Despite of calling frequently at the customer care they kept me on hold for 20 mins and did not rply. Lastly when i called at 11.03 an employee of your customer care mr. S. K rajan recieved my call and instead of solving my problem your employee misbehaved need shouted on me without giving me a solution to my problem. Is this the way your cmpany provides services to thr customer. My vc nub is [protected].. Still now same problem are happen..

why i am suppose to pay Applicable NCF*150
i don't want those channel
i[censored] made a role to choose a channel pack then it should apply to you also forcing people to pay another NCF*150

    FTA(free to air channel) when I get new connection service provider tell free channel is free to lifetime. But dish TV costomer care tell recharge for free channel. My free channel is activated for 3 years but now they switch off channel...

    Not Only dishtv, every Cable service or DTC service provider looting the people, the new govt policy help them to do this,

        In accordance with the new TRAI packs we have updated our channel pack around 10 times online and it still doesn't take our inputs and send us back to the please update your pack page. We have requested a call so many times and have no response for it!
        We had chosen HD for one month and now we are not able to add or remove channels because of this and our total bill is over 450 because of it! Our new updated pack is for 231 with GST and it says our connection will be switched off Tomorrow because of this!
        We already payed 200 2 weeks back hoping you would fix this in the gap but again we cannot pay for this poor service!
        We need our refund or at least a quick resolution for our problem! We have already paid over 400 for basically nothing as we are not able to remove unwanted channels.

          Sir, I talked to Dish TV Customer Care and told them to recharge the minimum amount of 1 month ₹ 238 (bharat Combo Pack ₹ 130, Star Channel ₹ 49, and Processing Fees ₹ 25), which included GST NCF Charge is included total amount - ₹238...
          But after recharging they reduced my switch off date to 4 days...
          When I talk to Dish TV's Customer Care, then he can not satisfy me or keep my call on hold or I am very irresponsible.
          I hope that you will solve my problem.

            I booked for a new connection and paid online for the same. But not even a single call or mail from the dish tv guys has been received since. When i tried to elicit some response they are just fooling me all the time. Worst service i ever seen. Now since i have already paid for the service, i am suffering a lot. Never book dish tv online... Or for better choose any other dth......

            I am a customer of Videocon d2h with RTN [protected].I have selected the required channels via. website of d2h, customer care calling and via.TV many times but even though d2h is not able to showing my requested channels since last one month and when I give complaint to d2h customer care number and via. Email they are simply disconnect my call or give false faith that channels has selected now and will start in 10 minutes but channels are not coming and error of 16-4 is coming.they have taken the charges but not showing channels

            I have booked DishTV set top box using online option and paid amount.
            I got the call from the executive saying that my connection got cancelled.
            I asked them about the money I spent they told me to call customer care. I tried that option but could not work.

            Really don't go for DishTV in future.

              I am requesting the service provider for alignment after TRAI rules since from 23/03/2019 but company (dish TV) are not providing that service
              When I used to interact with customer care officer they say that they will arrange a call back with their supervisor within one hour.They told me this more than two times but I never got any call back.
              They told me that they will resolve my problem with in 24 hrs but it's almost more than 72 hrs they have not resolved my problem.

              Hope you will help me to get out of this problem.

                On march 23.03.2019 i tried to activate star sports 1 through miss call through sms but even after deducting the sms charges multiple times i contacted dish tv by using call me facility through sms and requested to activate star sports 1 for viewing ipl the person told me the charge is rs. 22/- per month and will be activated after some time. But after checking the system he told me to contact after 15 minutes and i again contacted the customer care and got the answer they are not able to activate my request.in between i got a message from dish tv to login my account and activate new package. I then tried to activate classic joy + malayalam and got a message that dish tv technical person will contact me within 24 hours and he will activate the package selected by me.
                On 25/03/2019 i again contacted dish tv customer care for checking the status of my complaint and got the reply that my complaint was showing as cleared. I argued that without solving my problem how the complaint was cleared. I then asked the person to connect me to some higher officials for giving my complaint and i reiterated my complaint to the superior official and she give me a service request no.[protected] and told me their technical personnel will contact me shortly. Till time no body contacted me for this purpose.
                On 23/03/2019 i made a complaint through email to customer care of dish tv and on 25/03/2019 i got a reply from them that how to select the package and activate a channel through sms/missed call/call me etc. It clearly shows that the person giving reply is not reading the complaint and giving standard replies.
                Today i again contacted your customer care through call back system and talked to some higher official at around 10.50 hours and she through conference system talked to some technical personnel and after half an hour i got a call from service engineer of dish tv (As he himself introduced) and enquired about my complaint and home address. As nobody attend till 4.30 hours i contacted the service engineer number and he told me to wait half an hour and also asked me about the service charges. The official talked me from dish tv clearly mentioned that the work will be done free of cost but the service engineer is insisting for service charge. Now i am making this complaint at around 5.45 pm and my complaint is still lying un attended.

                  I am customer of dish tv. They are charging 153 rupees for the channels which we don’t see at all. We enquire about this, they informed that the minimum amount is charged as per trai guidelines. Because of this, our monthly expenses towards tv has gone up. We expect trai being a government body, works for the benifit of the public. But we are forced come to a conclusion that you are working for the benefit of large corporates. The tv viewers are not at all benefited by your guidelines. We fail to understand why we should pay for the channels which we don’t se even once in a month. Please do not be party for the corporates to loot the public. Please revise the guidelines immediately and avoid

                    As per new rules of channel selection customer needs to select their own pack, I submitted request 3-4 times but it was not updating so contacted customer care 5-6 times. Customer service is totally ridiculous, on last discussion agent told me to recharge and then select your channels, did the same but channel pack not activated. Again contacted support but no use, I left it as it is.

                    This time I recharged before the switch off date(23-Mar-19) on 21-Mar-19 but the service got deactivated. Hence I am trying to contact support since 24-Mar-19 not getting proper response. Today (25-Mar-19) I raised request on first call agent is saying you Recharged on 21st Mar and switch off date updated as 23rd Mar then what about after 23rd. 23-Mar was previous(old) switch off date, agent didnt resolve as senior was busy and they were going to call after 1 hour but I didnt receive any call. Again I raised another request agent repeating the same as checking the details wait for sometime and agian agent disconnected the call as they dont have proper resolution and mistake done from their side.

                    I want refund or else if you are activating the service then it should be extended for the days it is deactivated.

                    This is worst experience as customer contacting again and again but this is total loss for us with money and time.

                    I have sent emails also on mentioned email id of dishtv ([protected]@dishtv.in)

                    At least it should be notified here and expecting permanent resolution.

                    Finally I am receiving calls from Dish TV but still no resolution yet. This time agent saying installation is required but why? Already dish is being used, query is regarding recharge and if you are not able to activate the service then refund the amount Rs 400

                      I have recharged the dish tv on March 20th despite being no alignment done earlier, hoping that with TRAI guidelines it will be ok, but still i am facing issue of 102.Low account balance showing in my dish tv .After contacting customer care for past five days no one is coming to resolve the issue. Worst customer service by dish tv. I want to take legal action and approach social media. My earlier complaint was closed with false statement from dish tv stating alignment done.But it is not done till today.

                        I registered my choices of channels and wanted to change my current pack.. I am struggling since last 7 days.. It's currently updated as bst north.. I want to select only south channels and i have been trying since 17th march. Its 25th march today and i am yet unable to change the channels. I am paying for what i don't want to watch. I have called customer care 6 times.. I have called the dish tv serviceman.. No one has yet turned up at my home to change the realignment.. This is the worst kind of customer service i have ever seen. The customer care team doesn't know what's going on.. All they say is as soon as possible.. As soon as possible. Well 7 days is not soon enough.. Probably their as soon as possible is a months time and i should watch channels that i don't want for a month and pay unnecessarily.. I will change my connection from dish tv if no one comes home today.. I am just tired and frustrated with dish tv. The worst cable service in india.

                        They called me and sent a dish TV serviceman for realignment. I was able to then select the channels as per my choice. I however wish it was done sooner without making me go through hoops. Thank you

                        It's still not done.. I have been calling and being charged for the calls.. But no one takes customer service seriously.. They just don't care about what you say.. Cheating customers and doing fraud is all they know..

                              Videocon d2h now with dish tv are not giving bouquets for last one month.
                              I have submitted my request through website, d2h infinity app at least 10 times over last 20 days successfully, but the same is not provided. Request on their help line is not accepted.
                              Help line is also not giving their executives numbers nor are these available on their site.

                                On[protected] i requested for the change of pack through phone call but as you said as per trai rules customer must change their package themselves only. Hence i modified for existing package to bunch

                                    I have subscribed to videocon d2h senthamizh package for one year on 23rd aug 18 and have paid the subscription of rs.2300 including installation.

                                    Without any information and without my consent the subscription validity was reduced to feb 19 and the services disconnected.

                                    I am unable to view the package senthamizh which i have subscribed.

                                    I have been sending mails to their customer care elaborating the difficulty faced by me due to their negligence and the inappropriate action taken. No respond received to the mails sent to them till date.

                                    I have complained to videocon and the complaint no provided[protected].

                                    Please take up with videocon and arrange to resolved the issue or refund the amount paid by me
