I have recharge my dish tv (vc no. [protected]) on 26th May, 2019 with Rs400, with which a offer of 200 cashback msg was sent to me, but till now your dish tv have not given the cashback. I have contact several times with the senior person of your customer care, they said I will get the cashback within 24 hrs, but several times, several days gone, no result. I hope you will do the needful before losing one of your valuable customer.
