not able to submit selected channel lists

I was trying from last few days to submit my updated channel list from Dish tv Portal and also from Dish tv App. But till date no response from DISH TV. Every time I called they told that there might be server issue and please try after 15 min. I was tried at least 10-15 times from last few days.But not able to do so.
Please help on this.

charging more than 130+gst for 100 channels

I recharged for 130+gst as per trai for 25fta channels and additional pay channels on 26/02/19. I selected 25 fta channels and other pay channels worth 107/- rupees. But dish tv is charging 130+gst+107+gst=285 for me. And arguing that 130/-+gst is only fees and have to pay for all channels. For my recharging of 165/-for pay channels and fta instead of giving 1month validity they gave15days for charging of 165/-....

I have contacted dish tv through their call centres not less than 10 times to get my selection activated. But nothing happened and they have disconnected on 21st. On 21st i called them 5 times to get my selection activated. As per their direction i paid rs.100/-...

I have started my base pack of channels at 130rs per month. But when i tried to view the free to air channel dd sports to watch an cricket match, dish tv is forcing me to subscribe star sports channel with 19rs+gst. They are not changing my plan in spite of several requests. They have given me some plan of their own in south kannada and now when i am selecting my plan they are not changing it. Tired of calling them even i was given 18 minutes time to wait for the executive to take my call but all in vain. dishtv not working. showing 102 no account balance.

My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 23/02/2019. I still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 07/04/2019. Receiver is showing "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the instructions from the customer care. Also unable to move to the channel to 96 as instructed by the cutomer care. My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 23/02/2019. I still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 07/04/2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. recharged but not updated the account in tv and they switched off

I am not getting correct response from customer care,
My query is switch off date is 22/2/19- but i recharged on 15th feb for rs 100 but it got switched off on 22/2/19.
Now when i switch on my tv it is showing account balance is low, asking to recharge. Done every thing but my channels not resumed it is switched off, asking to recharge.
There is no technical problems either in stb box nor in antenna, it is working well...
