I am a dish TV nonstop pack customer from Andrea Pradesh . They have de activated addons and when I called to complain they said they will take no complaints and no addons are available for nonstop pack customer as of now . Is this not trai regulations violation as I cannot select the channels/bouquets which I want reg mobile no is . [protected]

    I have complained on dishtv website that some channels are not working and i have recharged it but still some channels are unavailable.
    They are asking me for 200rs for technical support without my fault.
    They want charge for the alignment check which was install by their technician only.
    I sent many mails and had word with customer care but trust me they are pathetically trained.
    These people think that they are giving us money to watch TV.
    Yesterday i paid 669 but i am not ablet to enjoy worth of my money.
    I asked them to refund my money and cancel my connection also. But on this request no one ready to answer not even replying on my mail follow up.

      In spite of many reminders on mails and customercare, there is no progress in mine complaint. I think i have taken worst decision in using your dth company.

      I have transfer rs. 406 to vc no. [protected] which was older vc no that was installed in beginning of may 2018 by your rajkot official mr. Jayeshbhai (M.[protected]).in nov. 2018 on account of technical issues mine set up box has been changed to vc no. [protected].

      Today i have transfer rs. 406 via phone pe from mine credit card standard charted bank ending with 7676. It's mine humble request you to transfer from vc no.[protected] to vc no [protected]. The payment details of which is attached for your kind pursuant.

        I have taken non stop pack for three year with facilty to add addon hd channel with additional charge. Since 1 feb 2019 they stopped the all addon channel and withdrawn all facility ti add channel. Neither they are stoping the non stip pack nor giving the faculity to add paid channel. I am not able to see any paid channel since last 10 day. They are not taking any complaint also in this regard.

        I am also facing the same issue. All the recharge balance in the account is of no use now as I can't use it untill October 2020.Organised loot and discomfort to customers.

          I am not able to watch and subscribe to my favorite channel even after having sufficient balance in my account, around 400 rs.
          My base pack is Non- stop pack which is a long term pack for 3 years, which still have around 1.5 yrs before it's expiry . Since 1 February they have stopped the feature of taking any add -on packs with Non-stop pack .

          Now all the subscribers of Nonstop pack are stuck as they can't add add-on packs . The recharge balance, in my case around 400 rs is also of no use.

          Dish-TV is taking unethical benefits and looting customers because of the confusion regarding new TRAI guidelines.

          On 1st feb on phone i confirmed my new bouqet plan and accordingly paid 625/-. But today all a sudden the service has been stopped and no channels are broadcasting.

            Too worth bad services of dishtv for every monthly facing problem of disconnected therefore paid before periodically due date.

            My dishtv vc number is [protected]. I recharged my dish tv of amount 151 with online on 10th feb 19 but my dish tv is still switch off not working till day and have contact to customer care services but poor worth services no anybody response this problem so please reactivate my dishtv as soon as possible.

              I am a consumer of dishtv dth.
              My vc. No. Is - [protected]

              Dishtv dth has completely stopped my services from past 8 days and i have sufficient balance up to 25/02/2019. But before 20days they are stopped services. The switch off date of my connection is 25/02/2019.

              I was trying to choose channels based on new trai norms and dishtv was not allowing me to save my selection on website.

              I immediately reported this to dishtv customer care service and they were reluctant to help me on this and said they have no information about that.
              Now, they have completely stopped service and their app, website are not working properly. Phone lines are also not receiving by the operators.
              There is complete black out and they are not ready to admit any complain regarding my vc. Number [protected].

              Hundred times i call on consumer care lines but doesn't received by any one.

              I would like to bring this issue to your notice that, no one from dishtv dth user able to select their own basic package and none of the basic package can be able to modify.
              Dishtv dth has not provided the facility to delete or add basic free package and they have not brought the facility to make payment of trai package.

              Please look into the issues, as they already blocked many channels and we are a viewer not to see the channels since from 8 days.

                Sir, on 10th feb 2019 dish tv customer care generated a call on my registered mobile number on which a scheme claimed of 33% cash back but even after 24 hours i didnt received my cash back then i tried calling customer care after several tries n hold of almost 10-15 minutes 3-4 times they clearly said there were no phone calls from the company for that schemes then i tried calling again n again some where putting my. Call on hold some where laughing while answering even senior management too didnt replied anything this is clearly an act of miss behave with customer plz help me on this issue sir

                  From the begining of the new dth rules, on the same day onwards i have phone called to our provider dish tv but some every body in that provider has lifted my phone but not givrn any satisfactory answer to me neither they are given proper guide lines to me. So i am very much un satisfied regarding their behaver. Actually i have booked the packegs are as followes;
                  1. Zee pack
                  2. Sony pack
                  3. Star sports pack
                  4. Movie packs
                  5. Discovery pack
                  But they had provided zee pack, star sports pack (Now they have withdrawn), movie pack, discovery pack, but entire sony pack not provided and we had recharge rs. 539/= with gst. But i am very much mis guided by the provider.

                    Since three days my dish tv says "102. No account balance", we have made payment for the whole year and still facing this problem. The whole weekend we didnt have cable connection at all. Made 100 calls to customer care since three days and no solution. They just send a message saying you will recieve a call back and then no response no call back nothing. Will you guys give a refund for this lost service? Have we done a mistake by pating for the whole year? Is this a professional company or a way of looting its customers? Is dish tv shutting down eating up all our money and suddenly stopping all the service?

                      Besides so much follow-up on emails and customer service calls i couldn't get the clarification on why the channels subscribed in the nonstop pack completely stopped.

                      Vc - [protected] is switched off completely on[protected].

                      I have taken 691 non stop pack and recharged 70/- on 19th jan 2019 for one month period hindi entertainment pack.

                      I don't know why this is switched off before time while the end date is 19th feb 2019.

                          I am a DISH TV customer vc no [protected] and not at all happy with the services of the company. Dish TV is not following the rule set up by TRAI.

                          As per your new rules standard NCF is 130 Rs, where you will have 100 channels and 25 DD channels are mandatory and remaining 75 you can remove as per you like or dislike. Now they increase this no to 190 channels, which cannot be removed as per customer wish. However DISH TV is not allowing to remove those channels and claiming all channels are mandatory. Now for selection of 12 to 13 channels it costs above Rs 300 .

                          There customer care executive are always busy.

                          They are taking additional charges...

                            My VC number is :[protected].
                            I never seen such a worst service from Dishtv.
                            There is no option to select channels in Dishtv website and app also.
                            On Feb 7th I waited in call with Dishtv customer for 40 min but there was no response.It started with waiting time as 6 min and then when it reaches to 1 min, the total time I spent in call was 40min, After that the time is not reducing below 1min and I got fed up of it and disconnected the call. And the end result is Rs. 98 gone for the call.

                            I have mailed to Dishtv via email but there is no response.
                            I have tweeted on Dishtv but there is no response.
                            I have sent SMS to call back but there was no call.
                            I have given a complaint on their website but there is no response.

                            On top of that, Dishtv itself giving 3 days extra for recharge with additional amount of Rs. 25 even though I didn't opt for that option.
                            I am really upset and fed up with this Dishtv. For last 10 days I am trying multiples options to select my channels.
                            But Dishtv does not give any of the channels under channels section.
                            They just populated with some channel and asking me to pay for it. Those channels are not at all belongs to my language.

                            I have attached the website which does not give any channels and time spend with Dishtv customer care.

                            I am not sure what they are trying to do.
                            They just want the money it does not matter whether people watches the channel or not. This is really nice cheating.
                            I want to file a complaint against you and need a compensation for making me to getting suffer a lot.

                              Dish vt not provide 100 channels option selection. They have some fixed Basic service pack provide default 100 unnecessary channels like time talgu and Advertising channels.

                              I am call to dish tv customer care. they replied me u don't have any change or delete 100 channels. they fores me you have add after default 100 channels.

                              Its my choice in 100 channels, how many add paid channels or after 28-28 DD channels add another channels. But they don't allowing.

                                1. Dish tv site is intentionally made non responsive.
                                2. Problems selecting bouquet channel selections.
                                3. Only dish combo is working, which we don't want.
                                4. Dish tv is not allowing customers to migrate as per trai rules.
                                5. Selection of channels via tv remote is also not enabled on 999 channel number. Pressing red button does nothing.

                                Dish tv site has a lot of issues especially since trai rules came in. Deliberately giving errors on channel pack selection page, not allowing to login many times, pack/channel selection not responding.

                                    Not able to view channels like republic tv, abp ananda, mtv despite making payment for them. Called customer care several times but they did not offer any solution instead they said they will call back in 15 minutes. The call never came. Feel cheated after using this product for more than 3 years. They perhaps have the worst customer service in india.

                                      After mailing my issue (Below) to dishtv, got reply that non-stop pack subscribers have no option to add and delete any add on packs along with or cannot be moved to new tariff order regime and requested to wait to get noticed if any changes are done for non stop package.

                                        I want to raise complaint for dish tv, since the introduction of trai notification, the dth provider is not listening to mails and customer care people giving notice response and switching off channels without intimation.
                                        Moreover, they are not updating packs. We are continuously trying to reach them but to no avail. The dth has no information on the packs and how to get the customers happy.
