I have subscribed to videocon d2h senthamizh package for one year on 23rd aug 18 and have paid the subscription of rs.2300 including installation.

Without any information and without my consent the subscription validity was reduced to feb 19 and the services disconnected.

I am unable to view the package senthamizh which i have subscribed.

I have been sending mails to their customer care elaborating the difficulty faced by me due to their negligence and the inappropriate action taken. No respond received to the mails sent to them till date.

I have complained to videocon and the complaint no provided[protected].

Please take up with videocon and arrange to resolved the issue or refund the amount paid by me

      According to the pack some mandatory dd channel and some paid channels like sony pal and colors rishtey are not available. Cable operator contracted many times but no solution is goven to us. The error code presented by the channels is 301-signal not found. These channels were available in previous pack upto 23 march 2019 though other paid channels and free channels are available. Customer care contacted many times but they are telling there is a problem in the alignment of the antenna but other channels are available in the same alignment.

        Hi, since a month i am trying to pick few channels. I tried recharging thrice and change the plan. The app or website doesn't update ur pack by itself. Need to call up customer care and they need to update something i am not sure. Even when i dialled many times they won't connect to anyone, but says they will call back. They never does and not sure when they will call. If you miss gone case again. Really frustrating and disappointed

          I am a user of dishtv since 2018. The new tariff orders by trai gives us the right to select the channels of our choice. Because of the new change i went through the application of dishtv and tried to select the channels of my choice, but as soon as i went through the process i was helpless because the application doesn't allow me to select the channel of my choice unless i select an extra combo of theirs.
          I also called to the customer care but they simply said that they can't help me regarding this and said that i will get a call back from them after 15 minutes. But, they did not make any call. Now i am highly disappointed by them.

            Sir,
            i have booked for a new dishtv connection on dishtv website on dated 15/03/2019. the booking no is[protected].as per law within 24 hours the connection should be installed but after so many calls to customer care and the technician the new dishtv connection installed on 20/03/2019 and i gave 1690 rupees.the technician told that it should activated tonight positively. when it not activated i call to customer care four to five times but always same answer system problem call after 30 minutes.
            till today the new connection is not activated. today on 04.20 pm i call to dishtv customer care but the senior technician told that due to system problem i cannot help pls call after 30 minutes. finally if one dishtv connection takes eight days but not installed then why we should install dishtv.
            i mentally prepared for a consumer case against dishtv on monday.

            sir the activation was on 25/03/2019 but after that day between 25/03/2019 to 04/04/2019 the dishtv signal was not found. i complained to dishtv on 01/04/2019, the service request no is[protected]. there is no call from dishtv end till 04/04/2019. so i am mentally harashed and i want to get my money and change the dth operator. pls help

                We recharged our dish tv on 21 Mar 2019 but still our dish is showing your account balance is low since last 3 days. Whenever we call customer care they are telling our system is down and please call back after 15 minutes. We atleast have called 30 times till the date and we are gettting same response on the everytime. We are thinking to switch the service provider and filing a case against dish tv

                        Every department ignores my complaint, they dont take their work seriously
                        I have the right to ask because i have invested money on your products

                        Day i purchased dish tv 05/03/2019

                        Issue didnt solved till 528 hours!!!

                        I had applied for new dth connection via online (Prepaid)
                        And your installation team failed on installation the problem they face is they dont have order to get service for me. They says some technical reasons.

                        Please read my email from the beginning to end.

                        My detailed id for your service

                        Location: thrissur, kerala

                        Phone numbers that i got from your service

                        Thrissur, kerala installation branch : [protected]

                        Dish tv kerala head : [protected]

                        Customer care : [protected]

                        I had called customer care more than 30 times
                        Dth installation unit 16 times
                        Dish tv kerala head 8 times

                        The whole story:-

                        Your service men promised me they will install your dth service in one day. Nothing happened so i called your installation team, then they said they some technical issues so they cant help me and they said you have to contact customer care team and they will reopen my connection status.

                        Then i called customer care
                        They said we will file complaint and it will reopen your new connection and you will get installed by tomorrow.

                        Waited hours and hours
                        No responses so again i called
                        Service team they said your new connection status didnt reopen and they again said you have to call customer care.

                        Again called to customer care

                        They said they cant manage your issues you have to contact our senior chater for that we will book you call @ 10:00 am

                        Waited for that session

                        They never called me

                        I had called customer care and service team for week day / day

                        Made lots of phone calls more than 30

                        After that finally i got
                        Kerala head dish tv s number

                        I called him and he promised me he will solve my issue today or tomorrow

                        Waited so many hours
                        No one came so i called service team they keep on saying what they previous said

                        2 to 3 days
                        Keep calling on dish tv head and service team

                        When i call dish tv head
                        He keep on saying that i will do it today today...

                        Finally he said he cant solve my issue because he dont have time to do it because he had some conference, then i mailed to your service no respond from there.

                        Then again i called dish tv head, he said "i will not help you do what ever you can do * * * *" his name is pramod his phone number is [protected] please fire him. For his worst manner, talk to customers...

                            I had recharged my dishtv account recently after my dishtv account got switched off. I received no conformation message regarding the due date. Normally i recharge my dishtv in advance but sometimes i foreget and as i get no conformation it becomes difficult for me to know the due date. Even after i recharge my dishtv account the page shows 102 error message. I tried calling the customer service. They said a technician will have to visit and something is wrong with the set top box. But i get the dish advertisements on the box everytime i turn it on. This has happened with me multiple times. Everytime the payment time exceeds the due date even if a day. They do this and when pay the amount. The amount is deducted from my account and then no service is provided. Then i have to pay for the techinican visit. They are simply cheating their customer with fake promises. I have been a customer of dishtv since 2010 and even referred the product to few of my friends and relatives but now i feel sorry for that. The service has degraded through all these years. Now all i want to know is how can i get my recharge money refunded thats all. If anyone reading this please help me with that.

                                1. My D2h Account 61755985 was recharged on March 3, 2019 with Rs. 500. My services were disconnected on March 6, 2019 due to insufficiency of fund.
                                2. More than 200 calls have been made on Customer care no. but no response by company.
                                3. Mail was sent on customer care no and Nodal officer but no anwer.
                                4. Contact details of nodel officer on company's website are fake.

                                  I am having dish tv connection with vc no [protected]. From 1st jan 2019 dish tv convert my plan with rs 500/- without why consent. Previously my plan is rs 300 approx. Dish tv has unilaterally changed the plan without my consent. Why dish tv choose higher pack instead of lower pack.

                                  In terms of trai guidelines, the customers are required to select their plan. I have tried to change the plan through the website of dish tv on many occasions. I regret to say that website is not supporting the change of plan. Due to technical snags at their end, i am not able select plan. When they are not able to provide platform for changing the plan, they cannot change plan at their own.

                                  The operator is taking unilateral decision and intervention of trai is required to stop such acts which are not in the interest of customer. The operator is trying to take advantage and mincing more money from customers without customer consent.

                                    I am facing error 301 with number of free to air channels. But when i called the customer service, they asked me to book a technician visit for which i have to pay rs. 200/- +gst. I am unable to understand why i should pay. I have already paid for the channels and now i have to pay again for the resolution of the problem with the channels. Why should i be charged twice.

                                      Dish tv india offered me non stop pack for 3 years with a channel list that will be available for 3 years. And i have paid for the same on july 2017. But now since march 2019 dish tv stopped some of those listed channels. And after long conversation dish tv officially denied to provide those channels what i have paid for. They asking for payment again for those channels what i have paid for.
                                      As per dish tv information dd removed 9 channels from free listing so they are unable to provide those channels to me. But dish tv removed other channels also from my subscription.
                                      Dish tv blaming to tri, broadcaster and channels. But i have no concern with that. Dish tv offered a pack to me and i have paid for that for 3 years. If dish tv is not authorised to get payment for those channels for 3 years then why they got payment from me? It is a case of false advertising and fraudulent with consumers from dish tv end. I have been using dish tv for 10 years appropriately.

                                      Hi, I am glad to inform you, I've written to dish tv care more than 10 times and they have finally denied to provide all those channels from dish tv end. Although dish tv got payment from me for those channels. Nothing to say! Dish tv has lots of power to protect themselves after fraudulent business with general people. Dish TV do not care for consumers during few months. Amazing!

                                      Happy to say, this issue is solved. The issue started from when some Dish TV customer care executive told me to pay 130 extra for all free channels. But I denied to pay a single penny for free channels because I am Dish Non Stop service consumer.
                                      Whatsoever, due to lack of knowledge executive misguided me. But after long discussion with few senior executives all free channels reactivated from dish TV end. And with this step the issue is solved and closed.
