I am writing on behalf of each and every customer who are facing this issue, we are unable to submit selected channels from dish tv channel selection. Even post clicking submit link, website has not been proceeding further with acknowledgement.
Please help me out on this issue. I am facing this issue since long back, no body helping out from dish tv backend support team side, i couldn’t able to select the channels.

Dear respected trai regulatory,
This is velusamy perumal and i am writing behalf of each and every “dish-tv dth operator” end customer (Consumer).
As we came to know that trai regulatory authority of india has been released dth tariff order, where consumer (Customer) can pay the money only for the number of channels which going to watches (Channels should be selected before end of jan-30).
So as per trai regulatory order now dish-tv corporate has been announced on their website and android - app.
After releasing trai order since now almost 1 month over, still i am trying to access their website and android - app to select the channels. But always getting no response error or rolling button no response from website. They have been created fake link by just showing off that trai regularity order on their website.
Seems they have been not taken the trai order very seriously, blocked website and app to access from the dth customers, now we have deadline on till this month jan-2019 end, but dish-tv has not been resolved this issue,
I have been communicated so many times but there is no proper solution provided so far, if we facing such a issues how we are going to select the number of channels which we are going to watch before end of jan-2019.?
Please check with all dth operator and ask them to relief such a website problems and most of customers doesn’t even know because dth operators been not announced about trai order.
Please help us on this issue and try to support asap.

As i am clearly pointed out that your website nor Dish TV APP are not working, again again you keep repeating the same problem and asking us to use your useless website and andirod app once again.
We are filling case for your website and app only, As we are unable to submit the selected channles .
