As per TRAI every customer has right for FTA channel selection, but Dish is not providing the same . When aske CC said that we do not offer and email us the complaint we will look in to matter . complaint number is [protected], need FTA channel selection option .

    सर् मैं डिश टीबी कस्ट्मर हु पाँच सालों से।
    मैंने अपना चैनल लगवाया था डिश टीबी कोड 606 स्टार स्पोर्ट 1 hd पर डिश टीबी वालो ने अपनी मर्ज़ी से कोड 607 चैनल लगा दिया। जबकि मेरी बात हुई थी कोड डिश 606 की 19 रुपए का चैनल gst लगा के 22 रुपए।आप चाहे तो रिकॉर्डिंग भी निकलवा सकते है डिश टीबी वालो से।मैं चार बार फोन कर चुका हूँ पर मेरी प्रॉब्लम कोई नही सॉल्व कर रहा। कस्ट्मर केअर वाले अधिकारी से बात नही करवा रहे है। और यह कहते है कि अलग से चार्ज लगेगा। पर गलती उनकी है।

    आज मैंने फिर डिश कस्ट्मर केअर से बात की मैन कहा की मैन ट्राई में शिकायत की है। जो मुझे 4 दिनों से मेरी बात अधिकारी से नही करा रहे थे।4 दिनों से बीजी बातआ रहे थे। आज डिश अधिकारी से बात कराई।और आज मेरी परेशानी को ठीक किया है। 1 चैनल को ठीक करने में 4 दिन लगा दिए । गलती उनसे हुई थी हमने 606 चैनल कहा था उन्होंने अपने आप 607 चैनल लगा दिया था

      I have asked customer care people to create an issue number for realignment on 08march19.
      Issue number : [protected]
      From last one month i am asking customer care people to have wording with technical team member, who is authorized for the same. Till date i have not received call from technical team members. Every time i get call from customer care and they will ask me to wait for 15-20 min to connect escalation team.
      Since i am contacting the customer care number from almost a month, team will not try connect to escalation team members either they disconnect the call or they say we will arrange call back from back end team. Lower end people will call and ask the same old question for 10min and hold the call for 15-20min and later disconnect. Or disconnect at the time of first call itself saying we do not have any such leads/ managers above and cut the call.

      If the technical team had updated that the area where i am staying is 'cable violent area' then how airtel/ videocon/d2h are able to visit!

      I will not suggest dish tv for its irresponsible customer care and technical team. After making payment, since the technical team was not ready to visit my place, i requested them to refund the amount (They did not refund for 03 months) later i went to their regional office and collected the materials of dish tv. At the time of installation technical team (Installation team member) had taken 1500rs for visiting and installation apart from activation charges.
      Before purchasing dish tv customers are treated as god, after making payment customers are treated as beggars by technical team as well as by customer care.
      There are no supervision on the customer care/complaints raised by customers.

      My suggestion is to not to opt for dish tv.

      I have relocated my dish connection but at the time of relocation the I paid 1300rs to the technician and still I cannot see all channels inspite of activating all packs..I called the technician but he's not picking up any calls, I called dish helpline but even they are not helpful.

        I am not able to recharge my dish tv online because i know only the vc no. But dont know the rmn.. Can i know my rmn of this vc no.[protected]. Also i want to recharge my dish tv vc. No. [protected] for one month. But i dont know the rmn as the receiver is old one. Please help. Or set the new rmn as [protected]. Hopefully waiting for the response.

            Dear sir/mam,
            In my package of dish tv, regd. No. [protected], dd-national & dd-bangla are not added. Kindly add these channels asap.
            Two times i have communicated over phone to the customer care. On their gentle assurance to add those channels, nothing was done during a month. After this complain, if the request is not followed, i will change the connection to some other cable/dth.

              Dish tv is talking up the complaint, when i am ready to pay for the service.

              I requested for de and re-installation of dish as i was shifting my house.

              They have registered for only re-installation and not de-installation. After 3 days they are calling me for re-installation by saying, i have not requested for de-installation.

                      I am subscriber of Dish TV. I have subscribed to 4 different bouquets to the tune that I am paying almost Rs 600 per month. However I am not able to see any channel from DD free bouquet ( 25 channels ) or from BST North free bouquet. When I last contacted Dish TV office, they were unable to resolve.
                      Will anyone describe the procedure how to activate free DD channels ? Is that related to set top box ? I have Dish NXT HD set top box. Pl. resolve this issue.
                      I am on lot of tours, so if Dish TV contacts me by phone, I am unable to pick. Pl. explain by email to sort out this issue.

                        Paid rs1300 just to update my standard to hd set top box... Ignore the extra amount taken by technician... But still "301 signal not found" error displaying on screen... Now technician making excuses to fix it (Though i called him personally)... Either fix this problem or refund it asap frustrating since 1week

                          This is to inform you that as per tria consumer can choose the selected channels by 31 march. I have paid the renewal charges rs 824 on 14th feb for one month however dish tv has automatically selected my package on 14th feb without my acknowledment and now my cut off date is 4th april (Not even one month) where i used to pay 824 now they have asked me to pay 1205 or else my cable will be cut off on 4th april

                              We are trying to renew our dish tv subscription to the new trai
                              Packages and we are being told that we have to re-align our dish
                              Antenna before it can be activated.

                              However, we have filed requests after requests to get a technician
                              Visit for antenna re-alignment and all these requests have been
                              Closed. We have also tried to contact our nodal officer (Kerala),
                              However emails and calls to him are always unanswered. This has been
                              Going on for the last 2 weeks and our connection has now been
                              Disconnected.

                              We would like to know if there is any other solution available to us
                              Besides filing another futile request.

                                I have been an old customer of videocon since so many years and never ever defaulted at anytime for recharge. Always paid much in advance. Dish tv has taken over
                                After new trai rules opted for package in february 24th 2019 for rs 1204/ (Inclusive all taxes per month) paid the first amount of rs 1204/ on 24th february, 2019 and the next recharge date was 27th march, 2019 for rs 1204/- paid rs 1210/- on the 23rd march, 2019 as recharge this recharge is being shown in their statement which i downloaded from their website after logging in as per procedure with d2h website. The statement clearly shows rs 1210/- paid on 23rd march, 2019.
                                Gave a complaint on 26th march, 2019 that this amount of rs 1210/- paid on march, 23rd has not being included in the balance. My complaint no[protected]. I received a letter
                                Saying there has been a 'mismatch" in accounts and the same will be sorted out by 28th march, 2019 by 10 am.
                                From 10am 28th march, 2019 the channels have disconnected and showing 'insufficient funds'. While payment is made on the 23rd march, 2019 for rs 1210/-. I am totally upset. I am an old widow being treated like this hence your help required.

                                    Please note that total amount of rs.2572 was debited from my a/c immediately during on-line recharge. If re-charge is un-successful, it is your prime responsibility to refund the amount to my particular bank a/c and the same thing has been confirmed by my bank.

                                    Now this is my request to dish tv to refund rs.2572 to my bank account

                                    Please try for betterment of your service.

                                    Three failed transaction amount taken my account but customer care told one transaction amount refund to me I need three transaction amount
                                    then he can not satisfy me

                                    Main proplem:
                                    My amount was charged via dish TV Mobile app through but I have not received any recharge Confirmation SMS/Email still date. But amount deduct my bank account.

                                    I request refund my three failed transaction

                                        Sir, i called for dishtv customer care for some help but unfortunately i pressed 1 which is for star sports hd channel subscriptions but my intention and willingness wasn't to subscribe star sports hd channel.
                                        As per indian contact act 1872 for any valid contract there must be willingness to do such contract.
