    I have made several requests to migrate to mera apana pack for my

    VC NO [protected]
    each time website shows we have received a request to migrate and show some suggested pack even if I chose MAP and select channel it returns a token and say will be done in 15 minutes .. then nothing happens

      Please note i want to choose my pack but you already remove my login credential. So please register my mobile number [protected] along with vc#[protected] so i can login and select my channels as per given below:-

      In case any issue and you can't register my sim card... Then subscribe these channels for me asap.
      I already sent this email to [protected]@dishtv.in 02 weeks ago but no response same i forwarded to [protected]@dishtv.in but no auction. Now you are charging monthly basis but thete is no channel working. All channels stopped.

        I have asked dishtv customer care to permanently deactivate my child tv connection in multi tv connections. They confirmed me that they will do it in next 4 hours. But later when i checked me account, they converted my multi connection as two individual connections. Now when i ask them what they did, they are saying they will transfer my child vc balance to my parent connection and deactivate child one. But they are not willing to do it. They are keeping me on hold and simply disconnecting the call.

          We are customer of dish tv since 2008. And around 1 month we are facing issue in our set up box. We spoke to costumer care excutive and they sent a technician who charged us but didnt solve the problem. And when we called dish tv again from our registered number which is registered since 2008. Till now. They replied us with an sms saying our number is unregistered. And my problem is unsolved till date. I hope you consider our problem and find us a solution asap. Then we will decide wether to continue using your service or not. Thank you.

            I got a new dishtv connection recently. I tried to call dishtv but i didn't got any reply. Everytime i tried to login to the app it says that my mobile number is not registered. When i sent a message to the number given by them i'm getting a message that my vc number is not verified. I want my vc number to get verified please solve this issue as soon as possible.               I am dish tv customer. As per new tri rule i have migrate to new plan of dish tv. Earlier i was recharge 299 rs but to see the same channel in new plan it is 315/- rs. Also there is no proper way if individual channel selection. So the new rule are not good for customers it will benefit to service provider. Ragulatory egency should have costumer banefit plan.

                amount paid online for new connection but no response at all from dish tv and no support

                I had paid amount online for new connection and got a call saying we would be coming for installation but till date there is no one and when i call customer care they say u have to talk to online customer service.
                Who the # is now online customer care?
                Why are they fooling people?

                On every call to customer service they are not able to solve the issue...

                Dish tv is looting customers. They aren't letting customers recharge online or through the app. The message in the screenshot attached is what we are getting. They are forcing us to go through dealers who charge more for the same custom package. We are not stupid to pay dealers. Either this issue must be resolved immediately or dish tv needs to be taken to consumer court for this illegal money laundering scheme in partnership with dealers. They are not even willing to recharge it for us through customer care. Dish tv is one crooked money minded greedy dth company.

                  I have a dish tv connection and i wanted to subscribe to star bouquet (Star premium pack english @49/ month). But this bouquet of star is not available on dishtv website. This bouquet has been launched by the broadcaster many days back. It is available on other platforms but missing on dishtv. Why is this bouquet not available on dishtv platform. Does not expect this kind of service from india's number 1 dth platform.

                    It's been more than 1 month my issue is not resolved yet. I have given multiple complaints but still nobody from dishtv called me or resolved the issue.

                    I also tried contacting you through https://www.dishtv.in/Pages/ContactUs/Write-to-CEO.aspx paage. But it goes to customercare only and not to you. There is no direct email that customer can contact to without sending emails to customer care. Your customer care service is useless because they did not solve my very simple issue yet.

I don't know whethere I posted it here or I mentioned Mr.Anil Dua CEO of DishTv the reason My complaint has been taken seriously. Since last 1 month I have sent 20+ emails to [protected]@dishtv.in called there helpline 25+ times but I never received there support till I used this website. So thanks to consumercomplaints.in

                      I am a customer of dishtv. I am unable to select first 100 channels of my choice. Is these regulations made for benefits of consumers. Or it is a scam? We are totally confused. Dishtv company is harrashing to customers by offering FTA channel which are totally useless.

                        My vc no. Is [[protected]]. My reg. Mob no. [[protected]]. I got message from dish tv that my vc number verification is pending and your service will be discontinued. But i m not getting any call for vc number verification. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. Please do the needful asap. And i had done two recharges of rs 99 and 50 for english movies and entertainment which have not been successful. I am unable to register my mobile number through your sms services.

                          I am trying to call dish tv customer care people for last two days for buying a new connection. First of all the hold time is approx 14 minutes which is disgusting.

                          Secondly, whenever i call them, they just say that the team will call you back in one hour which they never do.

                          They are litterly harrasing me when i actually want to buy a new dish tv connection. They also gave a token number 7810370.

                          Finally, i have shifted to tata sky. Will never recommend dishtv.

                                    I am using dist tv. And recharges through prathek distributors, opp. Malnad hospital k. R. Puram, hassan for rs. 320-. They have fixed rs 130+tax for free channels compulsory and rest rs 153 fo the challens selected that too they have not given bunch channels. I have complainted bothe ceo dist tv and distributors. The reply given by them is what they have charged is correct as per trai price. I am not satisfied with this. Please do best at your end.
