I had taken new dish tv connection on 7th april, 2019 with bharat combo plan which has a validity of 3 months & paid 1550/- to the dish tv operator. On 16th may, 2019, i received the message that your dish tv account recharge is due on 20th may, 2019, otherwise your account will get inactive. Immediately after that i call the customer care executive (Mr. Nitin chauhan) and informed about the whole matter, despite taking the corrective action on this matter, mr. Nitin started talking arrogantly with me, saying the reasons that bharat combo plan has been changed to some other plan by their operator. Which do not have any proper base and the whole blame has been put me. If the customer care team does not want to help the customers and just wanted to loot them and mislead them then dish tv should not have such people as their face of company.
I just want to inform here, if this is the way dish tv wants to loot their customer and making the fraud with them by looting their hard-earned money, by just changing the lower plan to higher plan without prior concern of customers.
