In continuation the earlier ordeal which was prolonged for almost 20 days just for a alignment, now i am facing with a peculiar problem with dishtv. As complained below after my hue and cry at various stages distvh service engineer has visited and did the alignment of the dish to suit my package.
Exactly here the new problem started. Since the alignment, the signals comes only in the evening after 6 to 7 pm only, day time no signals. I had complained through website and even my family called dishtv call center. The response is once again poor. The persons attending the calls does not even listen to us properly to understand the problem but gives the instructions to do this and that.in normal cases i agree but this is a peculiar case i. E signals received only a part of the day.
Now, dishtv call center is saying that they will send the technician (Not sure when) but we have to pay the service charge. Why should i pay the same when the problem is not with my installation or not a shifting or a repair problem. This is the system fault of dishtv services.

Had replied to your above mail ID through my registered mail. Hope issue gets solved. Another surprising news for you is, I had received a call from your service center[protected] at 11:14 am and informed me that the service engineer will be at my place with in one hour. Now the time is 16:15 PM but till now no service engineer turned up and the phone[protected] is going unanswered.
You people have to really check your internal systems working styles. Not that trying to pacify / lullaby the customer. There is some thing fishy is going on.

I do not know what is happening at DishTv end for my account. Really I am confused.
My ordeal continues, yesterday your technician visited and corrected the problem and we have paid the service charge also. But since yesterday night a message appears saying that our account balance is low hence the VC has been de-activated, where as the last recharge which I did is valid till 18/05/2019, when still there is 5 days left how come the VC deactivated (the status of my account as on today morning enclosed along with the message being displayed in my TV). And How come my VC number in my account changed from [protected] to [protected]???
Does DishTv reduces the balance of account whenever customer raises a complaint as a fee/penalty for the complaint? Please look into the matter.

What is the problem I had reported now and what is the reply I am getting. I already informed that once problem leads to the another.
first alignment problem resolved but it Signal not found problem appeared
Signal not found problem solved but now Low balance recharge your account problem appears
My above remark is very clear and also confirmed by your call center rep that my re charge date is up to 18th May. But since yesterday evening the message appears on screen that Low balance recharge your account.
Further more, when I checked my account through online, the VC number changed without any change of set top box or VC. Still Problem exists. How come my VC number changed. I am using the same VC number since last many years. No change in VC. Attaching the status of my TV display and my account status once again for you please very.
Request you to kindly under stand the problem being complained before reply. I had already confirmed in my above comment that the earlier problem has been rectified.
