I reached to dishtv customer care through which I register a realignment issue.
A person came from their side and went to see the signal issue, afterwards he started to say that the antenna isn't working anymore and LNB also not working.
Now, he took the new LNB and told us that this will cost around rs. 300.
So, I asked him "What is the cost for the new product with everything?",
He replied "Rs. 1, 800". Well this has to noted that on the official website of the dishtv, price for new connection is of Rs. 1, 590(1 month free subscription, free delivery and installation, no extra charges).
After this, I told him that I don't want to realign my antenna, let it be. He said "Now we have reached here so you have to do payment even if the issue is not solve".
Dealer also abuse me about this and said that we will took your set-top-box.
And then deactivated my STB and went away.
The person also broke my LNB handle from my antenna and LNB.
Further, I contacted dishtv customer care, I told everything about this but in return (sachin donge) told me that it's my fault and I should have paid them rs. 200.
If this is case then why does website shows misinformation and why dealers does malpractices.
DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Or nobody are resolve my problem so please put your box and refund my payment I will change other network will we provide me best service
Or you have not resolve my problem than I will case your company because I am very disappointed
