saturday morning, he took my appointment and told he will come before 6pm, as usual no one has visited.
                                      I got another call on 5th may 2019 sunday morning, he took my appointment and told he will come before 6pm, same story no one has some.

                                      Funny part is now, i got a call from one of the supervisor on 5th may sunday evening around 7-8pm.. Telling me that my ticket is closed and issue was resolved on 4th may saturday by engineer and are you happy and can confirm if my dish is working... What on earth can i tell him that laugh loud.

                                      So pathetic service. No more discussions and calls from my side.

                                      As a customer i have to inform you and it's my responsibility too... I have raised a compliant with trai with all the details about my service and how i was lied and cheated.

                                      Thanks you for all your services. I am moving out of dishtv.

The only response i got was "we understand your issue and your frustration, we will take this on priority and get an engineer" thats it, that engineer never turned up. It went on for 2-3 days and at last i got fedup and arranged local engineer and fixed it by paying him rs 250/-. Reason is simple, mess was created by dish engineer however problem was for me and not to you, so you relaxed on it.. Right?

                                      In this beautiful conversation days on the issue, one engineer did call me one day, asked me the issue and when explained him, he asked for extra money which i refused because it was unfinished work in the first place, engineer blackmailed me saying if i pay money he will come otherwise he will not come. The same day i have called dish tv customer care and spoke to a supervisor and told him what happened. I am sure you have that in writing (Ticket) and also in recordings of yours

                                      Note - all my calls are recorded with dish tv, so you can go and listen to them if you feel above issue or statements where incorrect.

                                      Next level of service in second episode which happened in april'19.

                                      27th april (Ticket number[protected] my dish tv was not working, so called customer care and raised a compliant. To your normal procedure asked me to perform some trouble shooting steps and finally raised a compliant for engineer visit.

                                      Waited till 29th, no call from engineer so called customer care.. As usual an apology and commit you will get a call in next 2-3 hours.

                                      Waited till 30th, still no call nor a visit. So called again, again same story apology and commit you will get a call in next 2-3 hours.

                                      Waited till 3rd may, still no call nor visit, so called again... This time i was told ticket is closed as engineer tried to call you on 30th and your number was not reachable... I have given 2 numbers, did the engineer call on both numbers? No one is able to answer because there is no such documentation... And reality is i didn't get a call on my second number

                                      Reality is my number [protected] was not working on 30th due to network issues however my secondary number [protected] was alive and is with me. I haven't got any call. I don't need to lie on it as its my service getting hit

                                      Secondary, don't you try calling the customer the second time on his primary and secondary after few hours or before closing the ticket??? Because you know you didn't resolve the issue as there was no visit.. Just one call and close the ticket and not even wait for next day and give a try and close the ticket? There is no answer for that from supervisor.
                                      Same statements, we are very sorry and we will open the ticket and engineer will call you in 2-3 hours :-)

                                      I was waiting for 3-4 days to get my service fixed however you cant even wait for 2 hours and give a call back to customer on primary and secondary to check??

                                      Don't you think customer will be frustrated with such service???

                                      I am still not hopping for any solution to this service, because i don't have any trust in dishtv now... 8yrs of trust was broken in 2 months with pathetic service.

                                      To conclude... This note is a reality check for you and your services... Only to let you know how good service you are providing to customers like me... Will you still stick to the same company after so much of agony??? I am sure not, same goes with me too..

                                      I will look for another service provider in couple of weeks time and move on for sure.

                                      I will be very eager to look into your response, not that i will be happy to see it.. Only to understand how dishtv as a company responds to customers whom you have frustrated.
