Issue didnt solved till 528 hours!!!

I am trying to remove BST Marathi Gujrati from my cart of DTH account but it is not done through online modification platform. I don't want BST Marathi Gujrati pack in my cart of DTH account. I had recharged my dishtv account recently after my dishtv account got switched off. I received no conformation message regarding the due date. Normally i recharge my dishtv in advance but sometimes i foreget and as i get no conformation it becomes difficult for me to know the due date. 1. My D2h Account 61755985 was recharged on March 3, 2019 with Rs. 500. My services were disconnected on March 6, 2019 due to insufficiency of fund.
2. More than 200 calls have been made on Customer care no. but no response by company.
3. Mail was sent on customer care no and Nodal officer but no anwer.
4. Contact details of nodel officer on company's website are fake....

I am having dish tv connection with vc no [protected]. From 1st jan 2019 dish tv convert my plan with rs 500/- without why consent. Previously my plan is rs 300 approx. Dish tv has unilaterally changed the plan without my consent. Why dish tv choose higher pack instead of lower pack.

In terms of trai guidelines, the customers are required to select their plan. I have tried to change the plan through the website of dish tv on...

I am facing error 301 with number of free to air channels. But when i called the customer service, they asked me to book a technician visit for which i have to pay rs. 200/- +gst. I am unable to understand why i should pay. I have already paid for the channels and now i have to pay again for the resolution of the problem with the channels. Why should i be charged twice....

Dish tv india offered me non stop pack for 3 years with a channel list that will be available for 3 years. And i have paid for the same on july 2017. But now since march 2019 dish tv stopped some of those listed channels. And after long conversation dish tv officially denied to provide those channels what i have paid for. They asking for payment again for those channels what i have paid for.

Totally disappointed with dish tv vc no [protected] i recharged but shows no recharge i call 4-5 times customer care tomorrow ask will call back im 10 minutes 20 minutes wasted no proper responce i and resolution raise a complaint and take action if my problem no solve i do legal action and office also visited mu contact no is 9al already recharged with 280 is this service totaly frustration now i want compensation for this issue increase...

I had reinstalled dish tv in august 2018. I was told that this antenna will not fall at any cost. On march 17, due to light wind, its antenna fell below the fourth floor. Because of this, some people standing below have been injured.
I made a complaint on the evening of 17th of march on the number given by dish tv. But no satisfactory answer was given on the phone four times. Whenever i called, i was asked to call half an hour later....

I had requested to change my channel offering as per the chosen channels (Based on trai guidelines) more than 2 weeks back. They took the request with a notification that it would be activated after 15 minutes. But even after three weeks and multiple follow ups, they are not bothered to respond to my request. Since they already have my money as i had taken a yearly package, they are refusing to act on my request.

We are residing in dombivli midc near tilak college. The dish tv people are saying (Escaping) saying that they will not serve their customers since the area is a "cable violent area" and it is our headache to get the things done in the area with local technician. The local technician is charging as he wish and dish tv is not ready to compensate for the amount. They are simply saying that "they will not get/benefited by compensating the amount...
