[Resolved] DishTV — not allowing me to change the preferred plan according to trai guide lines | |||
My dish tv vc no: [protected] I want to change the my plan according to new trai guide lines which costs me some less amount comparing with the present plan (Rs 532) and not required unnecessary channels. My present dish tv plan costs me around rs 532 per month. I tried to changing the plan from mobile app (Worst experience) and from dish tv website (https://www.dishtv.in). after that i called couple of times to dish tv customer care and emailed my issue, but issue was not resolved. "every time when i call customer care, customer care executive answer is system is updating we can not do anything for you at this moment" i called more than 10 times in 3 days. Please find the attached screenshots of the issue, same thing i conveyed to customer care but no response from their. Could you please take the necessary action on this issue.
