Since 45 days I am trying to activate channels as per my requirement till date I am not able to do this activity. I have called customer care and asked executives name Seema Shah to lodge my complaint instead of complaint she lode regular feedback. I am attaching the snapshots problem which I'mfacing

    As per trai guidelines, i wish to subscribe for the dish tv connection for an year, but after thought, i have thought of subscribing for a month and see no issues. To my surprise, dish tv customer care representative informed that dish tv has received the subscription by them and they have updated in their system whereas i am getting recharge alert in my tv that it will be switched off in a day. Instead of accepting the software glitches, he informed that there is a problem with the setup box an technician to be visited for which i need to pay for the visit. My argument is why i need to pay for the technician visit as there is no problem with viewing of channels but only there is glitches in the updating software.
    If such type of behaviour in resolving the issues of the customers, i have to think of disconnecting the dishtv connection after a month. My escalation no[protected]. People are calling daily and wasting my time without resolving the issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
    Earlier, the customer care team assured that there will not be any signal problems... But again the same issue has cropped up when i recharge the subscription...

    Is it the other way of dragging till my last date of recharge? so that my connection gets automatically disconnected... If you could not able to solve the issue before my cut off date then what is the point of customer service.. It is evident of indirect harassment given to customers.

    Inspite of 7 days of email and other efforts, DISH TV has not responded to me. I have tried to call Nodal officer Delhi but no one picks up the phone.. Tried to call nodal officer Deepak Sharma Telephone No.: [protected]
    e-mail: deepak.[protected]@dishd2h.com / nodalofficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com but no response has so far been received.

      I purchased new dish box through DISH TV sites online and paid for same. But after purchasing 5 dyas no single sms or call for installation done, i called all help line numbers and customer care mails but fail to get solution all just doing timepass and all there call centre guyes move your call from one person to another without solution.
      All nodal officers numbers in mumbai and pune i tried but all not working even mailed to them but no reply yet.
      I forwarded account statement snap to customer care still not received any tokan number,

                I am a videocon d2h subscriber for the past 6+ years.. I am not able to watch channels of my choice(mera wala plan is not working) nor the new channels as per trai. Inspite of repeated calls to their customer care and trying their site and app the only response found is '"Your detail has been successfully submitted and we will get back to you shortly' for the past 15 days..

                Very worst service from videocon d2h, neither their site nor the android apps are good enough for smooth transition of new channel package selection. Its a mess to change the plans with videocon d2h. The customer service representative giving lame reasons o[censored]nlimited timeline to migrate by that TRAI deadline will get over.

                    I recharged for 130+gst as per trai for 25fta channels and additional pay channels on 26/02/19. I selected 25 fta channels and other pay channels worth 107/- rupees. But dish tv is charging 130+gst+107+gst=285 for me. And arguing that 130/-+gst is only fees and have to pay for all channels. For my recharging of 165/-for pay channels and fta instead of giving 1month validity they gave15days for charging of 165/-.

                      Myself anish (Vc no. [protected]) last year i recharged in advance for 1 year on dated 16 march 2018 with swagat pack & ad on all sports hd. My switch off date 15.03.2018 on 16th feb. By dish tv my pack migrate according trai rule without my knowledge. While according to trai rules someone paid in advance his pack will not change & continue with any changes. When i called & email to dish tv. Dish tv executive said this change by default & we are not able update your pack according last pack. Please help me on this issue.

                        Pls do not buy dish tv they have very poor service .They switch off dish off from their end & asking for money for another stb again they are provinding old stb. I have paid yesterday 450 rs. & its not working today.

                            I had purchased in rs 2950 for non stop one year with add on hd channels
                            Accordingly i was got know it will work upto 22 june 2019. But now on 25.02.2018 my hd channels are not working as per message received with

                            It seems that after your are harassing me in the name of new trai rules
                            If condition prevails for not restoring then i would go for legal action against the disc tv for harassing and sharing of wrong infromation against the right of consumer.

                              Dear respected trai regulatory,

                              This is velusamy perumal and i am writing behalf of each and every “dish-tv dth operator” end customer (Consumer).
                              As we came to know that trai regulatory authority of india has been released dth tariff order, where consumer (Customer) can pay the money only for the number of channels which going to watches (Channels should be selected before end of jan-30).

                              So as per trai regulatory order now dish-tv corporate has been announced on their website and android - app.

                              After releasing trai order since now almost 1 month over, still i am trying to access their website and android - app to select the channels. But always getting no response error or rolling button no response from website. They have been created fake link by just showing off that trai regularity order on their website.

                              Seems they have been not taken the trai order very seriously, blocked website and app to access from the dth customers, now we have deadline on till this month jan-2019 end, but dish-tv has not been resolved this issue,

                              I have been communicated so many times but there is no proper solution provided so far, if we facing such a issues how we are going to select the number of channels which we are going to watch before end of jan-2019.?

                              Please check with all dth operator and ask them to relief such a website problems and most of customers doesn’t even know because dth operators been not announced about trai order.

                              Please help us on this issue and try to support asap.

                              As i am clearly pointed out that your website nor Dish TV APP are not working, again again you keep repeating the same problem and asking us to use your useless website and andirod app once again.
                              We are filling case for your website and app only, As we are unable to submit the selected channles .

                              we are unable to submit selected channels from dish tv channel selection. Even post clicking submit link, website has not been proceeding further with acknowledgement.

                              Telecom ministry, cbi and vigilance should act immediately to prevent dishtv from robbing and looting subscribers and should forcr dish tv to refund all excess charges collected from subscribers.

                              Trai also should be hold accountable for such mess and looting by dish tv.

                              Essel group current owners owners of dishtv should be taken to task.
                              What is difference betwee these TWO SATELLITE DIRECT TO HOME OPERATORS

                              1.VIDEOCON D2H

                              2.DISHTV.

                              I understand that Essel group/Zee TV has purchased VIDEOCON D2H FROM VIDEOCON DHOOT GROUP WHO IS BANKRUPT.

                              Even i am facing same issue, my VC number is [protected]. Seems like you are using this gimmick to fool customers by not allowing them to submit their final pack. TRAI shuold take legal action against such corrupt practices, i face this issue both on desktop application and in App in smart phone,
                              All other operators seems to follow moral guidelines and not resort to such cheap gimmicks. Please correct this asap.

                                Please help me from this dish tv customer care who are not at all providing service for the recharge amount of 483 rupees recharged on 2nd of december. First they said they did not receive my money. Confirms in many emails. I have made complaing with icici raised sr and and the bank took 1 month and confirmed that dish tv account has been credited with 483 rupees successfully and gave the below transaction details

                                  I had availed one dish tv connection with vc number [protected] two years ago. Now i have opted for channels as per my requirement on 15th of february as my recharge was due on 21st. I have contacted dish tv through their call centres not less than 10 times to get my selection activated. But nothing happened and they have disconnected on 21st. On 21st i called them 5 times to get my selection activated. As per their direction i paid rs.100/- again and it is for 3 days and they promised that new rates will be activated as per my option immediately. As per my selection the monthly payment will be around 150/- only and now i was paying more than 800/- monthly. Again my connection will be disconnected today. Please arrange to redress my problem.

But when i tried to view the free to air channel dd sports to watch an cricket match, dish tv is forcing me to subscribe star sports channel with 19rs+gst.                                       The money recharge rs 800 paid by my dish application for dish tv recharge on 19th feb 2019 through instant recharging by online transaction by my axis debit card thru i'd cca[protected], but i didnot get the money updated in my dish tv account and again on 20th feb 2019 done since it was of last day to recharge for continuation so i did it through google pay and got updated and my connection got continued, since 19th feb 2019 is pending needed focus by either updating or reversal
