I am using for 7 years dish TV. But there first time complaint from dish TV . My plan was family pack with 250/- per month. But this has changed in 295/- per month from dishtv side.it is wrong .I want to disconnect dish TV. But it is very bad system of dish TV. It is froud dish. I have already advance rechar for 6 month . Thay have changed my plan automatically. They are said to me .it has confirmed from my side but its not truth. I have all recordable data .actually I am fully irritad and complaint custom care. There is no action. No change my reaal plan . Please any body person help me. My VC number is [protected] which is name ramesh chand gupta.

      I dont want to pay for swacch bharat cess on every recharge. Becoz its extra burdain on me. And i dont see any cleanliness around my house even im paying for that. So pls stop charging us 0.5% cess on every dish tv recharge.

              It is to informed that my complaint [about Dist TV-VC 015…632 in the name of Ved Prakash at Ghaziabad (UP West-NCR)] dated the January 18, 2016 (Dish TV India Ltd. — Recharge amount paid for one year but validate only for nine months) is still unsolved at Dish TV level, they are not accepting their wrong billing methods, and the customer is forced to harass, with no cause. This Complaint was posted on Consumer Complaint Portal at http://www.consumercomplaints.in/dish-tv-india-ltd-recharge-amount-paid-for-one-...

              In place of solving my complaint dated 18th January, 2016, My Connection was terminated by Dish TV without my consent on 4th February, 2016, for which I raised my complaint on 5th February, 2016 at http://www.consumercomplaints.in/dishtv-india-ltd-dish-tv-connection-can-termina...

              After this, another problem is created at Dish TV level, my next recharge date revised to short in place of 5th April, 2016 (fixed on 30th July, 2015). I am contacting with Dish TV through my registered email, but no response.

              My registered phone Number ([protected]) also changed (as [protected]).

              Hope Dish TV Officers take it seriously, and my connection must be updated immediately.

              My registered mobile number [protected] again changed with [protected] which again re corrected on my request with Customer Care Executive. Which now re changed with [protected]. My plan and recharge dates also changed.

              Now, please update my information and my plan Game on HD Pack as usual which was purchased in July, 2015 for one year which is still unsolved.

              My Game on HD Pack did not started as usual used previously by said Customer Care Executive my request, however, I did not make any phone calls for change in any pack.

                        Customers care phone number deduct very high call charges.

                          I Priyabrata Behera is very dissatisfied by your user friendly customers care service. The reasons are below :
                          1 I wanted to see my tv programs by picking :pick by channel" for which I got the detailed process from cutomers care, which I follow & got a number (50245). After repeated follow ups made on daily basis finally today (after 3 days ) cutomer care people followed by seniors now in forming that they have made confirmation calls to me which I did not picked.

                          I agree I may not picked the calls due to my busy schedule. Still I have requested them with that it is too difficult to pick every & each calls to me, so from backend only they can activate my :pick by channel" service. But unfortunately they are saying again I have to follow the process from the beginning & wait for the call ( Chances of Deadlock is here as the process is again in loop).

                          1 Although I am following up on daily basis; by check my genuineness as customer you can facilitate my request from back end itself...or can arrange a call on next day for which I can wait. But now I am sorry to say that I will not again follow the process from the beginning to activate "pick my channel " service for which again I will have to wait more 3 days (24 working hour ) with no guarantee of satisfaction as the process is creating a loop

                          2 my concern is here that if I am a Full DND customer how can your people resolve the issue ?? which I told them.

                          3 After writing a mail to nodal officer an replay came "your numbers have been updated, kindly submit a fresh request for PBC" Here what is this PBC means to the customer ??

                                I am a existing customer of Dish TV & have 2 connections i.e.
                                VC No- [protected] at Noida & VC No- [protected] at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. On Jan '16 I have taken another connection at my parents place (in Bhubaneswar, Odisha) with VC No-[protected] which was told to me as a multi connection to the existing connection VC No- [protected]. Also Dish TV have confirmed me that for the new connection I only need to pay Rs.250/- as it will be a child connection. But now in Feb '16 I received 2 separate bills for the two connections & after I call to CCare the told me that both [protected] & [protected] are separate connections and multi connection can not be done.
                                Now What I face is a ditch from Dish TV, as they are hiding the truth and selling the product on basis of Lies.

                                  i didn't request for the plan change but my plan has changed and my renewal date has been preponed to 25/02/2016, which a fraud as i never consented for any change of my plan.Hence, my original plan be restored immediately under information to me and also the matter should be taken up with the staff concerned who payed this fraud with me.

                                      My DishTV set top box was not functioning so an appropriate complaint was registered with the customer services on 19th of February 2016. A techician was sent who was unwilling to fix the box and instead forced the consumer to purchase a new set top box implying additional charges on me.
                                      DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
