channel removed from pack after subscribed

Sir, i suscribed swagat hd pack of dishtv on 11feb2019. At the time of subscription, star bharat channel was included, on 01mar2019 'star bharat' channel stopped. Customer care senior superviser said that, that channel has removed from pack, and if i want to see that channel i have to pay the charge of that channel

poor customer service/mera apna pack payment processing

I am not able to design my own mera apna pack because the dishtv website has some problem due to which the payment doesn't get processed. I have been following up with them since the last 4 to 5 days, but they keep on giving excuses and nothing gets resolved.

re-installation of dishtv

I had called up dishtv for relocation on thursday morning i. E. 28th feb at 9 am. Submitted the request and i was assured of resolution within 24 hours. The de-installation happened the same day but no one called me back even after 24 hours for re-installation. The relocation request isn't completed, i followed up on calls 2-3 times and waited on call for more than 30 minutes and still the issue is left unresolved.

I have balance in my dish tv (Vc #[protected]) but still showing low balance and i am unable to view or move the channel to 96. I tried refresh and also erases epg&flash and downloaded new software. channel selection

I have sent confirmation for choosing my required channels for vc no: [protected] and as per their instruction, i have chosen 100 free channels and sun tv hd. But even after selecting, i am getting all the channels as per my previous package. I don’t want to pay more than rs.130 for basic free channels and rs. 19 for sun tv hd plus taxes.

But after purchasing 5 dyas no single sms or call for installation done, i called all help line numbers and customer care mails but fail to get solution all just doing timepass and all there call centre guyes move your call from one person to another without solution.

pack is not of my choice and budget

unable to create your mera wala plan
