I have recharged my dishtv account with the new guidelines of trai. Channel no. 715 zee mp chattis is not operating after recharging.
I have also made a complaint in dishtv customer helpline, but got no help.

I am ashish from kanpur. I am a coustomer of dishtv (Set top box) dish provider from couple of years.
I just recharged my set top box account with rs. 200/- on dated 6/3/2019 but channel were blocked after recharge. So i contacted with coustomer help line on the same date, they adviced me to update my set top box immediately to watch all the channels.

Before the circular from trai, i had opted for a package from dish tv, which subscribed my connection with all channels in full hd. This offer was valid only if i make one time payment towards annual subscription. While subscribing for annual package i was committed for all channels in hd for full year, which dish tv is failing to honor due to new rule from trai.

@trai we are really fed up with @dishtv_india. Their site is worst site ever for cchannel selection. While displaying channels list there is no scrolling feature available so one can never check the entire list. I believe this is done to force customers to blindly opt for for dish tvs preselected bouquet only. This is shameful and loot. Plus there customer care no never responds. Please do something about it....

not deactivating child connection, separated it from parent and made as individual connection. rs.2000 balance deducted

I have asked dishtv customer care to permanently deactivate my child tv connection in multi tv connections. They confirmed me that they will do it in next 4 hours. But later when i checked me account, they converted my multi connection as two individual connections. Now when i ask them what they did, they are saying they will transfer my child vc balance to my parent connection and deactivate child one. But they are not willing to do it....

We are customer of dish tv since 2008. And around 1 month we are facing issue in our set up box. We spoke to costumer care excutive and they sent a technician who charged us but didnt solve the problem. And when we called dish tv again from our registered number which is registered since 2008. Till now. They replied us with an sms saying our number is unregistered. And my problem is unsolved till date....

I got a new dishtv connection recently. I tried to call dishtv but i didn't got any reply. Everytime i tried to login to the app it says that my mobile number is not registered. When i sent a message to the number given by them i'm getting a message that my vc number is not verified. I want my vc number to get verified please solve this issue as soon as possible. I am dish tv customer. As per new tri rule i have migrate to new plan of dish tv. Earlier i was recharge 299 rs but to see the same channel in new plan it is 315/- rs. Also there is no proper way if individual channel selection. So the new rule are not good for customers it will benefit to service provider. Ragulatory egency should have costumer banefit plan.
