I am requesting the service provider for alignment after TRAI rules since from 23/03/2019 but company (dish TV) are not providing that service
When I used to interact with customer care officer they say that they will arrange a call back with their supervisor within one hour.They told me this more than two times but I never got any call back.

I am customer of dish tv. They are charging 153 rupees for the channels which we don’t see at all. We enquire about this, they informed that the minimum amount is charged as per trai guidelines. Because of this, our monthly expenses towards tv has gone up. We expect trai being a government body, works for the benifit of the public. As per new rules of channel selection customer needs to select their own pack, I submitted request 3-4 times but it was not updating so contacted customer care 5-6 times. Customer service is totally ridiculous, on last discussion agent told me to recharge and then select your channels, did the same but channel pack not activated. Again contacted support but no use, I left it as it is.

not giving bouquets on d2h

Videocon d2h now with dish tv are not giving bouquets for last one month.
I have submitted my request through website, d2h infinity app at least 10 times over last 20 days successfully, but the same is not provided. Request on their help line is not accepted.
Help line is also not giving their executives numbers nor are these available on their site.
Why are customers not getting proper...

videocon d2h validity of subscription reduced without consent

I have subscribed to videocon d2h senthamizh package for one year on 23rd aug 18 and have paid the subscription of rs.2300 including installation.

Without any information and without my consent the subscription validity was reduced to feb 19 and the services disconnected.

I am unable to view the package senthamizh which i have subscribed.

I have been sending mails to their customer care elaborating...

Hi, since a month i am trying to pick few channels. I tried recharging thrice and change the plan. The app or website doesn't update ur pack by itself. Need to call up customer care and they need to update something i am not sure. Even when i dialled many times they won't connect to anyone, but says they will call back. They never does and not sure when they will call. If you miss gone case again. Really frustrating and disappointed...

I am not able to select the channel of my choice.

I am a user of dishtv since 2018. The new tariff orders by trai gives us the right to select the channels of our choice. Because of the new change i went through the application of dishtv and tried to select the channels of my choice, but as soon as i went through the process i was helpless because the application doesn't allow me to select the channel of my choice unless i select an extra combo of theirs.
