Dear sir,
It’s very unfortunate to write about the service rendered by DISH TV to a true/honest customer. I am a DISH TV customer bearing ID- [protected] since last 03 years. Recently due to heavy cyclonic storm in Odisha on 03.05.2019 my dish antenna had been affected and lost signal caused depriving from getting service. I had lodged a request for technician visit and was assured by the customer care that the problem will be resolved within 48 hours (i.e. 02 days).
However, its almost 10 days have been passed, still no person/technician ever visited or contacted me for the purpose. Upon follow-up the customer care thousand times no fruitful result being came out except getting the fake assurance for resolving the issue as soon as possible.
In this regard, I have also visited to Nodal Officer at Chandrasekharpur, Patia, Bhubaneswar hundred times still i did not get the satisfied answer/ service.
In this regard I would like to put-forth few lines.
Such activities/service provided by the DISH TV is very disappointing and Harassing to the true/honest customer. I was not expected such service at all by a huge company like DISH TV. Rather than Branding / promoting of DISH TV on Print Media/ public forum, DISH TV should focus on the requirement/problem facing by the customer for doing a healthy business in the market.
Although, I may have option to go to consumer court to fight for my right, but as a common man/customer its not being feasible to mess my day to day life/time in court matter. However, such service of DISH TV from last 1-2 weeks rendered to me has set a good example to share and recommend my family, relatives, colleague, friend circle to not to go for DISH TV at all.
At last, with the highest dissatisfaction level I am quitting from the DISH TV Family with a state of mind that could not be expressed. Such worst service I have been experienced shall be remembered in life long.
