I have been an old customer of videocon since so many years and never ever defaulted at anytime for recharge. Always paid much in advance. Dish tv has taken over
After new trai rules opted for package in february 24th 2019 for rs 1204/ (Inclusive all taxes per month) paid the first amount of rs 1204/ on 24th february, 2019 and the next recharge date was 27th march, 2019 for rs 1204/- paid rs 1210/- on the 23rd march, 2019 as recharge this recharge is being shown in their statement which i downloaded from their website after logging in as per procedure with d2h website. The statement clearly shows rs 1210/- paid on 23rd march, 2019.
Gave a complaint on 26th march, 2019 that this amount of rs 1210/- paid on march, 23rd has not being included in the balance. My complaint no[protected]. I received a letter
Saying there has been a 'mismatch" in accounts and the same will be sorted out by 28th march, 2019 by 10 am.
From 10am 28th march, 2019 the channels have disconnected and showing 'insufficient funds'. While payment is made on the 23rd march, 2019 for rs 1210/-. I am totally upset. I am an old widow being treated like this hence your help required.
