I am having dish tv connection with vc number - [protected]. Dish tv has disrupted services of some channels in the name of dismantling of antenna soon after the free service period got over. During the free service period there was no such problem. To charge forcefully they have disrupted the services of some channels. Even after so many calls i am unable to get connected to higher authorities in dish tv.
There is no change in position of antenna as established by dish tv people and not all channels are affected only some channels are not working gradually they are disrupting services of channels. Though weather is also totally fine.
I kindly request you to please look into this matter and resolve this as soon as possible.

    My dish tv not working since yesterday. I came to know that disconnected due to recharge pending.
    To day recharge done. Dish tv not working even after recharge. We have been following up with all concerned but to no avail. Complaints yo nodal officer has a bounced mail with no response. Company is maki g short work of consumer money, pathetic sevice. Online chat sevice is abysmal

        Sir, i have purchase dishtv multi connection paid amt rs.3250/- and company installed the dishtv connection and given me a rs.2000 two gift coupan. One week has been passed but iam unbale to use this coupan till to date. I also contact customer care helpline [protected] through telephone and email a lot of time, but no positive action taken by dishtv helpline. I also request to dishtv kindly refund my amount rs.3250/-or coupan amount rs 4000/- add in my dishtv connection a/c. But he told me that amount is not refund or adjust. So you are requested kindly look into the matter personally and refund my amount. Kindly reply me as soon as possible on email id.

          Dish tv has been not working, i have been intimated to customer care so many times through telephonic conversation. They says that with in 24-48 hours problems will solve, but since 3 months it is not solved.
          In the summer vacant children are torturing for tv. Dish tv customer care also neglecting.
          I have been getting messages to mobile regarding recharge & dish offers continuously from dish tv... But customer care not taking care..
          Even though continuously recharging the tv.

On repeated reset requests from the customer service end, nothing happened in return. Now the company intends to send a technician whom i should be paying at least rs.540, how justified is this! For none of my mistake why should i pay the service personnel??

            Someone from dish TV customer service called to determine the nature of the issue. They tried to debug the issue on call and determined root cause. The complaint was then forwarded to field team. They contacted me last night and fixed an appointment for AM today. The technician showed up this afternoon, change dish alignment performed FW update and explained the changed channel numbers.

              Dear sir, my self sisir chowdhury and taken dish tv hd 01 day back (30.05.2019) with vc no - [protected]. I have requested to add on fta channel rupashi bangla but they said it is not available in west bengal region.

              As per trai i know that if i want extra fta channels then i have to pay and i am ready for payment but i need that channel.
              In west bengal region how could they are not providing all fta channels?

              My daughter is going to perform in this channel and i eagerly need this. I have sentiments attached in this request.

                      I recharged my dish tv 6700 rs 3 days before the switch off date 28/05/2019 but still they switched off today.. The customer care number is not working n the message we r getting to keep the setup box off for 15 minutes but inspite is doing all that it is switched off.. Even after several complaints issue is not solved.. Feeling disappointed..

                        I was promised and informed if i make payment in any mode other than cash, activation can be made quick in 4 hours. Later when i called for update, they told it will get activated by same day. Today is second day and no response or call back on information. They are very good only when trying to seek products. But very poor in after sales service.

                        Now it's 9 working hours but not yet done.

                          I have raise request on 11th May 2019 for no signal found issue (Signal Not Found - Error 301) and fixed appointment for technician visit on 12th may 2019 10 AM.
                          Nobody has contacted on 12th May'19, i waited for 3-4 days and then i got call from dish TV and they asked whether issue is resolved or not, i said issue is not resolved and he disconnect call.
                          After 2-3 day i called to customer care, they said technician visit has done and issue resolved moreover ticket is also closed. I asked Reason from customer care they said i will arrange technician.
                          I asked him for refund of full amount (Which i have paid for new connect) they said we can not refund and later he said if you want refund then send mail to [protected]@dishtv.in and i did.
                          After that i got call from Customer care (Name - Deepshikha Choudhury) she said as per policy we can not refund amount.
                          I replied on email and asked for the policy but till now nobody has replied. again MR Pankaj has call me from Customer care and he requested for the service and i denied.
                          I just asked him to send policy on email and he agreed to do that but till now nobody has responded.

                          I would request you to please share policy document where it is mentioned the amount is non refundable which i have paid (1690) while taking connection.

                          Note : - If you do not have policy then how can you say to customer that as per policy we can not refund.

                            Dish TV company is not responding on the complaint for channels not responding (error in network, it seems). They have even blocked the free channels and all other channels which I have subscribed for. The customer care executive is very rude and asking for extra money to be paid. I haven't seen such kind of arrogance. It's talibani extortion against consumers. Ridiculous.. I request all the customers of dish TV to switch to another dth service provider.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Recently I have shifted to a new area in Bhubaneswar and I has lodged a complaint with DishTv for reinstallation on 13th May but to my surprise I am yet to get any response from the service team.Thrice I have called to customer care to know my status but the same story I have been listening .i.e I have to wait .Its almost 15 days passed and I am quite dissapointed and unhappy with the service respond I am getting as of now.Being compelled and frustrated by the circustances I am thinking of switching to some other service provider.

                                Hi,

                                I recharged my dishtv today and immediately after the recharge i started getting the error 102-low account balance. The technician told that the alignment of the dish had changed. Noone had disturbed the alignment.
                                The only thing i did was to lower the pack value.This is totally looting from customers.

                                  There was a number of complaint regarding my vc: [protected], which was showing 301-signal not found many times through the day and every 4-5 hrs. I have raised the complaint sr[protected] for it.

                                  But the issue was not fixed yet. Once the engineer came and took from me rs700/- for changing transponder, changing the socket and the service charge, in spite of telling him that my stb is under warranty.

                                  But, the issue remains the same. Customer executive was unable to fix it as well as the visiting engineer.

                                  I feel i have been cheated with the services on the part of dishtv. The issue remains the same. I have also raised the complaint to their nodal officer but in vain. Every time they executive calling me and telling me the engineer will visit my place to fix, but in vain.

                                  A new sr[protected].

                                  Please look into this matter on a priority basis as they are unable to fix my issue they should be penalized for denying the services after paying the fees for the channels.

                                    I have asked for a technician as there was some signal issue in my settop box([protected]) on 10th may.
                                    But till now no technician visited my house to rectify it. I have called the customer care at least 10 times till now.

                                    Now I have decided to switch to tata sky if I didn't get a response by today

                                      I am facing issue with my disth tv ([protected]). I was complaint long back for setup box up gradation but still date no technical engineer not visited my home.
                                      I was recharged last week for twice with amounts rs.350 and 400 but still now i am unable to view channels and again i was complaint to dishtv for this issue. But still date no one can not visit my home.
                                      I called customer care people for many times but they are responding was ridiculous and no one support for me.
                                      Daily basis rental was deducted without working of setup box. My question is without working setup box how you people are deducted my amount. This is unfair.
                                      Regarding this i called customer care but they said if setup box problem also we will deducted the amount.. Thus is not at all fair.
                                      My request is please resolve my setup box up gradation issue asap and also adjust the daily basis rental for setup box not working days.
                                      If you are not responding i will raise complaint in consumer court.

                                        My dishtv connection was migrated to the trai new sheme some three months back. From that time the dth air channels like air ragam, air tamil, air kannada etc. Have been stopped. (These channels were being received before this migration. Number of complaints to dishtv customer care has not solved this issue. I request that these iree to air channels may be restored at the earliest by dishtv/trai.

                                        As per our telephonic discussion on the number [protected], all the necessary information regarding channels, south region alignment, and north region alignment has been shared. You confirmed that you want AIR TAMIL, AIR RAGAM, and AIR Kannada. We also informed you that AIR TAMIL has been removed from our platform from October 2017. Moreover, if you want to get north region channels, you need to re-align your antenna according to the north region and you will lose some south region channels which are available in your current package
                                        You cannot get all the south and all the north region channels in south region alignment. You confirmed that you will contact us later after getting the south channel list that you will lose after north region alignment. We would also like to you inform you that you can contact our customer care helpline [protected] or [protected] for further assistance regarding re- alignment issue.

                                        The reply given by you in noway is helpful to solve my problem.
                                        What I am asking is - the AIR DTH channels whch I was getting prior to the Migrsationto TRAI scheme should be continued as before whether North or South. There is no question of loosing any channels. If need be, I can give up several UNWANTED channels which you are now giving.
                                        Your customer care team is not able to help also for the past four months. PLease do the needful by solving your alignment issue without penalising the customers.

                                        They close the requests with out support. Really Bad service and attitude people and the company. They simply reject the calls the pincode not available in India itself.-535183. Some times they tell Adhar in not linked to Dishtv VC number.
