    I tried several times talking to dth operators to make package for me as many channels on my dth is totally unutilised i spoke earlier they said they cant help due to system error i tried several times but now they are saying they cant help and i can complaint wherever i can and they are not scared of anything they asked me to withdraw my services and always not at all helpful

      I did pay a sum of rs 446/- (Four hundred and fortysix only) on 11th feb 2019 from my bank account,
      On you intimation from your website dishtv.in (Which, really, is testing the patience of almost everybody regarding
      The sluggish pace of connectivity)
      Complaints: the following are the difficulties i have been experiencing since i asked the call centre to include the free channel flowers tv
      1. Non-receipt of any one of the dd channels, which is against the proclaimed directions of trai, in my connection account having vc number [protected].
      2. Non receipt of channels i have paid for, including:-
      602- surya
      603- asianet
      606- zee keralam
      609- asianet plus
      620- surya movies
      621- asianet movies
      624- surya music
      639- surya comedy
      3. - even when my paid-subscription status was upto 22nd feb 2019, you disconnected channels from 11th feb 2019 that is against terms of subscription which i have already paid for,
      4- you did state that the rate for monthly subscription for the channels i slected on 11th feb 2019 was rs.223/- per month, based on which i remitted rs 446/-[, ie charge for two months,
      The current balance shown in my account is far below.

      5- i did complain the customer care of dishtv three or four times about non receipt of dd channels, to register the complaint and to give the docket number of the complaint,
      For which i have due legal right, but they simply did not heed to it. You seem to be fleecing me, considering the fact that you are not providing the channels i have subscribed for on 11th feb 2019.

        Dear sir,

        I have dish tv connection taken in 2018 august, and they gave me package for rs 229 but after trai new rule dish tv change plan themselves without any confirmation from me. Also not inform us to change the plan and when we try to change online but not guied properly also plans not clearly selected. Many channels they added by themselves and charge extra and also disabled many pay channels without informing.

        Also now they don't refund my balance if i complain and many times we called on customer care but no solution from them.

          I have done a recharge and it is almost 2 days but my channels still did not resume. I have called customer care they say i have done a refresh but still i faced the same issue... I am totally disappointed as the team is just reading the script but haven't actually resolved my issue when i keep talking the call get disconnected and i don't even get a call back from dish tv.. People are so pathetic there when i was talking today executive megha is getting rude and yesterday shahid a supervisor was rude, i could make it with there tone and response, they said a technician would come but it's 7 and my weekend is wasted, i haven't received a call yet... I want you guys to put yourself in my shoes and see how i would feel, this is so disappointing, if some manger or ceo is watching this please contact me

            With ref to above sub regards to dish tv recharge i have done online dish tv recharge from website www.dishtv.in on 15.2.19 for inr 6348/- later as per their instruction the told to keep on channel no 96 for 15 mins. But i have kept for almost 1 hour & continued daily for 10 days the same thing. My electricity was wasted but till date not working. I have called the call centre + mails but no respond.               Dish tv not changed my package according to new trai regulations. They charged the high price to me. I have also called with their customer service team but they not changed the package. Also put my call on hold for long time so that i will cut their call after long time waiting.                     Dish tv is cheating customers, nobe of their self service portal (Website/app) is working properly when i am trying to remove some channels from my pack, their website/app hangs and becomes unresponsive when i remove channels and tries to submit request, this problem is there from last one month, i tried sending multiple emails to customer care and every time they provide pathetic resolution saying that their platform has technical issues, how could technical issue remain unresolved for months, clearly they are cheating customers by not allowing channel removal, so pathetic!

                      Sir, i suscribed swagat hd pack of dishtv on 11feb2019. At the time of subscription, star bharat channel was included, on 01mar2019 'star bharat' channel stopped. Customer care senior superviser said that, that channel has removed from pack, and if i want to see that channel i have to pay the charge of that channel

                        I am not able to design my own mera apna pack because the dishtv website has some problem due to which the payment doesn't get processed. I have been following up with them since the last 4 to 5 days, but they keep on giving excuses and nothing gets resolved.

                          I had called up dishtv for relocation on thursday morning i. E. 28th feb at 9 am. Submitted the request and i was assured of resolution within 24 hours. The de-installation happened the same day but no one called me back even after 24 hours for re-installation. The relocation request isn't completed, i followed up on calls 2-3 times and waited on call for more than 30 minutes and still the issue is left unresolved.

                          Till date i have heard nothing from the team except for the thing that issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

                            I recived msg from dish tv on 26th february after chosen my pack your pack price is 680 and i[censored] recharge for 3 months you will get 7 days extra total rs. 2040 now i recharge they denied and also told the amount of your pack is 792 so pls. Take serious action against this types of peoples i want to take serious action against dish tv they totally denied now

                              I have balance in my dish tv (Vc #[protected]) but still showing low balance and i am unable to view or move the channel to 96. I tried refresh and also erases epg&flash and downloaded new software. Still the problem continues. No use, still shows low balance. Please find an exact solution and inform me. I tried all the ways and informed from your call center. I m facing this issue since two weeks.

                                I picked my packs with dishtv india and submitted request. But no change in channel selection. I tried at least 5 days in a row. All i wanted is a simple telugu pack with channels. When i go to add channels there are several missing and i cannot find any where on their site. When i call the customer service is no help. They keep asking me to go to website and subscribe.

                                I keep telling them that several telugu channels are missing, but they keep repeating their script like parrots.

                                One of their rep told me to send a miss call as 1800568. I did that also, but no use.

                                I am sick and tired of this stupid service change. Trai people as usual do not know what they are doing. Bunch of guys without any experience is telecom or services make decisions that effect billions of indians. It so sad.

                                Also due to the new rules all prices have gone up by at least 18 to 20%.

                                Trai should have people with experience worldwide and do sensible decisions. As usual what they do don't make good for people but only help corporates.

                                Dish TV services and products are just sub standard. Since, I travel a lot don’t have time to waste with your customer service. The setup box usually gets stuck and needs reboot, sound on majority of the Chanel’s are not clearly transmitted. Most of the channels have only 60% signal strength. Your UI interface is totally unfriendly. Several free channels are blocked and giving miss call to activate does not help. Your website is cluttered with lot of garbage. I give you guys a rating of 1 out of 5
                                Hello Sir / Madam,

                                As per new TRAI regulations, i was trying to change the packages since 25th of March 2019 multiple times, the package did not update, instead i got a token number and ticket number.

                                Since the recharge was empty i recharged for Rs200 and again tried in the following days hoping that new package would get subscribed and then pay the entire amount. Issue remained same and again recharged Rs.200 and called Toll free number " "[protected]" and CALL ME sms to 57575.

                                I get calls but with no help. Couple of calls ended like they had helped me to configure and the channels would refresh in 15 mins. It did not happened. When called and sms'ed again and again, same cycle happened. Couple of time my call got dropped inappropriately (i assume that your guys couldnt answer query, so the easy way would be to disconnect!!)
                                This clearly shows the attitude of your call center people towards the customers. I agree that your call volume is high due to this technical issue, but for us its a personal thing when it comes to watching TV. No matter how many times we call or seek help, you guys are bound to do that and not to fool us.

                                Ok now after multiple attempts, one of your call center guys said that the issue is with the "Zone", that even though i reside in Chennai my set-top box is configured to "North Zone" so i need to Select "North" as zone and do the channel configuration.

                                Hurray!!! channel is configured, I paid the entire amount!!

                                What then? as usual we are shown the "finger" - meaning now the 90% of the subscribed channels wont work with the message "301 - Signal not found". For example Star sports 1 works that belong to one of the subscribed package, rest of the channels of the same package get "301 error". Similar with POGO works and other related wont work

                                Great. This was not expected at all

                                Again the cycle of cat-n-mouse happens (i call the call center, you guys drop and then i get flood of calls stating they are calling me due to my sms and missed calls to Toll-Free numbers)

                                I never gave up and explained the situation, none of them understood or pretend to be not understanding. They say that its our dish antenna or wiring or cable problem that need to be changed or configured.

                                Since the issue is after channel change as per TRAI, it is evident that you need to either remotely rectify this issue or send your technicians to resolve it, after all its not because of our issue. Previously there were occasions that we change residence, or change the cable or dish, we understand that its our issue and we need to pay for your service. But currently the issue is from your end. If you say that this issue is not due to the change of packages and its a fault of antenna, then i am ready to take it to the consumer redressal level.

                                Now finally i have to budge to your call center request that there is no service request raised from your end that the service technician would visit us (The complaint number we received from the call center is "Service Request number :[protected]").

                                I accepted for paid service and we got a new "Service Request number :[protected]" as we are loosing our money every day no matter we watch for we paid for. Considering this Rs 200, we are ready to donate the money

                                Highlight of this issue for now is, local technician called now and asking me that we need to pay in Cash (Rs200) to him otherwise he will not come for service. The call details are : Mob: [protected] - named Miglani (as per true caller id status)

                                We need to know we need to pay him in cash or as usual it will be adjusted from our recharge amount

                                Have some responsibility and resolve our issue without any cost. If you need cost for rectifying the mess, we are ok to donate!!

                                OR if you are in no position to help us, kindly disconnect our service starting today (11th of April 2019), and pay us the balance to our account deducting applicable charges. We are happy to get rid of something which has no value to us

                                  Need support from your end, because the organization of dish-tv calming unauthorized demand every month by name of technician service charges. My setup-box was get faulty on 18-jan-2019. On making my complaint, it was changed on 21-jan-2019 and, i paid rs 480 for setup box and rs 200 for technician charge. After this, the setup box again become faulty on february 25, 2019. After the complaint, they are demanding a technician service fee again. While setup-box is in warranty and due to the bad condition setup-box installed by the dish-tv team, it becomes again get faulty. Then why we pay unauthorized amount month to month.
                                  Kind request to you pls look the meter and resolve my issue.

                                  Sir,
                                  Still, No one has tried to talk to me yet and since 25-Feb-2019 we not using broadcast services after paid monthaly charges due to Setup-Box faulty. They are still demanding a technician service fee again. While setup-box is in warranty and due to the bad condition setup-box installed by the Dish-TV team, it becomes again get faulty. Pls do the needful.

We brought this set top box before 1.5 years.in my place there are dish tv stb un available so please come mehgaon as soon as. Please come in ward no.7, mehgaon tehsil, bhind district.                                       I have sent confirmation for choosing my required channels for vc no: [protected] and as per their instruction, i have chosen 100 free channels and sun tv hd. But even after selecting, i am getting all the channels as per my previous package. I don’t want to pay more than rs.130 for basic free channels and rs. 19 for sun tv hd plus taxes.

                                      Please remove all other channels except sun tv hd. If you are not changing my package, i have to complain to trai.
