I have recharged dish tv on 08.06.2019, the same is showing on your site but my tv was switched off on 14.07.2019. In between i have contacted customer care for several time they have advised me some steps.
I have gone through all process but got no result.
I have sent mails to dish tv but got no reply. All very frustrating.

On 24 may I complained about wire disconnected from dish complain no[protected] till the date I didn't receive any call from technician and they keep on telling that they have marked my problem on a high priority.Unfortunatly none call or visit and my problem stay as it is.

    I raised a Deinstallation and Reinstallation request for dish TV on 7th june

    The Customer service is so pathetic that dont even know whether the issu is resolved or not

    The technician dont lift the call .They will tell they will come in half an hour and it will never happen and you call to customer service they will say it will be done By EOD and almost 10 days over it is not yet rectified and Area service Manager will not lift the call ans speak

    Not giving the service on one side but what irriates the most is they should have some courtesy to lift the call and say they are not coming . they will make you all the day wait and finally they will say we will arrange a call back

    Absolute non sense and Pathetic service . I dont know from where this arrogance comes from . At least respect customer time and answer the calls

    If you are not intent to service the customer stop the business

      I have raised a complaint to relocate my setup box VC No. [protected] due to my house shifting on 05/06/2019 till now my issue they are neglecting like anything according to their will and wish. technicians updating and closing my issue with out resolving with their own mind. daily I have been calling to customer care center they were not able to resolve my issue because of they will get only 250 rupees for shifting. Today i, e 16/06/2019 is last date to recharge my plan if they are not going to fix how can i recharge for it. Daily I have been calling to customer care they will be placing always on hold to transfer their higher officer almost all for 30 to 45 minutes and call get disconnecting without my issue resolving. I humble request you to do the needful by resolving my issue.

        I had complainted two times (date 6june & date 10 June) for my problem.Dish TV Provided me technician two times, Technician ask me that it is alignment issue. He set alignments in two time visiting but still problem is not solved. My one year pack expired date 13 June 2019.
        Now, when I Complaint (date 14 June) to Dish TV again they said me that it is alignment problem and we can provide you technician but our technician fee is rs 200 for the same issue.

            I am unable to watch channels since 3rd may. After registering complain at customer care since 19 may unable to get any response. Every time i an getting the reply your problem will be solved in next 24 hours. I have already mailed to customer care & nodal officer but not getting any reply . Nodal officer is not receiving my phone call. From customer care I am getting reply that the complain registered on 19th may is closed as your mobile number was not reachable & a new complain has registered on 3rd june. But it is false as i am receiving more than 100 calls daily & no one is complaining that mobile was not reachable.

                      My dish tv v.c. no. is..[protected], when world cup started, dish tv stopped DD national, also DD sports channel...so dish TV wants that consumers would have to recharge other sports channel..This is completely violation of governments order regarding DD national and free channels.
                      My dish TV account is properly recharged

                      Same issue. From the day World Cup has started there is a continuous problem with Star Sports channel, whereas this channel is subscribed by us by paying for it. And when we call the customer care they say that a technician visit is necessary and which will be charged to us.
                      The moment they reset the account it starts working. But the customer care keeps saying that the issue is with the antenna.

                      Dishtv is doing this to earn extra money as they know during this period these channels are in demand.

                      Pathetic service, they don't care for customer but want to earn money.

It is to frustrated for me to attend their call.                           My complaint No:[protected],

                          I reached to dishtv customer care through which I register a realignment issue.
                          A person came from their side and went to see the signal issue, afterwards he started to say that the antenna isn't working anymore and LNB also not working.

                          Now, he took the new LNB and told us that this will cost around rs. 300.

                          So, I asked him "What is the cost for the new product with everything?",
                          He replied "Rs. 1, 800". Well this has to noted that on the official website of the dishtv, price for new connection is of Rs. 1, 590(1 month free subscription, free delivery and installation, no extra charges).

                          After this, I told him that I don't want to realign my antenna, let it be. He said "Now we have reached here so you have to do payment even if the issue is not solve".

                          Dealer also abuse me about this and said that we will took your set-top-box.
                          And then deactivated my STB and went away.

                          The person also broke my LNB handle from my antenna and LNB.

                          Further, I contacted dishtv customer care, I told everything about this but in return (sachin donge) told me that it's my fault and I should have paid them rs. 200.

                          If this is case then why does website shows misinformation and why dealers does malpractices.

                            I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different numbers for vc number on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times i have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

                              I am having trouble with my DishTV connection since May 3 when signal was lost due to Cyclone Fani. I registered a complaint on May 17 (request no.[protected] during which they promised a technician visit within 96 hours and asked me to have patience. After a few days, they called asking me if the problem was resolved. I replied no and no technician ever called me. They said the complaint was closed with the comment as "no visit required" and asked me to register the complaint again. I again registered the complaint again on June 5 (request no.[protected], again they asked me to wait for 96 hours. I had recharged on May 7th and now it is again recharge time, meaning I lost one month of my paid TV time. Now they are sending messages to recharge but still I am not getting any of my channels. I will have to surrender my connection if this does not get resolved soon.

                                The issue started from around 12th May 2019.

                                I am using Dish TV for more than 3 years. In that period I never had an issue.
                                Currently, after TRAI rule, I have changed the plan from Dish TV Platinum to only free channel ie 153/- per month. After changing the plan I have started getting the issue, ie only very few channels are working.

                                Then I added some paid channels but still, only a few channels were available.

                                Today (09-Jul-2019), all channels are not available.

                                On calling customer care they are asking that the issue is at my end.

                                According to me, they are not providing good service as I am using only free channels.

                                In between, I was receiving a message on the screen that there is no balance in your account (screenshot attached).

                                  I selected no channels niether paid nor FTA but still dish tv charges Rs 183 for paid channels to me every month. Is this correct. I have added a scrrenshot to show how this is being charged by Dishtv. Its shows following

                                    Respected sir

                                    I am Badruddin registered mobile no. [protected] dish tv connection no. [protected]. I have lodged a complaint on 5th June 2019 through customer care no. regarding problem in set top box/viewing card damaged and promised
                                    me that their technician will call within one hour and will visit in 24 hours.
                                    But technician contacted me on next day and asked the problem. I discussed the problem and my address and requested him to visit after 5:00pm on 6th June as I reached my home from office at 5:00pm.but he did not visit on 6th June. Again on 7th June he called me and start asking the problem and address again. I just asked him I have already told it at your customer care no. and reason for not visiting previous day.

                                    Sir he start misbehaving with me so I disconnected the call. No technician visited till now even after informing their customer care many times.

                                    So I request you to refund my money and charges deducted during 3-4 days.

                                      I have raised the complain Request No:[protected] from last 4-5 days but till today no one has contacted neither they have come. Such a pathetic service is not expected from Dish TV even after repeated calling to their escalation team nothing has worked out. Please tell me are you interested in rectifying this by today (08th June 2019) or I should go for some alternative cable operator. Dish TV Service is useless as they have confirmed me that it will get resolve within 24hrs of raising the request and how more times I need to follow up for this. Now its high time either you do it by today or I need to STOP the connection from Dish TV.

                                        Dish TV is providing offer 400 pe 600 on June 5 2019.If you recharge for Rs.400 we get Rs.600 as balance. They called in my mobile number 5 times as recorded call from their number. After making recharge Dish TV cheated me by telling that my VC number is not included in their offer. When I enquired around I found that few of my family members and friends where also cheated .It is really a ridiculous act from ZEE Family to do such cheap tricks on the auspicious occasion of IDUL FITHER .By such cheap acts good will of DISH TV will be spolied
