I have shifted my home from kolkata to odisha, pin code -752061. For reinstalling dish tv call log requested on 8th june having service request no[protected]. Till date not received any cal from support team. Neither technician visited done. For same i have called so many times to dish tv customer care & got the reply that it will be done in 96 hrs. Then almost when calling they have transferred the call to senior official and they promise to do same on priority & inform me that they have send escalation mail to service team. Now i have in such a situation that daily getting false promise from them. My customer id is [protected]. Now who will bear the cost of last 1 month & why technician is not visiting.

They have now activated with proper signal & reinstallation done in quick time. Thanks now for their support. But will not forgot the issue faced in last 25 days. They take prompt action after I have logged complaint here only. Now any how issue resolved.

      I want to inform you that i am using independent dish tv at my home in lucknow since feb 2019 till march it was good but from april to now it has been stopped the customer care is not recieving calls. I piad 3000 rs for this poor service i just want please take action against them as soon as possible and help in refunding back my money.

        Sir,
        With due regards, i beg to state that already 24hrs is going to pass after forwarding of my message by trai on my complain dt.27.06.2019 regarding non compliance of dish tv's service request no.[protected], dt.18.06.2019. Till now no one from dish tv has contacted me to resolve my issue.
        Instruction may please be given to dish tv to shift my recharge date for undue delay of their service & harassment to customers.

        With due regards, I beg to state that as per my previous complain, your technician visited & exchanged STB with new V.C on 30.06.2019 at about 1 P.M.But it is to regret that next day night the rain started at about 10 P.M & showed 301 error after then I switching off all we slept.Next day i.e on 02.07.2019 when I switch on TV/STB again 301 error came, I contacted Sanjay Moharana the technician who exchanged STB on 30.06.2019, as per his instruction, again I switched on TV/STB first pressed blue botton, then MODE button but to no effect it did not work, then he told to lodge a complain.After then I have called so many calls, they are telling your previous complain has not been closed for which new complain could not be generated.All the staff/executives of customer care are telling different types of talks without resolving my issue .
        Therefore, I request you to go through my discussions with your customer care staff/executive in details & take necessary steps to resolve my issue early.

        Today i.e on 4th July one service request no.[protected] could be generated, one technician came & confirmed the STB installed on 30.06.2019 is out of order, it needs replacement but presently there is shortage of STB, it may take some more days
        Please do take necessary steps early to resolve my issue.

        With due regards, yesterday we do have telephonic discussion about my complain at 7:25 pm.You have assured me to solve my issue with top priority.Today at 11am, one technician named Subash told me that he has been ordered to followup my complain waiting for a new STB.No of times I discussed about the progress all the he told me that, I am waiting for STB.Finally at about 6 pm one call from Milan of customer care Bbsr told me You do have complain for swapping STB, in return, I told yesterday one technician has already swapped, I do have complain for exchange of STB, but he told me there is no STB.

        With due respect, I beg to update today's progress of dishtv service, today at 11am one technician came to swap STB, though on 4th July another technician already came & did the same & after checking signal told to exchange STB.He came without STB though customer care is very well known to this problem.How ur dishtv is extracting money through monthly recharges & harassing the customer without giving proper service ?Has Dishtv any option to shift switch off date for the customers those who are deprived of watching TV due to your negligence?

        Today at 6:40pm one technician came with STB & finally resolved my issue.If possible, please try to shift my switch off date as I debarred from entertainment due to delay in resolving my issue.

        With due respect, I beg to state that again 301 error is showing w.e.f. 09.07.2019.As per Customer care instruction the problem was solved for some moments.Then I had given one service request no.[protected] on dt.10.07.2019 with assurances to resolve my issue very shortly by sending one technician .Though this RMN is fitted with a voice message to resolve my service request within 24hrs. they r telling to wait for 96 hrs.Neither you are giving prompt service nor shifting switch off date.Under the above circumstances, I can only wait for jio's giga fibre though, I am ur old customer with vc no [protected] with SD STB.Last year in October I took new connection in my spouse's name bishnupriya sahoo as I purchased HD tv & applied for exchange but ur technician advised for a new connection.Day by day you are loosing your customers due to such harassment.

          I raised complaint for service from then on every day i am calling for service person to come and do the job. Today is 27th june 2019, my issue is not resolved. Everyday i call them, they say wait till today evening and again the same old story. Worst service. They cant even send a service person to your home.

            The dishtv has provided me an offer of rs 404 & get the cashback of 202 in dishtv account, but they are not providing the cashback, i have called to them 12 times & they are even not listening & they asked me to provide the proof of sms & i have given them proof of sms also, but even that they are not providing cashback & even that not listening. Help!

              Sir,
              With due regards, i beg to state that, in response to my above complain, dish tv customer care had gold to resolve the issue within 96 hrs i. E exchange of stb for 301 error, but it is to regret that another complain no[protected] generated on 24.06.19 without visiting by any technicians. I have contacted no of times to[protected] but they r telling our technicians will follow up u very soon. Also, i have mailed twice to dish tv, in response they mailed me they r trying to resolve my issue within 24business hrs.
              Under above circumstances, i request u to kindly take appropriate actions to resolve my issue at an early date.

                My service request no.[protected] raised on 20/06/2019 03:46 pm, i am calling dish tv daily and they are connecting to service executive and daily telling the technician will come to rectify the single problem and still no action taken and some person calls and says he will come and does not turn up and when same number is called they are not answering please give solution wethere dish tv services will made available or not please reply and refund the balance money with the last one week service not received, so that we look for some other service provider..

I shifted my room to other place and i informed to the DishTV customer care to reinstall my DishTV connection to my shifted room on dt 08.06.2019. they people told me wait for 96 hrs your problem will be solved but after few days they told me your case has closed without reinstall my Dishtv.

                  Dish TV not telecast the DD National Free channel of India matches. When I discussed with DishTV operator, they said supreme court has banned to show the India matches on DD National Channel.

                    Description: So I got the error 102 before and I proceeded to recharge my account. Even after recharge I get the error still. I refreshed my account through the online website as well but . Also the number i registered with isn't with me anymore so i cant even use the same number to contact. Email would be the best option for me.

                      After cyclone there is some problem in the alignment so no channels are watchable since 2nd may. I have registered a complain at customer care since 11 june vide complain number[protected] unable to get any response even after regular follow up. Every time i am getting the reply your problem will be solved in next 24 hours. Unable to get any response from senior authorities also.                         Due to Strong wind, Dish TV dish got disturbed and it is showing Signal not found. So, I called to Customer Care center and gave complaint on June 15th 2019, Costumer Care executive gave assurance that with in 24 hours, issue get resolved. I have waited for two days, no technician came to resolve the issue. Every day I am calling to Customer care center asking to resolve the issue, Customer care executive listening my words and reopening request and forwarding call to supervisor, supervisor giving ensuring that your issue will be resolved today and every day I am hearing same statements from Customer Care Executives even though my issue not rectified yet (i.e., June 25th 2019).

                          I have booked for New Dish TV HD connection on 16th June 2019 but till date I have not received any call and communication from Dish TV Team. Also, When i am calling to Dish TV Customer Support they are not resolving my query and giving alternate no. to call and also very bad behavior of customer care executives. Please help to resolve the query immediately. I have transaction ID and Payment receipt. Request you to please call back and arrange installation.

                            I have been facing an issue with frequent restart of my sth hd set-top box. This happens more than 10 times most day for the past 15 days.
                            The wierd thing is there are days when this restart does not happen at all, which raises a question of what is the root cause of this issue.

                              I had booked dish tv online on 21/06/2019 there will be do the installation today are tomorrow when i called them on 22/06/2019 have taken a request there to the need full today i called to customer care on 23/06/2019 there disconnecting there call when i got connected to call center i asked what happen to my customer care there said we will do it i said ok cancel it and give me money back there telling that will cancel it it will take 5 five please taken action against dist tv nbfc and please cancel this kind of bad service provider if there want to cancel the connection and refund 1000/ amount per day delay charges from day of booking till i receive the amount transaction id -#yrs139322 and ref [protected] and please file the compliant against this kind of company

In dishtv company they take gst three times first they took gst on his monthly fees then they took on the rate of package and channel and the last they add gst on the total fare so please work on my complaint please.

                                      I had received a telephonic call from dish tv customer care at 4.50pm/24.06.2019. Through the call, they had assured me to install the connection within 24 hours. But, the stipulated time has been elapsed . They did not install the connection. By this kind of act, they proved their false commitment once again.
                                      Now, I do not have ample of faith on them. It is understood that, they will play the same mischievous game in future for giving service/recharge.
                                      As such, I shall request you to direct them to refund my deposited money with a penalty of Re 1.00 (at least) for harshening me and interest of my money for long period of 25 days.
