DishTV — payment deducted by dish tv during product warranty period. | |||
Dear sir, My d2h id is[protected]. I have replace my set up box of d2h rs 450. Product warranty is one month for replacement & 3 month is free service. 2nd day of replacement setup box is not working. I have compliant to customer care & product replaced within 2 days from compliant date free of cost because product is in warranty period.. After 10 day of replacement setup box again not working. I have again compliant to customer care regarding set up box problem again my setup box replace but this time my rs 450 deducted from my account. So i have register compliant regarding 450 rs deducted for replacement of setup box during warring period on 12th aug. To customer care compliant no is[protected]& will get resolved till 15th aug. But till date i have not resolved this problem. Sir, i did call to dish tv every day. But problem is not solved till date. I have not received rs.450/- which was deducted on 12 august.
