I am requesting the service provider for alignment after TRAI rules since from 23/03/2019 but company (dish TV) are not providing that service
When I used to interact with customer care officer they say that they will arrange a call back with their supervisor within one hour.They told me this more than two times but I never got any call back.
They told me that they will resolve my problem with in 24 hrs but it's almost more...

On march 23.03.2019 i tried to activate star sports 1 through miss call through sms but even after deducting the sms charges multiple times i contacted dish tv by using call me facility through sms and requested to activate star sports 1 for viewing ipl the person told me the charge is rs. 22/- per month and will be activated after some time. But after checking the system he told me to contact after 15 minutes and i again contacted the customer...

I am customer of dish tv. They are charging 153 rupees for the channels which we don’t see at all. We enquire about this, they informed that the minimum amount is charged as per trai guidelines. Because of this, our monthly expenses towards tv has gone up. We expect trai being a government body, works for the benifit of the public. As per new rules of channel selection customer needs to select their own pack, I submitted request 3-4 times but it was not updating so contacted customer care 5-6 times. Customer service is totally ridiculous, on last discussion agent told me to recharge and then select your channels, did the same but channel pack not activated. Again contacted support but no use, I left it as it is.

On tv advertising they are telling to give a miss call from registered no. For channel subscriptions.. But no support. After so many sms no. Is not registered and even on calling customer care number gets always buzy or some time invalid. Cheering with innocent peoples. This are doing frad by keeping the peoples in dark about there poor customer care service....

Videocon d2h now with dish tv are not giving bouquets for last one month.
I have submitted my request through website, d2h infinity app at least 10 times over last 20 days successfully, but the same is not provided. Request on their help line is not accepted.
Help line is also not giving their executives numbers nor are these available on their site.

I recharged my DishTV on 5 Feb 19, but not available paid channels, again I recharged on 24 March 19. still showing account balance is low (code 102), whenever I call customer care they telling.. System is down, Refreshment command sent, call after 30 min etc etc..I've tried in customer care at least 110 times in last two months, but not resolve...

I have subscribed to videocon d2h senthamizh package for one year on 23rd aug 18 and have paid the subscription of rs.2300 including installation.

Without any information and without my consent the subscription validity was reduced to feb 19 and the services disconnected.

According to the pack some mandatory dd channel and some paid channels like sony pal and colors rishtey are not available. Cable operator contracted many times but no solution is goven to us. The error code presented by the channels is 301-signal not found. These channels were available in previous pack upto 23 march 2019 though other paid channels and free channels are available. Hi, since a month i am trying to pick few channels. I tried recharging thrice and change the plan. The app or website doesn't update ur pack by itself. Need to call up customer care and they need to update something i am not sure. Even when i dialled many times they won't connect to anyone, but says they will call back. They never does and not sure when they will call. If you miss gone case again. Really frustrating and disappointed...

I am a user of dishtv since 2018. The new tariff orders by trai gives us the right to select the channels of our choice.
