From last 6 days onwards I am requesting for installation, still no one responded. I have been calling continusly but they are not responding. They are cheating me. From yesterday I am struggling alot with their actions. As a customer I got very bad experience with dish TV. Their service associates also bluffing the customer. online registration for new connection taken from dish tv

I am trying to register online using vc no.
I tried several time but i always get following error message :
"oops! Your no. Is not registered with us. Please use your registered mobile no./ vc no. To login. To register your mobile no. Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575"
I request you to kindly provide access to dishtv my account as early as possible.
Thanks and hope the problem will be solver earlier....

dd channels from free bouquet are not seen

I am subscriber of Dish TV. I have subscribed to 4 different bouquets to the tune that I am paying almost Rs 600 per month. However I am not able to see any channel from DD free bouquet ( 25 channels ) or from BST North free bouquet. When I last contacted Dish TV office, they were unable to resolve.
Will anyone describe the procedure how to activate free DD channels ? Is that related to set top box ? I have Dish NXT HD set top box....

not getting serviced even paid

Paid rs1300 just to update my standard to hd set top box... Ignore the extra amount taken by technician... But still "301 signal not found" error displaying on screen... Now technician making excuses to fix it (Though i called him personally)... Either fix this problem or refund it asap frustrating since 1week
Called dish tv customer service and senior too. But not working any way. "want to sue in consumer court"...

channel selection/ package/ cut off

This is to inform you that as per tria consumer can choose the selected channels by 31 march. I have paid the renewal charges rs 824 on 14th feb for one month however dish tv has automatically selected my package on 14th feb without my acknowledment and now my cut off date is 4th april (Not even one month) where i used to pay 824 now they have asked me to pay 1205 or else my cable will be cut off on 4th april

This is to inform you that as per tria consumer can choose the selected channels by 31 march. trai package - realignment

We are trying to renew our dish tv subscription to the new trai
Packages and we are being told that we have to re-align our dish
Antenna before it can be activated.

However, we have filed requests after requests to get a technician
Visit for antenna re-alignment and all these requests have been

Sir, i called for dishtv customer care for some help but unfortunately i pressed 1 which is for star sports hd channel subscriptions but my intention and willingness wasn't to subscribe star sports hd channel.
As per indian contact act 1872 for any valid contract there must be willingness to do such contract.
But dishtv didn't redress my grievance...

K rajan recieved my call and instead of solving my problem your employee misbehaved need shouted on me without giving me a solution to my problem. channels not updated after updating over 10 times

In accordance with the new TRAI packs we have updated our channel pack around 10 times online and it still doesn't take our inputs and send us back to the please update your pack page. We have requested a call so many times and have no response for it!
We had chosen HD for one month and now we are not able to add or remove channels because of this and our total bill is over 450 because of it! Our new updated pack is for 231 with GST...

taking a full month of recharge 30 days but given only 26 days

Dear sir / Madam
Sir, I talked to Dish TV Customer Care and told them to recharge the minimum amount of 1 month ₹ 238 (bharat Combo Pack ₹ 130, Star Channel ₹ 49, and Processing Fees ₹ 25), which included GST NCF Charge is included total amount - ₹238...
But after recharging they reduced my switch off date to 4 days...
When I talk to Dish TV's Customer Care, then he can not satisfy me or keep my call on hold...

I booked for a new connection and paid online for the same. But not even a single call or mail from the dish tv guys has been received since. When i tried to elicit some response they are just fooling me all the time. Worst service i ever seen. Now since i have already paid for the service, i am suffering a lot. Never book dish tv online... Or for better choose any other dth......
