I had recharged my dish tv on 1 june at 8 and then not able to watch anything then i checked with customer care representative and found that it will take 48 hours to reflect the payment which sound weird to me, after waiting 48 hours i again reached out to representative name satyam responded and they had no clue that customer is wating from last 2 days to reflect the money and watch tv which is already been deducted from account. Again they asked stupid question and redirected to check with bank how they process if its not reflected in system is this is something customer can deal why payment is not reflected in there system?
After a numerous call issue still not responded and no one is looking into the matter, i want serioys action on this and need to return back the box now

    Dear sir/madam
    I have dish tv connection on 15th may i requested dish tv for a technician to install my dish antena. On the same day technician visted my house installed the antena and i payed rs.250 to him as a charge for installing antena.. But on next day i. E 16th may the antena fall from terrace and broked as it was not installed / fixed properly. I complaint to dish tv for this but they are not ready to pay for the damage. I complaint this to nodal officer but he too not responded. Plz help

      This is to bring to your notice that..my dish tv problem is not been attended by dish tv service station at Hyderabad/Secunderabad/ECIL.

      I am not able to view channels and same thing I filed complaint with dishTV online...on 30th may... 31st may and 1st june...thrice..

      surprisingly i received msg on 31st may from dish tv that my complaint is resolved successfully...but in reality complaint was not attended at all...

      I am just getting call from Dish TV service station that technician is on the way... repeatedly enquiring about address and not turning up..when we are calling to the same no. or service station nobody is responding...

      and one more thing my dishtv is not getting repaired permanently.. repeatedly I have to call technician... in this month thrice technician visited my place..

      So I request kindly fix my problem permanently.

        I have subscribe for all sports pack but i have not get all
        the channels which is mention in the packages. like Sony Pal*, Sony Sab,
        Sahara One, Big Magic*, Star Utsav*, Sony Six, Ten 3, Ten 2, Ten 1 and no
        any movie channels comes (some movie channels comes sometime and its also
        not clear and not proper network ) Some channels have 101 error and some have 301, some channels comes but not working properly it's stuck in 2 to 5 second so you cant prefer to see that channels.
        Same issue for music channels and gujarati channels.

        For many channels i am facing issues to see that channels properly.
        I am paying full amount of the package but i could not get that much goof
        facility of that. I am not happy with this support.
        Please do the needful so that i can use all the channels for which i am
        paying to DishTV.

        Please do the needful asap.

          Recently i moved from chennai to bangalore and i contacted dish tv for reinstallation of the dish antenna but my complaint was not taken and it is now a week now and the antenna is still not installed. When i contact them they tell that it is a high violent area and therefore the antenna cannot be installed. When i checked with my neighbours everyone are using different company dish antennas and everyone has got it installed like airtel, videocon, tata sky and videocon to name a few and i see that all the antennas are installed on the terrace of my apartment and when i tried to contact dish tv they tell that it is not possible to install it in my place where i am living. I dont understand when other brands can install it how come only dish tv has the problem. Request whoever is responsible to look into this and get this issue resolved asap or else you can process a refund of my money so that i can go with another brand.

            I had book for a new connection of Dish TV on 29.05.2016. I received the call from Dish TV guy next for installation Dish TV I asked him to come in evening.
            I tried the call in the evening and once he pick it up, after that he cut the phone on my face. after that i tried him like 100 times but he haven't pick the call and he also block my phone. I left a message to call me back. Again next day i tried him, he pick up the phone and again after recognising me he cuts the phone. I want a action against this person from Dish TV.

              Actually, before lastly recharged we are getting all the channels of south India. But after recharged for 6 months on 24th few channels are not coming. Even we contacted customer care no use. Kindly do the needful.

              One more update I am out of India and working in Tanzania and please update / change the Register number from +91 [protected] to +91 [protected].

                I am Not able to watch HD channels for the above mentioned VC number from last 2 weeks

                I have raised 3 requests with below reference numbers:

                Till now the problem is not solved
                I have been paying 700/- per month for this HD connection

                Few days back one technician visited our place and said there is no issue with DISH/settop box and left

                I have been calling the customer care many times (Around 20 times) and every time they say request is being forwarded.

                Almost i have spent 100/- for calling these stupid handi-capped customer care

                Problem is HD channels are deactivated in my case.
                Not sure who has done it .

                HD channels are activated once technician visited my place.
                I paid 170/- to the technician and almost spent ~150/- for taking with customer care people(for the past 3 weeks)

                Its deactivated from your side and ihave to pay that
                I need an explanation on this

                  I am using dish tv where i used to recharge for 695 monthly. But on 31st march while i was trying to recharge online in dishtv website i got an offer mentioning recharge for 1380 and get uninterrupted service for next 3months and hence i recharged for 1380. But my connection was deactivated by 31st april. I sent a message to dish tv for call back service but i didnt got any call and i have been busy in carrying out my work. When i call now and asked for the reason i was informed that it was an error message and my card was active. And my card was activated after i spent 20mins on call with dish tv agent.

                  I dont want to be a customer of this kind of fraudulent company. So i need the cash back for one month for which i was not provided any service and deactivate my connection but dish tv is not ready to go for it. Am looking forward for strong action against this kind of service.

                    I had purchased dishtv dth with one month recharge. Dish tv technician came & arrange all connections & started to run. Now from last 15 days i can not view the package for what i recharged. From last 2 days i m calling to customer care till now i can not get return call from customer care on my register mobile no. Hindi channels, music, movies also not seen. My vc no [protected]. As per checked with customer care dth dish tv my recharge shows rs. 650.

                    First time i m using dish tv dth & started frustrating by these kind services. Hoping for u r immediate action

                        Attempting to set up service for "Dish4myRV" has been the most frustrating 2 hours of my life. Call #1 Initially I spoke to a person I could not understand who also did't know what an RV was nor anything about the specific program I wanted. He transferred me to his supervisor (Contact#2) who was non better. Two people, no help.

                        Call #2 (3rd contact) Next called number from Camping World/Dish brochure. Can't help me at all, call "Outdoor Sales".

                        Call #3 (4th contact) Next call to Outdoor Sales[protected] was told they couldn't set up account because my receiver had previously been used. (We had a home but sold it and now reside in the RV). Instructed to call back and have receiver identity removed from the "closed" residential acct. Why didn't they do that when we closed the account?

                        Call #4 (5th person) Called[protected] to remove receiver identification number from a "closed" record????

                        Call #5 (6th contact) Craig[protected]. Please start pay as you go "Dish4myRV" service. He couldn't help me because although the Tailgater Antenna was new, the receiver was previously used and he could only set up new equipment...I informed him I was following direction I had previously been given at this number. He asked me to hold and when he returned to my call, he did set up my account.

                        This many calls and contacts is ridiculous. Customer Service is VERY BAD when you make numerous calls spanning 1 1/2 hours to set up a new account. If I wasn't so much in need of satellite service or if I had other options, I would never choose or recommend Dish.

                          मात्र आश्वासन ही है, कार्य होता रहेगा। because this is incredible India.
                          बड़े विश्वास के साथ हमने online disheveled book किया था, किन्तु अभीतक केवल आश्वासन ही मिल रहा है। प्रश्नो की बौछार होरही है, किन्तु समस्या वही की वही है। ऑनलाइन पेमेंट का तो तत्काल उत्तर मिला, पेमेंट का रेसपोंस भी तत्काल मिला, इसकेलिए इनका सिस्टम तो बहुत ही तेज है, किन्तु समस्या निदान केलिए तो इतने सिस्टम है, कि पूछिये मत, फ़ोन पर फ़ोन आते है, एक ही बात बार बार पुची जाती है, आश्वासन मिलाता है की कॉल फॉरवर्ड कर रहा हूं, सिस्टम में कुछ समय तो लगता ही है।यह कैसी विडम्बना है की, पेमेंट में तो कोई सिस्टम नहीँ लगा, अब काम करने में इतने सिस्टम है, जिसका कोई अंत ही नहीं है। इस multi National संस्था केलिए अब और कितना comment लिखूं? इतना सच है की अब यह संस्था विष्वसनीय नहीं रही। केवल अलगर्जीपाना है।

                            My vc no [protected] i have given the complaint two times on the day 17/05/16 and 21/5/16 on dish care to gaziabadh they r taking two muh time give the line to higher authority it costs too much and then we talk with them they are telling we are providing a technision to u and he clears the problem. The next day i receive a call from technision and he asks what is the problem. When we give the complaint to customer care we are also explained what is the problem. And then he tell that coming by evening. I am waiting till 9pm he has not camed and i called him many times he is not answering my phone again i called the dishcare with same problem they promised to clear the problem on same day then i received a call from technision he also promised to come by tomorrow and he has not came. I call many times he is not answering the phone. Again i call to dish care they are given irresponsible answer and they dissolved my complaint with out informing me. I am the oldest customer of dishtv. These type service is not good they are not giving service well. So that i want to complaint against dish tv in consumer court

                              I have sent 2 years of my feedbacks, about tamil channels addition. But
                              There is no use 2 years of my feedbacks. So i am not satisfied with
                              Dishtv's services.

                              You can't consontrate about tamil channels addition.

                              So finally i have decided to change my dth operator from worst dishtv
                              Services to other good dths like tatasky, videocon d2h or airtel dths

                              They have 60+ maximum tamil channels.

                              Agree with Kathiresan. The quality of box and remote as well is pathetic. I had reached local service multiple times, yet the problem is not solved. Star Vijay HD must be added immediately. I am just staying with Dish tv just because of picture quality. Even sound quality widely varies across channels.

                                    In subjected item, i have confirmed from dishtv customer care before recharge that they will give below items included in one package: 1) dish99 2) full on hd add-on 3) english news add-on 4) new toon disney. Also i confirmed that i can replace any add-on instead of english news add-on. This confirmation was taken on 17th may, 2016 at night. After confirmation i have recharged my account with rs. 4190 /-. They also told me that this changes will applicable when i request to change within 15 days. But now they are telling that now i can't replace add-on. Please help me on this.

                                      I am a dish tv subscriber since 2007. My vc no [protected]. On 15 th of this month, got a error message on the screen as * 301- signal not found *. On 16 the i lodged the problem with dish tv and they have given me a service request no[protected] and they informed me that within 24 hours problem will be solved. 16 and 17 th both days i waited for them, no body has come to attend the issue. I again lodged the complaint on 18 th and again they have given the service request no[protected]. Finally today the technician has come and removed the new lmb, which was supplied for hd channels (New) and replaced with old lmb (Looks very old). I asked the technician to replace the lmb new (Hd) instead of very old one. The technician has replied we canot change the same lmb with rough language and he removed the replaced lmb. He collected rs 250/- without solving the problem and he has not given a bill for the amount he received and the behaviour of the techanician was very much rude and he tells every time he will charge rs 250 whenever he visits the problem

                                        I took dish tv new connection on 27th march and my vc number is [protected], from the next day onwards i got signal problem and from the past one week it is showing that installation failed and i'm unable to see a single channel now.. I made calls to local and regional service team soon many times but no technician visited my home. Its shamefully for the people who announce that dish tv is asia's no.1 service but now it's wrong. Till now my problem is not solved and daily i am making calls to them but they are neglecting it by saying our senior persons are busy and all... But i want my set up box to be repaired or replaced.
