Please fix my issue
Every department ignores my complaint, they dont take their work seriously
I have the right to ask because i have invested money on your products

Day i purchased dish tv 05/03/2019
Issue didnt solved till 528 hours!!!
I had applied for new dth connection via online (Prepaid)
And your installation team failed on installation the problem they face is they dont have order to get service for me. They says some technical reasons.
Please read my email from the beginning to end.

I had called customer care more than 30 times
Dth installation unit 16 times

The whole story:-
Your service men promised me they will install your dth service in one day. Nothing happened so i called your installation team, then they said they some technical issues so they cant help me and they said you have to contact customer care team and they will reopen my connection status.
Then i called customer care
They said we will file complaint and it will reopen your new connection and you will get installed by tomorrow.
Waited hours and hours
No responses so again i called
Service team they said your new connection status didnt reopen and they again said you have to call customer care.
Again called to customer care
They said they cant manage your issues you have to contact our senior chater for that we will book you call @ 10:00 am
Waited for that session
They never called me
I had called customer care and service team for week day / day
Made lots of phone calls more than 30
After that finally i got
Kerala head dish tv s number
I called him and he promised me he will solve my issue today or tomorrow
Waited so many hours
No one came so i called service team they keep on saying what they previous said
2 to 3 days
Keep calling on dish tv head and service team
When i call dish tv head
He keep on saying that i will do it today today...
Finally he said he cant solve my issue because he dont have time to do it because he had some conference, then i mailed to your service no respond from there.
Then again i called dish tv head, he said "i will not help you do what ever you can do * * * *" his name is pramod his phone number is [protected] please fire him. For his worst manner, talk to customers...
Please fix my issue please...
